Gopi:Right.Because of them our lost hopes about Gauri regaining memory came back.
Jaggi:We can’t thank Mayank and Riddhima enough.

Om:I am the one most grateful to Dr.Mayank and Dr.Riddhima.Actually they gave me my own life…my Gauri.

They all went and thanked Mayank and Riddhima.
They were also surprised.
Mayank:Our aim was to save Gauri from complete brain damage.But this wonderful twist was unexpected.
Riddhima:Yes.We are really happy that our surgery turned out to be magical and Gauri became completely healthy.

Omkara folded his hands before them:I don’t know how to thank you both.It’s only because of you both I got my Gauri back.Every moment I was living in the fear of losing Gauri because of her short term memory loss.But because of you both we can live peacefully that nothing can separate us.

Mayank:It’s your love that cured Gauri.
Riddhima:Thank God.He is the one who valued your love and cured Gauri.
Om smiled.

Mayank Riddhima went near Gauri.
Om:Gauri…these are the doctors who cured you.
Gauri smiled.
May:How are you Gauri?
Gauri:I am fine.Thank you so much.Because of you both only I am with Omkara now.
Riddhima:Enough of thanking us.We did our duty.You both make a sweet couple.That’s why God did this miracle.

A beautiful village…

Raghuvir Arora entered his house.His wife Sarla brought him tea.
Raghu:I am so happy today.
Sarla:That’s nice.But what’s the reason?
Raghu:My best friend Santhosh Oberoi had called me from London.His son Dr.Rudra wants to see India.So he is coming here.He will be staying here for a few days.
Sarla:That’s really nice.
Raghu:One more thing he said.He would like Rudra to get hitched with our daughter Soumya.

Sarla was surprised:Really?Did he say so?
Raghu:Yes.
Sarla:But he has’nt even seen Soumya.
Raghu:Ya..but he is sure that our daughter will be cultured and well mannered like us.
Sarla:That’s so sweet.So Rudra is coming here to see Soumya mainly.

Raghu smiled:May be.
Soumya heard it standing behind the wall.
Soumya:Oh my God..This Rudra Oberoi will be my future husband?I feel so nervous.

Raghuvir:Soumya beta…

Soumya came there.
Raghu:Papa’s best friend Santhosh’s son Rudra is coming here to stay with us for a few days.

Rudra:You are a nice cook.Food is very delicious.

Soumya raised her eye lashes and looked at him slowly blushing.She felt very happy.
She thought:Though he lived outside India he likes traditional Indian food.

After lunch…

Rudra:Uncle…I want to see this place.
Raghuvir:But it’s not possible to see the whole village in a whole day.
Rudra:That’s fine.I will be here for a few days.So I will see the rest of the place later.
Raghu:Ok…Soumya will show you the place.Enjoy visiting our beautiful Village.

Rudra Soumya looked at each other.

Soumya took Rudra out.She showed the area and described it.

Rudra:So beautiful.
Soumya:You are brought up outside India.Then how are you able to enjoy the beauty of Indian Village.
Rudra:Though I am brought up in a foreign country I am Indian at heart.I love India and it’s beauty.It’s so natural and green.
She smiled.
She thought:I was nervous how I will adjust with a typical foreigner.But he is a complete Indian.

Rudra saw a mango tree.
Rudra:Wow!I want to take fruits from the tree like you all do.
Soumya:Ok.
Soumya threw stone at the mangoes.Rudra too threw stones and sticks at the fruits.
Some fruits fell down.Both took them from the ground.
Rudra noticed Soumya eating it licking and sucking it.
Seeing it with a smile Rudra too ate mango like that.
Soumya felt like laughing.

Rudra played with river water splashing water.
Soumya smiled.

Rudra:Ya…I missed all these fun in London.So I want to enjoy what I could’nt enjoy in childhood.
She smiled seeing him enjoy.

She showed him the fields.
Rudra:My God!I can’t walk here.I am scared.
Soumya:You are scared?Seriously?I can’t believe it.

Why are you scared?It’s so simple.
Rudra:You are used to walking through this area.So for you its silly.But not for me.
Soumya:Don’t get afraid like a kid and follow me.
Rudra:What?I need to follow you.
Soumya:Yes.Follow me.
Rudra:Oh no…

Soumya walked fast while Rudra walked after her slowly and carefully.

She felt secure in his arms.
They both looked at each other.

Rudra:Are you ok?
Soumya nodded showing pain on her face.
Rudra carried her home.Raghuvir and Sarla got scared:What happened?
Rudra:Soumya fell down.

They became upset.
Rudra:Don’t worry.I will handle it.
Rudra placed Soumya on the bed.
Sarla caressed her:Good that Rudra was there with you.Otherwise…

Rudra cleaned her wound ..put ointment from the the first aid box and bandaged it.

Soumya was feeling pain.
Rudra:I know it’s still hurts you.But it’s a minor wound.It will go soon.

Soumya felt drowsy.
Rudra:But one thing Soumya.Now onwards don’t be over confident while walking through the field.Understand.Be careful.

Soumya was embarrassed.
Raghu:Good that a doctor is here now.
Sarla:Right.Now Rudra can look after us and give us the required treatment.
Rudra:Sure.
They all smiled.
Raghu Sarla went out of the room.
Soumya:Thank you Rudraji.
Rudra:Don’t say thank you.It was my duty to take care of you.

Soumya smiled.
She thought:Now itself he considers me as his responsibility. That means he liked me?
Rudra:Don’t call me Rudraji.Call me Rudra.
Soumya smiled:Ok Rudraji…

Soumya:I am sorry Rudra.

They both smiled at each other.

Rudra:Save my number.I have taken a SIM here.Call me whenever you feel any discomfort.
Soumya:Ok.
Rudra gave her his number and Soumya saved it.

The air had a new zeal, it was dancing in craziness. The flowers were blossoming to an abnormally bigger size, birds were chirping and singing melodiously. The change was welcomed wholeheartedly by the nature too. It was also celebrating the return and happiness of it’s most innocent creation.

The mansion’s walls were echoing with unstoppable glee, the more you see the more is your heart set to peace. Smile adorned every single persons face.
The entire Oberoi clan and kids were sitting on the dining table for lunch. All of them had introduced themselves to each other and were relishing their dinner.

Rudra: Dadi kal toh Christmas hai.
(Dadi, tomorrow is Christmas.)
Dadi: Haan.
(Yes.)
Rudra: Aur ye Bhabhi ke uthne ke baad aur bachoon ke ghar ane ke baad pehla festival hai. Kun na hum isse zoron shoron se manayain.
(Dadi, this is first festival after return of kids and after Bhabhi has gained conscious, we shall celebrate it with pomp and show.)
Om patting Rudra’s back: Waah! Rudy, itni samajhdaari vali baat, tabaiyat toh thik hai na Teri.
(WOW! Rudy how come you gave such an amazing idea. Are you alright.)
Rudra: Very funny O. Rudra Singh Oberoi ke ideas humesha top class hote hain ye baat alag hai ki aap un ideas ko samajh nahi pate ho.
(Very funny O. Rudra Singh Oberoi always gives top class ideas that’s a different matter you do not understand any.)
Swayam comments sarcastically: Aur ye baat uss se bhi zyada alag hai ki uske ideas mai se koi kaam nahi Karta.
(And that’s even more different a matter that your ideas never work.)
OmYa share a hi-fi, while O comments “point hai”.
Rudra cribs: Shivaay Bhaiya.
Shivaay who was trying hard to control his laughter, laughs out listening to Rudra’s cribbing. While Rudy makes a cry baby, puppy face.
Saumya slyly: Cry baby Oberoi.
All start laughing hearing her but two people who do not laugh are, one Rudra himself and other is his jaan-e-maan.

Shivika genuinely feels sad as none was supporting her Rudy chachu. So she angrily speaks in his defence: Stop laughing. It wasn’t funny at all. He is really smart.
Shiviaansh: Oh, Miss. Defence lawyer, stay shut.
Shivika pokes him with butter knife for which he yells overdramatically and then getting up from her seat she walks to Rudra and cupping his face with her small hands ensures him: Don’t worry Ru pa, I am with you.
Rudra who feels emotional by seeing her by his side after four years hugs her tightly making Shivika smile wholeheartedly, Rudra wipes his tears before they fall from his eyes. Rudra makes her sit in his lap and kisses her cheeks.
Shivika to OmYa: What were you saying his plans are stupid and never work?
Both OmYa gulp under the Jr. SSO’s glare.
Shivika smirks and continues: Next time, if you are in a fix don’t dear come to my Ru pa. Hmm…
Rudra gives all of them a victory smile and hugging Shivika says: Thank you jaan-e-maan.
Shivika dramatically: Apke liye kuch bhi. BF.
(Anything for you BF.)
She winks showing her tongue and the duo share a hi-fi.
Shiviaansh who was all in support of Om speaks up in his defence: Oh Miss, who even wants your suggestions and advice. We are enough intelligent to think ourselves.
Shivika feign astonishment: Intelligent…… Intelligent, ke spellings bhi ate hain tujhe.
(Do you even know spellings of intelligence?)
Shiviaansh ranting back: Baat toh aise kar rahi hai jaise oxford dictionary hai tun.
(You are talking as if you are oxford dictionary.)
Shivika smiling smugly: Aur tun baat toh aise kar raha hai jaise lawyer ho kahin ka.
(And you are speaking as if you are a lawyer.)
Shiviaansh: Haan hun toh tujhe kya.
(Yes, I am but what’s that to do with you?)
Shivika: Nahi mujhe kuch nahi hai par taras toh mujhe un bicharoon par aa raha hai Jo tujhse apna case ladwayenga. Ek toh harenga upar se paise bhi jayenga.
(No, I have nothing to do with that but I pity those who will give their case to you at one side they will loose and on other side there money will also go in vain.)
Shiviaansh: Unki fikr tun maat kar vo kya hai na sare Teri tarhan mand buddhi nahi hote.
(You don’t worry about them. Actually all are not dumb minded like you.)
Shivika who gets angry with his words shots him back: Agr vo mand buddhi nahi honge toh tere pass kun ayenga. Sooch na ek baar ye bhi aab sab meri tarhan bhole toh hote nahi ki tere jhanse mai phaas jayain.
(If they won’t be dumb minded then why would they come to you. After all everyone isn’t innocent like me to get into your words trap.)
Shiviaansh with Oh really look: Innocent. Hahaha…. Hahaha…. Innocent and you. God Asu, at least think before cracking jokes.
Shivika gets super angry at him and picking up a ketchup throws it towards him. Shiviaansh glare her angrily while she flicks her hair in pride.
Before Shiviaansh does anything else Shivaay picks him up: No you aren’t doing anything, I don’t want the entire table to turn into sabzi Mandi.
Shiviaansh hits on Shivaay’s shoulder to free himself but Shivaay doesn’t budges, Shiviaansh glares a dancing Shivika who has been accompanied by Ariana to celebrate her victory.
Shiviaansh shouts: I will get back to you for this Shivika.
Shivika shows him tongue and continues celebrating with her dance while rest all are laughing at her.

Once Shivaay leaves taking Shiviaansh all smile.
Janvi emotionally remembers: Four years back before Shiv and Shivu left for their trip, how badly had they demanded for Tej and Shakti to wear Santa out fits.
Dadi: Ya and at the end both had to agree also.
All laugh remembering the old memories.

In Shivaay and Anika’s room, Shivaay enters with Shiviaansh and drops him on bed.
Shiviaansh punches him on stomach and Shivaay yells: Ouch….
Shiviaansh: This is for saving your daughter.
Shivaay: Oh God! Shiviaansh. Man do you have bones or iron in there.
Shiviaansh showing off his muscles: Iron man. Buddy!
He ends patting Shivaay’s shoulder who nods in disbelief.
Shivaay: Come on let’s get you changed.
Shiviaansh: No I am going down to make your darling daughter learn a lesson.
Shivaay holding him back: No way. I am getting you changed right away and not a word against that Shiv.
Shiviaansh makes an angry face and folds his arms across his chest and Shivaay picks him up and takes him to get changed after getting out his clothes and towel as the amount of sauce he had stretched from face till end of his shirt, Shivaay really admired the level of accuracy his daughter has in throwing things just like her mother, only difference is she is more in love with throwing sauces rather then water.

Shivaay helps Shiviaansh remove his clothes.
Shiviaansh: Papa, soap.
He points at the wash basin and Shivaay gets it without noticing his son’s smirk.
Shiviaansh sheepishly: Papa….
Shivaay while turning on the tap: Hmm….
Shiviaansh more cutely: Papa…
Shivaay turns to him and signals what. Shiviaansh smirks and rubs his sauce laden shirt on Shivaay’s face and bursts out laughing seeing his fathers remarkably priceless expression with a wide open mouth and wider eyes.
Shiviaansh: Hahaha…. Hahaha…. Save your daughter more now.
Anika who had come searching for them bursts out laughing seeing this scene, Shivaay turns his face towards her and glares her for laughing.

But….

Who cares?

Definitely, not the mother-son duo.

Anika trying to control her laughter: Hahaha….. Shivaay….. Hahaha…. App…. Hahaha….
Shivaay gets irked seeing mother-son duo and grins sheepishly seeing the showers, he pulls out both the showers and holding them in his hand calls the duo: Shiv, Anika.
Both look at him in between their laughter and nod in what.
Shivaay smirks and raises the showers towards them making them wet in seconds. Both look on shocked at him.
Anika: Shivaay ye kya kar rahe hain aap?
(Shivaay what are you doing?)
Shiviaansh squeals in irritation: Papa…
Shivaay: Hye come on laugh more now laugh laugh.
Anika sees detergent powder kept by her on a side shelf and holding it empties it on Shivaay.
Anika proudly: Aur paani dalo, ye mera hi official right hai. Hahaha…..
(Put more water on us, but mind it that it’s my official right. Only mine. Hahaha…)
Shiviaansh: Well done mumma.
Both Ani- Shiv share a hi-fi while laughing at Shivaay whose face is completely white and he looks terribly horrifying and anger just adds on to it.

Back at room both Ariana and Shivika enter in search of their parents and brothers.
Shivika: Yaar, jise upar bhejo wo wahin so jata, wapis aneka toh naam hi nahi leta hai.
(Who so ever comes upstairs he sleeps there only, they don’t even think of coming back.)
Ariana while hearing the noise from bathroom: Ye bathroom mai itni khi khi kon kar raha hai.
(Who is giggling in the bathroom?)
Shivika: Raam Jane. Chal dekhte hain.
(God only knows. Let’s check.)

Ariana nods and both walk upto bathroom only to encounter a ghost who is allegedly according to them for the present time their own father and their darling brother and mother who are drenched in water. Both face palm themselves and say in unison: Yeh ho kya raha hai.
(What is this happening?)
Shivaay turns to the girls and duo scream: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa……….. Bhooth…. Bhooth…..

There screams only results in another round of roller coaster ride for the mother and son duo. Who almost roll down while laughing.

Anika: Oh God man.
Ariana being scared with puppy face: Mumma you are laughing. That too in front of ghost.
Shivaay being highly vexed shouts: Shut up Aru! Firstly this little monster had spread sauce on my face and then this elder monster had put detergent on me. Now what’s left.
Shiviaansh and Anika glare him with their similar pierced looks.
Aru with wide eyes: Papa it’s you.
Shivika replying to Shivaay’s question: Apko dhona.
(To wash you.)
All start giggling.
Shivaay frowns but Shiviaansh starts the shower in his hand and Shivaay’s face gets washed by itself only, where he frowns being irritated and others have a gala time laughing.
Shivika smirks and takes shaving cream and hands, shampoo to Ariana, both do thumbs up .
Shivika: Papa…
Ariana: Mumma…
Shivaay / Anika: Haan….

The girls squeeze the bottle and the contents empty on Shivaay and Anika respectively.

And the girl ends up in the bath tub along with her brother who is laughing whole heartedly.

Anika drops Ariana in the tub to give company to the bro-sis twin.

Shivaay: Oh! Really, then what was that shampoo stunt?
Ariana: Shivu di gave me shampoo.

Shivika punches Shiviaansh on his shoulder: Idiot because of you we are here.
Shiviaansh: Oh really, silly girl who had spilt that ketchup on me.
Shivika sternly: You deserved it.
Anika: Ary, bas kitna lado ge tum dono. Chup! Bilkul chup!
(Oh God! How much will you two fight. Quite now!)
All silence themselves.
Shivaay taps Anika’s shoulder who raises her eyebrow in order to ask “what?”.

Anika being confused nods seeing his puppy face.

Shivaay scoops Anika and puts her in tub too, making the kids burst out in laughter and Anika widen her eyes.
Anika: Shivaay!!!
Shivaay: Hahaha…. Aur gussa karo.

Anika: Oh really.
Shivaay nods doing hi-fi with his daughters nd with in seconds an angry Anika pulls him in tub too.
All look at each other and then burst out laughing.
Poor tub!!!
Taking shower they sprinkle water on each other and start throwing bubbled water doing water masti.

Shivika looking at Shiviaansh closes her eyes hurriedly: Haaw!!!
Shiviaansh being confused: What?
Shivika without opening her eyes: Shame shame…
It’s then Shiviaansh notices that he isn’t wearing a shirt and hides in Anika’s embrace while Ariana too closes her eyes and Shivaay and Anika laugh out seeing their childish antics. But it’s then when Anika notices the marks on Shiviaansh’s body and looks shockingly at Shivaay, who nods and signals her to control herself. Anika rubs of her tears and covers Shiviaansh with her duppata making him comfortable and less shy. She kisses him on his hair making him look at her and then ruffles his hair lovingly, he smiles at her.
Anika getting over her emotions completely: Now remove your hands girls.
Shivika: No. No. Never.
Anika: Umm…. He is covered.
Shivika and Ariana open their eyes and giggle at Shiviaansh who glares the duo.
Ariana resting her head on Shivaay’s chest who was already siting in a funny position where his legs were out of the tub and he was resting his back on the other end with his hand supporting his head he had actually laid down in slant position.
Ariana: Papa, bhaiya looks so girly.
Shivaay laughs hearing her, while Anika back hugs her annoyed son.
Anika: Okay let’s get going. There are no plans to stay here.
Shivaay: Right.
Shivaay gets out of the tub awkwardly making everyone laugh and finally slips on the floor and his totally mad wife and kids burst out laughing at him, while he nods in disbelief seeing them.

Shivika: Papa aapko toh khade hona bhi nahi aata. Hahaha…..
(Papa, you don’t even know how to stand. Hahahaha….)
Shivaay: Laugh beta as much as you can laugh I will get back to all of you for this.
All the kids nod giggling at him.
Shivaay: Get washed up guys you all are filled with soap. Shiviaansh you come in your room I will get you another set of clothes.
He says looking at the wet clothes he had actually brought for Shiviaansh and looks back on getting response to see them continuing their water masti and he nods in disbelief.
Shivaay sternly: Anika…

Shivaay: Out of there now.
Anika makes puppy face but on receiving a stern glare gets out of the tub.

After getting changed all move to Rudra’s room. The kids hop on the bed to their respective favourite chachus.
Ariana enquiringly on not finding Swayam: Where is Chu?

Ariana happily hops on him to be showered with kisses.

ShivKara were preparing tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
Shivaay looking at disturbed face of Om: Om.
Om looks up at him: Hmm…

Om looks at him for a while and then nods: Shivaay, I was thinking.

Shivaay getting normally alert: What happened?
Om: Shivaay, when everything I back to normal and is good then even she deserves to know everything. She deserves to know that she isn’t responsible for anything. She deserves to come out of the dark past of her.
Shivaay: You are right Om. I think so we should tell her in person. Why not go to ghar tomorrow? It’s Christmas also and I am sure everyone will be glad meeting her.

Shivaay nods: Deal.
Shivaay being a little sceptical on seeing Om’s excitement: Do you love her?
Om looks at him being astonished: Are you mad. You know everything. Right?

Om laughs: Right. He will remain majnu only.

Packing of gifts was done, everybody was chit-chatting slouching comfortable either on bed or couch.
Sahil and Shiviaansh’s head was resting in Anika’s lap, while Shivika was sitting in Rudra’s lap and Ariana in Swayam’s. ShivKara enter with the beverages and Om forwards hot chocolate to Shivika, who makes an annoyed pouty face and looks away from him, Om chuckles at her antics.
Om: Abhi bhi naraaz ho.
(Are you still angry.)
Shivika nods looking away.
Om: Umm…. Come on baba.
Shivika: No.
Om cutely: Please….
Shivika angrily: Big no.
Shiviaansh comments: You ar a big Nautanki. Leave her Chote papa.
Shivika glares at him and then hides her face in Rudra’s chest being highly annoyed by them.
Om: Buddy, not fair.
Rudra: Not fair lambe Baal wale prani (creature) you have made my jaan-e-maan upset.
Om: Ary I am trying to make up.
Swayam trying out his luck: You aren’t angry on me Shivu. Right?

Shivika coming out of embrace glares Swayam indicating that she is equally angry and then again hides herself in Rudra’s chest who kisses her head. If he genuinely was superman for someone, someone who considered him his idol, the only person was Shivika, the Shivika whom he knew four years back he highly doubted that she would be same. But few things never change and that included their bond too. Nobody ever knew why Shivika admired him so much. It has always been a conundrum for all.

Om and Swayam hold their ears: Sorry Shivu.
Shivika looks up to Rudra who nods in forgive them.
Shivika turns towards the duo and asks them to remove their hands from their ears and then smirks evilly, making the duo scared.
Shivika: Sing and dance. Entertain us.
All chuckle while OmYa give the most scared look as they knew what’s coming next. And here goes the devil.
Shivika: Omi pa, will dance and Swa pa will sing.
All burst out laughing, Swayam dancing and Om singing is imaginable but vice versa is a disaster. Shivika winks at Saumya who returns back the wink with her most chirpiest smile.
Swayam: Are you sure.
Shivika: Ya, Omi pa will dance on your beats only.
All giggle and mentally want to award Shivika for such a brilliant idea. Both OmYa share a scared look.
Shiviaansh Charing for the duo hoots: Come on you both can do it.
Ariana: Yes go for it Chu, I know there is nothing you can’t do.
Swayam gulps in: Baby it’s singing.
Ariana: So what come on. Go for it.
Shivika: Don’t kill time guys get started.
OmYa nod.

Swayam starts singing in his anti-melodious tone no, not in tone actually but as if he has been asked to read an essay and he is reading in crying tone:

Om nods and making faces starts throwing his hands in air, making Shiviaansh pat his head and others try to control their laughter.

Swayam continues in same way while Om does all the weird steps:

Swayam gets lost remembering someone as the lyrics reminds him of someone and his crying tone turns into chirpy and he sings rather then reading but his voice being all non melodious:

Anika smiles and then she gets up and Shivaay sings for her.

Om sings swinging Gauri around, Shivaay joins him while back hugging Anika and Rudra pulls Saumya near to him and dances with her:

Saumya hits him as the rest chuckle over his overdramatic melodrama.
Shivika rounds her hand around Rudra and places other hand on her waist: RU pa, don’t worry tomorrow I will talk to dadi ma and make her agree to get you married with Su ma.
Saumya blushes hearing ‘Su ma’. While Rudra pecks her being overly excited.
Anika: Vo toh thik hai par, Saumya tum sure ho na ki tumhe iss duffer se shaadi karni hai.
(That’s alright but Saumya are you sure that you want to get married to this duffer.)

Saumya looks into Rudra’s eyes which were waiting for her reply impatiently. She knew why Rudra had asked for marriage in this way as he had promised her that the day his Bhabhi will be fine and Shiv & Shivu will be back home that means the day when his family will be completed he will get her home making her his wife. She knew how much Rudra had loved her and his support throughout all her ups and downs was the best gift for her. She simply nods looking into his eyes while he is staring at her passionately drowning in their love.

AniRi hug Saumya for her agreement while the brothers hug Rudra and congratulate him.

Shiviaansh was sleeping besides Om, he wakes up and gets up rubbing his eyes. He looks around and smiles seeing Om sleeping. Shiviaansh sits on Om’s stomach and smiles sheepishly. Slowly he pulls Om’s hair, Om touches his heads and rub over their and again sleeps back, Shiviaansh nods in disappointment and then plucks a hair from his beard, Om again rubs his beard irking Shiviaansh for his failed attempts. Shiviaansh pats his shoulder but Om shrugs it away. An annoyed Shiviaansh was about to leave but Om pulls Shiviaansh back and chuckles at him, while he glares back at hits Om on chest with his small fist.
Shiviaansh: Urgh…. You were pranking me.
Om chuckles and kisses Shiviaansh’s face: Good morning.
Shiviaansh smiles brightly: Good morning pa.
Om: I missed you so much.
Shiviaansh lying straight on Om’s chest: Me too.
Om smiles.

Shiviaansh looks up at him signalling to continue, but in return Om winks at him and both share a hi-fi.

@SHIVAAY & ANIKA’S ROOM…
Three of the kids enter and smile mischievously seeing their parents sleeping peacefully. They get on the bed and taking thin wires with them starts to irritate their parents by inserting the wire in their ears to give them ticklish feeling. Both Shivaay and Anika ignore it and the kids chuckle. They get up and get paints and sketch pens. They start painting their parents face on finding continuous irritation and coolness on his face Shivaay opens his eyes and Shivika smiles widely showing her cheeky smile to him, he too smiles back without understanding her crazy motive. He rubs his eyes spreading the red and blue paint making it complete black. The kids have tough time controlling their laughter. Shivaay feels something wrong and turns towards Anika and shouts seeing her.

Shivaay: Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…….

Anika wakes up with a jerk, she looks at
Shivaay and shouts: Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…….

Both turn to the mirror and together shout: Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh……

Kids burst out laughing seeing their beautiful parents. Shivaay and Anika understand their prank and glare the kids who are actually rolling on the floor. Both see each other and exchange smirks. Shivaay and Anika walk to their kids with most innocent faces the trio look at each other and start running around the room.
Shivaay: Ary…. Kahan chale.
(Ary….. Where are you running?)
Saying that he holds Ariana tightly by her waist.
Ariana with puppy face: Papa…. Mai apki sabse pyaari beti hun na.

On other side Anika holds Shiviaansh.
Anika: Shivaay, I got him.
Shivika giggles looking at her siblings condition.

Shivika laughs out loudly hearing him complain while the other two are looking at their sister as if she has lost it completely but Shivaay and Anika smile hearing her care free melodious laughter which came like an ailment to their burning souls.

Anika feign strictness: Bohaat hassi aa rahi hai tujhe.

Shivika nods while laughing even more. Anika taking blue colour smears it on Shivika who looks on being shocked at her mother.
Anika: Now laugh sweetheart.
The rest chuckle looking at Shivika’s condition, who squeezes another bottle at her mother who moves but in that process paint ends up on Shiviaansh who frowns.
Ariana pleads to Shivaay: Papa leave me please…. Leave me otherwise next is my turn.
Shivaay leaves Shivika instead and taking paint in his hand applies it on Ariana’s face showing his tongue to her in teasing manner.
Ariana: Papa….
Shivaay chuckles at her irritating cribbing voice.
Shiviaansh takes a box of paint and empties it on Shivika’s head painting her completely red.
Shivika looks on with wide eyes and mouth.
Shiviaansh laughing at her: This is your true face Shivu…. You are actually a ghost. .
Shivika angrily holds Shiviaansh and tips his face in another big paint cane. Painting his brown.
Shivika: Hows this little monster?
Anika and Shivaay cup their mouths and Ariana face palms herself.
Shiviaansh empties yellow paint on her and add some white over it. Shivika takes orange paint and pours it on Shiviaansh finally adding some violet to it.
Shivika: Hows this dear brother?
Shiviaansh pours blue paint on her: Just like this.
Before Shivika pours another paint on Shiviaansh, Shivaay pulls her away: I never knew my kids are junglee.

Anika: Okay. Now lot of masti has been done, you all get changed otherwise this paint won’t remove easily.

All have assembled in hall and are chit chatting.

After few minutes, Anika, Shivika, Ariana come down wearing similar navy blue fairy one piece, with similar sandals. Anika’s hair were tied in a messy bun with her hair flicks coming out, Shivika had set her hair in a messy braid while Ariana two had the similar hair style, three of the girls were joined by Gauri and Saumya. Gauri was wearing navy blue gown with her hair straight and half tied up, she stood besides Anika and the duo hold each other’s hand, while Saumya holds Ariana’s hand. Saumya wore a navy blue gown and her hair were perfectly set in a bun. All of them slayed their outfits.

As soon as boys turned to look at the three eternal beauties their breath hitched. They looked on being completely stunned actually they were blown off by the magical beauties.

Saying that she walks away followed by the girls giving her royal ignore to THE SSO. Shivaay’s jaw touches the ground seeing her tantrums.

Saying that she walks past him shocking him, while Ariana giggles at all the men and her brother and follows the girl gang.

Ghaar is an official venture of Oberoi’s started by ShivOmRu for Anika, as a gift to her on her first birthday after Shivaay and Anika’s wedding. ShivOmRu had promised Anika to not let any other orphan suffer the way she did. She was highly overwhelmed by their gesture. Presently the place is handled by Anika’s dear sister Ishaana who took over it with two reasons, the most prominent being her guilt and other was she wanted to take over so that it doesn’t gets neglected in Anika’s absence. Ghar is in near proximity to Oberoi Estates, ten minute distance by walk, even then Ishaana had never entered Oberoi Estates for previous 4 years, not even for once.

ShivOmRu enter Ghar first asking the rest to wait for a while.

A lean, fair girl in her early thirties, wearing a simple plain white with her long black tresses flowing freely with the air current had knelt down in front of a three years old kid who was nudging her over food, she was pleading the child to eat while child being hell adamant had sworn not to let a morsel touch his taste buds. ShivOmRu smiled seeing her efforts. Three of them walk to her and Shivaay picks up the child in his arms and it’s then when Ishaana notices them, she stands up and smiles looking at their not so usually glowing faces. The glow that had vanished years back had appeared with double the intensity.
Ishaana: Good morning guys.
ShivOmRu with great zeal: Good morning beautiful. Merry Christmas.
Ishaana with slight yet genuine smile: Merry Christmas.
Shivaay to the kid: Mr. Abhay why are you not listening to my sister. Hmm…
Abhay: Ganda…
ShivOmRu laugh at his pronunciation.
Ishaana being completely done with the food battle complaints: Look na bhai, he is so adamant.
Shivaay to Abhay: Come on man, stop irritating your di, she is making you eat so sweetly, eat na.
Om: Let it be Shivaay, I don’t think he is in mood to eat. He will come to Ishu once he is hungry. Right?
He asks Abhay playing with his hands and Abhay smilingly nods.
Ishaana giving in: Fine. Go and play then.
Shivaay drops him down and he runs to his friends.
Ishaana: Aye bhaiya, I have made all the arrangements for the day.
Shivaay stops her: Wait Ishu, for today we have something for you.
Ishaana: No bhaiya I don’t need anything please.
Rudra: Ary Ishu di dekh toh lo ek baar, fir pasand nahi aya toh hum gift vapis ke jayenga.

Ishaana: That’s not needed….
Before she completes Om covers her eyes with a cloth and takes her to the main garden where nobody is present.

Ishaana: What are you guys upto?
Shivaay: Wait Ishu you will come to know.
Rudra: Ok di at the count of 3 open your blindfold. 3…. 2…. 1…. Now.

Ishu opens her blindfold only to get the shock of her life. A lady in her mid thirties stood wearing a beautiful navy blue dress with her hair tied in a bun and diamond earring adorning her ears, her arms crossed across her chest as she looks on with her brightest smile. Ishaana’s eyes tear up on seeing the lady, she covers her mouth in astonishment, while a teary eyed Anika smiles at her sister.

Anika: Ishaana….
Ishaana runs and hugs Anika tightly while she cries in hysterics: Di….
Anika cares Ishu’s hair: Shhh….. Bas shant ho ja.
(Shhh…. Calm down dear.)

Rudra in his usual cute self: Ary, Ishu di aap toh sirf Bhabhi se milkar itna ro rahe ho agr aap un dono se miloge toh baad aa jayegi.
(Ishu di, you are crying on seeing Bhabhi, if you meet those two then definitely flood will come.)
Ishu coming out of the hug: Who two?
Rudra points at Shivika and Shiviaansh who stood write beside him, both cutely wave at Ishaana and she gets confused and looks at Anika who nods while smiling giving Ishaana the biggest shock of her life.

Ishaana in a feeble hardly audible tone: Shivika…. Shiviaansh….

The twin duo nod. Ishaana goes and takes the duo in a bone crushing hug and both smile.

Recap: shivika played cricket match and shivay lost the match.

Part 14

Shivika was standing alone in middle of a road and it started to rain. Anika got happy seeing the rain. A big smile adorned her lips. She started to enjoy the rain. Just like a kid she waved her hands in rain. Her happiness has no bound.

She always felt connected to rain. She feel her every pain and sadness being washed by the rain. For the past three months she never got drenched in rain. She felt she didn’t deserve any happiness after hurting Shivay. She always thought her life is only filled by tears. She was always afraid about the fact of losing her loved ones. She never had anyone in her life excluding Sahil. But he is a kid.

She always wanted someone’s shoulder to lean on whenever she is sad. She always wanted someone to comfort her. She wanted someone to hug her and soothe away all her pain. She wanted someone to say that everything will be fine.

She got all of her wishes fulfilled through shivaay. She never thought this kanjhi aankhon wala Bagad Billa will become her life. She never thought stone Singh Oberoi can also be sweet Singh Oberoi. She always teased him by calling cute. It irritated him to core but she always liked to tease him. She decided to cherish this moment because she may not get this opportunity again.

On the other side Shivay was completely immersed in his wife’s beauty. He was very happy to see her happiness. He always felt she lost her smile in this past three months. He very well understood she is in as much as pain as him. He could always sense her whenever she is around him but​ he was not able to decipher the reason for her behaviour.

He hated himself because he was not able to fulfill his promise. He promised her no matter whatever the situation maybe​ he will never leave her alone. But he himself broke that promise. It was him who throwed her out of his house but not from his heart. He always felt guilty for throwing her out of oberoi mansion. She potrayed herself as a gold digger before him but she was never interested in his money.

Even after their separation she didn’t ask for any alimony from him. When he asked Khanna to check about her background he came to know that she took loan from a bank for her business. That clearly indicated him she is not interested in his money.

He tried his level best to find the reason behind her behaviour but he was not able to get any clue. He remembered a flashback between him and anika.

Flashback

Anika was searching something in her room. Shivaay came to room and saw her searching for something.

” What are you searching Anika?”, He asked her.

” Actually I lost my money”, she worriedly replied him.

” That’s a bad news. How much money you lost 5 lakhs or 10 lakhs? Don’t worry I will ask Khanna to check entire house. I know you give importance to your hard earned money. Don’t worry we will find it”, he assured her.

Anika smacked her head in frustration. she was giving him u can never change your look. Shivay was surprised by her reaction.

” R u mad Shivay. I even don’t know how many zeroes are there in a lakh.”

” Then how much u lost. Tell me the value?”

” Actually I don’t know where I kept my hundred rupees.”

* Have you lost it Anika. U lost hundred rupees and u r giving reaction like you lost 5 lakhs”.

” So what hundred rupees is also a very big amount”, she replied him cooly.

” Anika don’t forget u r anika shivay Singh oberoi. When your husband is capable of earning thousands of crores why you are worried about hundred rupees”.

” Oh hello Mr. Tadibaaz I married you not your money. I never want your money. I am capable of surviving on my own. If u can’t help me then don’t distract me. Moreover your height will not reduce if u help me”, she replied him fiercly.

” Don’t bring my height into this matter”, saying so he went towards her but she ran away before he could catch her.

He remembered that incident. He was now damn sure that anika was not interested in his money. There is some other reason beyond her behavior. He decided to investigate again.

He saw her dancing in rain happily. He was lost in her beauty. She suddenly pulled him to her. She looked at him and started to dance with him. Shivay was not able to control himself. He saw her clothes stuck in her body due to water. Her luscious lips covered by water droplets.

It is not that he was physically attracted to her but they always had something between them. Some strange connection. No girl made him go weak on his knees. Her simple touch passed electricity to his body. Anika was unaware of his gaze on her. Shivaay suddenly pulled her to him and she crashed on his chest.

She was shocked by this sudden proximity between them. Her breath got hitched. He pulled her more close to him. Her heaving chest alerted him about their proximity. He cupped her face and looked into her eyes. He asked her in a husky voice.

” Why u always leave things in middle?”, Shivay questioned her.

” What do u mean? I didn’t leave any work in middle. It’s not my style,” she argued with him.

” Then did u forget what u did in cricket match”.

” First of all I never forget anything. Moreover I eat almonds daily”, but she suddenly realised what he meant. He is trying to tell her about the kiss. Seeing her reaction he understood she got his meaning.

” Mr. Oberoi I actually did that only to defeat you. Do you remember u also did the same thing when we played hand wrestling”, she answered him nervously.

” So it’s like tit for tat but remember one thing anika, shivay Singh oberoi never lose”, saying so he started to kiss her forehead followed by her eyelids and cheek. Anima clutched his shirt tighter. She involuntarily held his neck which resulted in their close proximity.

He started to place few kisses in her neck. Not able to control Anika moaned his name. This aroused him more. His hot breathe fanned on her lips. He was above to claim her lips but something splashed on shivay.

” Fhat the wuck”, he shouted.

A vehicle splashed mud on Shivay’s dress spoiling his dress. Anika was not able to control her laughter. Seeing her laughing shivay got angry. He hugged anika such that her dress is also spoiled by mud.

” What did you do?”, Anika asked him angrily.

” Tit for tat”, he replied with full attitude.

Both of them chased each other and started to run. They at last spotted a tea shop. Anika was hungry.

” I am hungry. Let’s get some tea”, anika declared.

“is your uncle owner of this shop “, he asked her.

” what do u mean? “.

” we don’t have money. I hope your almond eating brain will remember it.”

” yes u r right. What shall we do now?”, anika kept her hands inside her jeans. She suddenly found one hundred rupees note from her pocket.

” Mr. Oberoi look here what I got. Do  u remember once I told you I lost hundred rupees look I got it now. Come on. let’s go.”

” anika I will not eat in such an unhygienic place. ”

” you and your hygiene. Listen to me we don’t have money to afford your hygienic food. Moreover we r stuck here without money. So stop showing your tadi and come with me”.

Both of them had tea. Shivay was not ready to drink it and made face but our jhansi ki Rani made him to drink his tea. They also ate some hot pakodhas. They got a phone from nearby and informed Khanna.

But Khanna said due to bad weather he may not be able to reach them. He can only get back them in morning. Shivay didn’t have other choice. He informed him about his location and asked him to arrange transport at the earliest.

“Ma’am now we must go and visit the hospital” Khanna spoke as Anika completed her work in the office.

“Yeah” she left a deep sigh. She went down and got up on the car. “Khanna ji may I drive?” Anika asked.

“But ma’am…” he tried to resist but Anika cut him in middle “please” Khanna ji could not deny her plead and allowed her to drive.

Anika started driving. After going some distance she stopped the car suddenly and tears went down her eyes.

FLASHBACK

“Anika learn it properly” Shivay sounded irritated while putting Anika’s hand over the steering. On the other hand Anika was busy checking Shivay out.

“Stop checking me out and learn what I am teaching you” Shivay pressed Anika’s hand. But no effect was caused and she broke laughing.

After controlling her laughter she spoke with difficulty “Shivay… stop yelling at me…” she broke down again. After sometime she continued “… I am your wife… not your student and… and… what will you do when you have to control your child haan??” Anika started laughing again.

“Someone is eagerly waiting to become mother” Shivay teased Anika.

“No… nothing like that” Anika defended with stammer in her voice as the blood ran to her cheeks making her cheeks to turn shades of red.

“We can have a baby” Shivay said while staring her lips in his extra husky voice.

“Stop it Shivay… we are out on the road” Anika said turning Shivay’s face to other side.

“Hmm… you come to passengers seat” Anika followed as she was ordered. Shivay took the driver seat and drove back to Oberoi Mansion. They soon reached their room.

“Now we are not on road” Shivay said trapping Anika between walls and him.

“You can never change” Anika said as a smile formed on her lips.

“What I am romancing my wife” Shivay said again in his special husky voice.

Anika closed her eyes as he started dropping kisses on her face. He slowly took her lips in his mouth. They had a slow liplock.

“I love you” Shivay said kissing the spot below her ear.

“I love you too” Anika said and initiated another kiss.

He soon took her to the bed and made love. Every passing day they make love… their desires for each other increases as the spark rises more.

FLASHBACK ENDS

“Ma’am what happened?” Khanna asked.

“Nothing” Anika answered and wiped her tears starting the engine.

They soon reached to the hospital. Everyone greeted Anika as she passed through many cabins and sections of the hospital.

“I won’t take the injection” came a very familiar voice to Anika’s ears. But that stern voice which she knew was not there rather an afraid voice echoed. She soon ran towards the cabin to check. She could not believe her eyes what she saw.

She remained stopped at the door step as the tears went down her eyes. Inside a doctor was struggling to push an injection to the man whom she loves.

“Please don’t… ahh… ahh” he winced in pain then when Anika’s trance broke and she ran inside to stop the doctor.

“What injection is this?” Anika asked throwing away the injection from doctor’s hand.

The doctor looked horrified. He was in search of words to explain but soon a slap landed on his face.

“Anika…” the man softly spoke and became unconscious in Anika’s hold.

“Shivay… Shivay get up Shivay” Anika said while hitting Shivay’s cheek but no response came.

The doctor answered at last “it was a sleeping drug” he looked down and continued “I did as I was instructed ma’am”

“What the hell do you mean?” Anika asked rising her voice. But doctor kept mum. Looking this Anika again shouted “will you speak up??”

Khanna ran inside and so was some other staff.

“Shivay sir” Khanna spoke as his eyes bulged out his socket.

“Khanna ji khanna ji… Shivay… I got my Shivay…” Anika said with a wet voice. “Shivay get up Shivay… please get up” Anika jerked Shivay but no response came.

The doctor tried to slip away from the spot but Khanna caught him and slapped him hard making the mark of his five fingers on his face.

Some other doctors went to Anika and Shivay. “Ma’am he is being injected sleeping drugs from past two and half years. This is a high dose drug and he will regain his consciousness maybe tomorrow.” Another doctor answered leaving everyone in shock.

“You were asking na who asked me to do this… it was OmRu… Shivay’s OmRu.” The doctor answered as again another slap landed on his cheek.

Hi This is VHM back with a new FF on IB couple SHIVIKA….A slow yet Subtle love story……..

This is completely off track FF on Shivika and a college life and post college life of Shivika based FF…nothing to do with the track of IB….May be few of you can relate to this….you all know the characters and few characters will behave the same way as in real IB…few will be different……The Beginning would be slow and may bore you, but as i always say these beginning episodes will be crucial to form the further story……..

Anika came out of her flashback when she heard the announcement

”Dames en heren , we hebben onze eindbestemming bereikt …. hebben een mooie dag voor de boeg … controleer je spullen voordat je de trein verlaat ”

(Ladies and Gentlemen, we have reached our final destination….have a nice day ahead…please check your belongings before leaving the train)

Anika picked her bag and realised her trousers being wet with tears…she wiped her tears …set herself and got down the train and started walking towards her home…..

Anika TAM ”it’s been 10 years and everything is still afresh…the only thing that i wasn’t able to do is to forget him…i tried many times , but i failed every time….i have now everything with me…status, money, a good job…but i am still alone….”

She looked towards the sky and walked while thinking

Anika TAM ”People say that you look at everyone and bless everyone, whether they believe you or doesn’t believe you…but you left me God…you never noticed me…when i started to believe that you were there, you made me believe that you don’t exist….why were you so harsh to me? i agree i never believed in you, but i never said a word against you…i fought with everything…but now i am not able to fight with my own shattered heart….every single day in these 10+ years i remembered him…every single day i cried for him…every work i do reminds him….i tried to die when my bestie died in-front of me…but i was reminded my responsibility towards Sahil….you know what, if somebody who believes in you, ever asks you to show him/her hell…do onething show my life …they will understand….”

Anika reached her house and was about to put in the key to enter when the door opened….She was surprised and a smile appeared on her face…….

Shivaay closed the album and he had his share of tears still flowing…..he looked at the ceiling and thought

Shivaay TAM ”Where are you Ms.Surpanaka….why couldn’t you listen to me once that day…where did you disappear leaving your Mr.RitchieRich alone….whatever i did was never intentional….i was young then and i thought i could handle , before everything slips of my hands….i was a fool to not know your value, i was stupid not to share my worries with you…you asked many times , but i never shared and you without my telling you, took away my worries….come back Ms.Surpanaka….i cannot live without you…i have bared enough of punishment…i cannot live without you…your smile, your anger, you innocence, your stupidity, our intense moments, fun moments, romantic moments, family moments haunts me every moment….i am not at peace after you left me and you very well know i can find peace only in your embrace…please Ms.Surpanaka, your Mr.Ritchie Rich needs you badly…come back”

Tears rolled down his eyes while he hugged the photo album tight……

Pinky came to him and knocked the door…he wiped his tears , Pinky sat next to him…

Pinky ”Shivaay…didn’t you sleep till now”

Shivaay composed himself and said ”i am going to sleep now”

Shivaay just looked at her and said ”Mom….Anika has left us and never turned back and this is the only truth…and regarding forgetting her….Shivaay Singh Oberoi never forgets anything and anyone” he set his hair in style…..

Pinky ”this is not the answer that i expected”

Shivaay ”nothing happens as we expect…” he sighed

”Sahil…when did you come and so suddenly..” Anika smiled and hugged him

”Didi …christmas time , so i came here….i missed you a lot didi…and i came here as soon as my holidays got declared”

”Chalo let’s go in” Anika said

Sahil was a grown up college going guy….Anika took him to many orthopaedics in different countries and finally got treated him in Netherlands, with an artificial leg…So Sahil could walk now without those sticks…..

They had some normal chitchats and then

Anika ”sahil why am i feeling that you want to say or ask something really important?”

”Dii…why are we staying separately? why can’t i stay with you? from the time we stepped out of India, you tried to keep me away from you…as soon as my schooling completed , you made me stay far away from you….i agree you did everything for me, which probably my parents wouldn’t have done, but ” Sahil vented his feelings and took a pause

”Sahil….i will just tell you one thing….never become so close to anyone, be it me or your future life partner…..thinking two persons living together forever happily is the biggest lie in this universe….and who knows this better than me….i am there for you today, tomorrow i may not be and if i am not there , you should not become depressed and feel lonely…so i am making you ready for every situation….i hope you will understand me” Anika replied getting up and went ahead to fetch some veggies from the refrigerator

”Anika didi…i was good when i was small…unnecessarily i grew up…had i been small you would have kept me near you….dii, i have only you in this huge world….i am not feeling like staying in Amsterdam anymore…i am planning to shift to Belgium and stay along with you, support you, get pampered by you, to take care of you” Sahil finally spoke out his decision

”this can’t happen Sahil..and you know that very well …now tell me what will you eat” Anika tried to stop the discussion going further

””Penne pesto” i prefer to eat that Anika didi” Sahil replied

Anika’s heart pierced and she threw the stirrer in anger holding the kitchen platform real tight, closing her eyes….

Anika ”Mr.Ritchie Rich, where are the family members?”

Shivaay ”Ms.Surpanaka …they have a function to attend…so went there and OmRu and Prinku will be coming back in an hour , they went to pick up everyone else”

Anika ”ohh …you should have said me beforehand….i would have come late”

Shivaay ”that’s the reason i didn’t say you…now i have got some time to spend with you”

Anika ”you are real chantomind”

Shivaay ”what did you say chant..chant”

Anika ”forget it …you will not understand and repeat…i said you are very clever”

Shivaay ”i am ..do you have any doubt” he spoke coming dangerously close to her

Anika ”what…what are you trying to do”

Shivaay ”Ms.Surpanaka…how about repeating the kodaikanal scene once again?”

Anika ”very bad idea….so move back…don’t come near”

Shivaay ”what if i don’t?”

Anika held a jug of water and splashed it on to his face…

Anika ”haww…haww…i am wet …and all this because of you Mr.Ritchie Rich…” she screamed at him playing with water and sprinkling at him….

Anika ”now see what i do” she pulled him into the pool….

Shivaay pulled her near him , their bodies were hot and clothes were wet…Anika’s lips shivered , while he came near her lips to plant a kiss….Anika pushed him and said

Anika ”Mr.Ritchie Rich..i am hungry…”

Shivaay ”what?”

Anika ”i am hungry ”

Shivaay nodded his head in no weirdly…and said

Shivaay ”go and put on Prinku’s clothes and put your clothes in washing machine…while i prepare something for you”

Anika nodded and smiled blushing, took a huge sigh and left to do what she has been said

After sometime she went to kitchen….

Anika ”what is being prepared?”

Shivaay ”Penne Pesto…my speciality”

Anika ”the aroma is increasing my hunger…shall i try the dish”

Shivaay ”not now..near the pool area where the table is set”

Anika ”okay..as you say”

Shivaay set the tray and took her to the pool area where he set the table beautifully…he pulled a chair for Anika and made her sit…he served the pasta and very lovingly fed her…she too fed him….

He saw the pesto sauce on her cheeks, he bent and licked it off of her cheeks, making the current pass her spine and she becoming red with blush …….

”what happened Dii? why are you angry?” Sahil tried to bring out her emotions

”Sahil…you very well know …i hate pasta and i never prepare it….yet you ask me to prepare it…what are you trying to do?” Anika screamed at him

”What are you doing didi? you are running away from everything…from me, from bua , from your friends, from Shivaay Jiju” he said in equally loud voice

”i am not…do you understand…i am not running away from anything and i don’t know who that person is” Anika replied shouting

”which person do you don’t know?” Sahil questioned

”the one whose name you took in the end…and by the way, this is my life and i run away or i stand still…how does it matter you? i never cared for anything or anyone and i will never care for anyone ” Anika spoke controlling her emotions

”not even me Dii…will you not care if it’s about me?” Sahil questioned

”Sahil…please…..don’t prolong this…you know i dislike all this” Anika finally looked at him

Sahil ”Didi i too dislike this discussion, but what i dislike more is, you running away from everything and everyone…staying all alone…fighting every single moment with your shattered heart..do you even understand in these 10 + years , you have changed so many companies…and why?”

Anika ”i don’t want to answer you”

Sahil ”I will answer as i know the answer”

Anika looked at him

Sahil continued ”you changed so many companies because you feared, you will get attached to the people over there …you feared to develop a friendly bond with your colleagues, you feared you will not be able to fight with your emotions …so you started changing companies…not only that…you changed the technologies you worked for…you kept on changing everything …you don’t want to be known or seen to anyone…you are becoming a mystery for many….but i know the real you…i am your brother dii…so what if i am not your real brother, i am more than that”

Anika ”enough Sahil…nothing more on this topic ever again…i am happy you have come here…stay here till the holidays end…and then you need to go back to Amsterdam…i want you to be successful….that’s it….may be seeing you successful is the only last thing i want to see and i will be off my responsibilities”

Sahil ”Today you need to speak out everything dii…” he shouted

Anika went into her room and closed the door …collapsed on to the ground and cried silently but vigourously

Sahil stood on the other side of the door and shouted ”Dii…tell me dii…share your pains with me dii…remember you used to tell me that i should share all my problems and worries with you…and when sometimes i didn’t share you used to say, what’s the use of such a sister who cannot wipe of her younger brother’s worries………now i am saying the same dii….what’s the use of such a brother who cannot wipe the tears of her sister…today if you don’t speak, you will be failing me as a brother…and i know my Anika didi can never see his little Sahil fail” he spoke banging the door

Aniak listened everything and cried even more….she wiped her tears, controlled her emotions and setting her voice spoke ”Sahil….you are the best brother …may be i am not a good sister…i have already closed all the doors of relations and bonds…..you want me to see happy right?”

”yes didi…that’s the only thing i want ” sahil replied hopefully

”then Sahil..never ask me anything and never bring this topic again…i have by much difficulty composed myself over these years….let the past be past….your success will make me happy…just shine like the sun among the stars and your Anika didi will be the happiest” she replied

A silence prevailed for sometime……..

”fine dii…i am leaving now…i understood you want even me to go away from you…i promise i will not come and meet you ever again…but one fact will never change…whoever may come in my life , but My Anika didi and her happiness will be my first priority” Sahil spoke

A few minutes later Anika heard the sound of the main door …she got up shocked and opened her room door, screaming Sahil’s name….she checked the house , but Sahil was nowhere to be seen neither his luggage…she ran outside and checked.. Sahil was seen nowhere…….

Anika went in and collapsed once again on the floor and shouted loudly ”i am sorry Sahil…i am really sorry…i have become weak from my heart that i am running away from everything and everyone….come back Sahil…you are the last string that has kept my heart from breaking completely…and if you go away, there is no point for me to live anymore…. ‘ she cried touching her head on the floor…..

A paper fell from the dining table before her ……….

That was so funnnn u know every day night I would think about your face reactions while removing your shirt,giving medicine when talks about injection comes you turn into child u cried for an injection haha the hero who fights with 100 goons in movie is scared of injection and bursts out laughing.
Shivaay:Arrey my hand was broken that’s why.

Anika:I know.When I saw u first u were looking totally dull,wounded.Who does this kind of stunts?? U got seriously hurt in the shoot and my luck u were my patient and I had to bear a khadoos.

Shivaay:It’s not like that ani.Because of him my dad died.I still remember each and every thing about that night.

Flashback
Shivaay and Daksh were children in orphanage.Pinky and Shakthi had no children and they were from a middle class family.They used to visit orphanage where Shivaay and Daksh were there during festivals.Like that when they noticed Shivaay and Daksh acting in drama Shakthi liked their acting very much.Shakthi’s dream was to become a actor but in order to manage his family settle his sister he got into business.When he saw both he thought to make them actors and as he had no child he thought to adopt them.Pinky has said many times to adopt but he refused but for the first time he himself wanted to.They adopted Shivaay and Daksh gave education food shelter but better than that was their patently love.

They loved them soooo much.Pinky and Shakthi never felt that Shivaay and Daksh are not their children.They always thought they are their children.While years were rolling with love Shakthi got to know about YouTube.It was not that famous that time.It was the time it was launched.He wrote some stories and made Shivaay and Daksh act in it.they had only few views but we’re happy by heart.Daksh used to play the main role and Shivaay will be playing the supporting role.While this was going on in a side Shivaay and Daksh started to go to college.But their main job was to act.Once a producer approached Shakthi.He wanted Daksh to act in it but Shakthi disagreed.He wanted Shivaay and Daksh to be launched in a same movie.He never wanted to make his one son high and make the second feel dad does not live me.He wanted Shivaay and Daksh to get equal importance.But Daksh didn’t have that feeling.

He said his dad that he is gonna act in it.When Shakthi talked to him with patience he opposed him and accepted the producers offer.He started acting in that movie.In middle of the movie he shifted to a new house.His first movie was a block buster hit.That producer became everything to Daksh.When pinky,Shakthi,Shivaay called him through he would not attend or cut it or will take it and start scolding his worker boy.When his second movie came it was also a block buster and Daksh proudness growed more so Shakthi decided that Shivaay should also act in a movie.A small producer approached Shakthi and he accepted it.Shivaay started his shoots but in middle of the movies shoot there was a award function and Shakthi called Shivaay and pinky and they were waiting to watch it live as it was sure Daksh would be winning it.Whatever it is Daksh was his son and a parent can never hate his son.

I actually thought to add some more in this epi but my hands were paining typing it.I erased 3 times and wrote it and It took way more time than I expected.so the remaining part will be added to the next episode.So no question this time.But I want reviews?? How was this epi?? Was it predictable?? I like surprise stories and twists at the end I thought to create one in this one.Did it work?? Shivika OS || Dinner Chaos||

Shivaay dragged his feet back and forth, he don’t know what to do, upstairs his wife had trapped herself in one of the guest room, that too far away from their room and was not at all in a mood to open the doors, much to his dismay. But now what can he do? He was the reason behind all this. He made her angry, but she should understand his situation too.

Shivaay had totally forgotten about the dinner plan, more precisely he was forced to forget about it, the reason for this was annika was going to cook food for everyone today, for the third time and the difference was just that today everyone will be the target of that awful dishes, he shouldn’t say this but still the taste of burnt butter paneer masala and those boiled vegetables haunt him to no extend but being a caring husband, which indeed he is,will ever so easily gulp them down who always refused to pass through his throat.

He was asked to come home fast so that they all will have the dinner together but out of the blue, that exact evening one of his closest buddy from Cambridge, showed up in his office and then everything went so blurry he didn’t realize that he was freaking late that too with full stomach.

Reaching home when he saw his family in the dinning room, he had simply refused to take even a bite, little did he notice the shocked expression on everyone face, or rather the hurt expression on his beautiful wife’s face he would have laughed at that very moment saying that he was just kidding but it didn’t happened.

when he started to move towards his room,annika called him and when he turned at that exact moment someone from the table warned him to bend down and so in an instant, he did and he was glad for doing that because if he hadn’t done it then a plate full of some kind of dish, would have been plastered on his face, because annika had thrown the plate on his face, cursing him under her breath as her eyes filled with unshed tears.

He was thrown back to the earth when he heard Rudra saying that he was really disappointed with him as how come he did this to his bhabhi who had especially made all his favorite dishes and it was surprisingly tasty but they doubt that annika hadn’t listen anything as she just made a ran towards the guest room. Shivaay cursed himself under his breath that how come he had been so forgetful? He was feeling guilty for doing this to her.

“Sir you called me”Khanna said in urgency, “Yes, I called you and consider this as your last call”shivaay said with a straight face, making khanna look at him in confusion”Why Sir?”

“Because you are blo*dy fired” shivaay said with a swift of his hand making him gasped in shock. “but how? Have I done anything wrong?”

“yes you have done wrong”he said irritately “You never reminded me that today I had to go home early”

This sentence was met with a series of gasp which belonged to his own family, and the most high pitched was of his soon-to-be-ex-bodyguard (according to him), who was at the verge of having a severe heart attack.

“You never told me about it”this was an instant reply when khanna recovered from the shock.

“but you must have told me that”Shivaay was repulsive “I should go home as it is late”

Khanna was at short of words, he dare to say his ill tempered boss to go home as it is late, and when once he had told him, he was shower with a month of cold glares and even his salary was at the verge of being cut down and from then on he never in his wildest dream thought to ask him that awful question and see the irony, here his boss is accusing him for not reminding him to go home as it is late when he was busy with one of his staunchest old chap.

“Shivaay stop this nonsense”Janvi said sternly “Khanna you can go now, i think your Shivaay sir had really lost his mind, he is accusing you for nothing”

“But ma’am”khanna fumbled giving a glance at shivaay who was looking like he had been slapped on his face.

“don’t worry, you are not fired and no one , i said no one is going to do that to you, you can go now” dadi said affirmately.

The smile on khanna’s face was something worth to be captured and with just a last glance he was out of the threshold of the mansion.

“Why you send him?” Shivaaay started doing back forth again”I never told you to do that”

When he didn’t heard a word from anyone, he stopped in his tracks to see his whole family gazing at him accusingly, “why you’ll are looking at me like this?” He fumbled because he know he was wrong but getting deadly glares from everyone he know he can’t save himself from his family because he had done a sin making their Annika sad, and so a defeated sigh escaped his mouth and he sat on the couch.

“I’m sorry” he whispered which to his oblivion everyone heard it but instead of forgiving him each of the Oberoi ladies passed him some taunt and moved to their respective rooms leaving the Men alone who was looking at him sympathetically and he was glad that they were with him but rudra was no less then the ladies he was continuously passing comments on how he can be so irresponsible and many more.

“I think” shivaay said thoughtfully “I need to talk to annika”

“Oh waoh! Bravo Shivaay” Om said amusement dripping from his words “At last, after doing all this stupidity, you got to know that you have to talk to annika, what a smartass you are”

Everyone passed each other a glance of knowing look,”we can’t do anything,” Tej said “it’s between you and her so you had to figure it out yourself”

And for the first time, Shivaay had to say that one word which he thought he will never say to anyone other then his wife,, “Please I need your help”

soon an idea came from rudra who said that this is all because he hate seeing his bhabhi sad and so shivaay was helplessly, irrevocably left with the only option in hand, that is climbing the pipe to the room and entering it through the balcony.

After a few minutes, khanna came running with a long ladder, well being called after a few minutes where he was being threaten to fired and asked to bring a ladder was really new for him but he also know that his boss’s wife is someone who can make his arrogant boss do anything. Om placed the ladder carefully leaning it towards the small balcony of the room where annika reside and looked at shivaay.

“Is there no other option then this?” Shivaay asked helplessly, but got only one answer that was a No, he could see all of them suppressing their laughter and even khanna was doing the same, because of her he had to do all this but at the same time he was scared too.

“I would rather go for a picnic with Hitler rather then doing this,it’s kind of dangerous..” shivaay said eyeing the length of the ladder.

“Brother, Love is beyond fear “Rudra commented but that exact moment, a smack was met on the back of his head from Om, “It’s ‘Victory is beyond fear'” he corrected him but rudra shrugged it off, saying in this situation that line was more suitable.

“Shivaay you can do this,My boy” both of the senior Oberoi tapped his shoulder simultaneously and with that shivaay was climbing it. “I’ll surely throw that shitty phone of yours if you’ll continue to do that” shivaay screamed at khanna who was taking the video but he was smirking at his boss” we never get to see this scene ever so just wanted to capture it for the future” he said “Sir just be like that” and he took a snap as he winked and shivaay cringed in response. If he wasn’t on the ladder then khanna would have been dead until now.

“Bro stop screaming and do the needful else I’m going to leave this ladder” Rudra countered and with that shivaay was focused on his work, making other chuckle in response.

Taking each step cautiously he finally was able to reach the balcony and heaved a sigh of relief that he reached there without having any broken bone. Looking down at the men he smiled as all of them gave him a thumbs up as if trying to encourage him.

“I hope he will be alive, bhabhi was really angry,I’ll surely miss him” Rudra said as he moved towards the hall with the others, hearing his words everyone laughed and hoped for the best.

Settling the blue transparent curtains aside so he could have a view of the dim lighted room with out any hindrance, he saw it empty, moving with slow steady steps he got to know that she was inside the washroom,”God please help me, what the hell have you done shivaay?”he murmured some curses under his breath rubbing the back of his neck with his hand.

Annika cleaned her face with the towel as she walked her way out of the washroom, she went towards the mirror and looked at her self, she was still red with anger, why wouldn’t she? having secret cooking classes from the last few months so that she could learn to cook food, just for him and when she dare to do that, he came home saying he had eaten a lot and didn’t want to eat more. Was there any forgiveness for this?No.

Cursing her husband under her breath, she caught something in the mirror and turned to see her evil husband leaning on the balcony doors, a grin plastered on his face.Something surged through her and she was back on her angry mode,”what the freaking hell are you doing here?” she started to move towards him”and from where have you came? I have locked the door, I assume”

“Well firstly, I’m in one of my guest room, you see, my house my room”he shrugged “and secondly, because of you, I had to come from the balcony” he pointed towards his back showing her the ladder which peeked from the railing.

She gasped, not because how he came but how he was so full of himself.

“you know what Shivaay” she started “You are a king of ego—”

“Well–”

“No,A general of the jackass Army , admiral of the Idiot navy–“she was so angry, her nose was literally red in color.

“Woohoo! Lady dragon”Shivaay said amused” I get it, that I’m a big Idiot”

“Captain of idiotic” she corrected not at all looking at him while he sigh.

“yeah, you are right,” he said warily, turning her towards himself “I’m crazy annika, I just wanted to hit myself for doing this but trust me I have never in my wildest dream had though to hurt you, can’t i stand a second chance?”

“No”she said looking straight in his eye”You shouldn’t have done that shivaay, You know I was so excited for this, but you just…you just ruined it”

Seeing tears brimming in her eyes, he felt worst, he really shouldn’t have done that, Oh gosh, he will never forgive himself.

He left her and moved towards the washroom, she looked perplexed by this just stare as he went inside and with in second he was back but two bucket of water was accompanying him,”You can literally drown me in water if it requires but please don’t be angry with me”

She refrain the sudden urge to go and pull his cheeks and tried hard not to smile at his cuteness. She know she can never be angry with him but been a little upset can be acceptable.

“I won’t do this”she said as she turned from his side,her back facing him.

And soon the sound of water splashing entered her eardrum and she turned, her mouth hanging in the air,eyes widen in shock as a head to toe drenched shivaay stood there with a puppy face, the two empty buckets laid beside him, And soon bubbles of laughter danced inside her stomach and she started laughing like a maniac, “Oh god”she said between her laughter”What have you done shivaay?”

She moved towards him not before taking a towel, and rubbed his face with it,”I’m sorry” he whispered not meeting her eyes anymore, she laughed again and giving a peck on his cheeks she said, “I Love you”

Shivaay’s eyes literally came out of his sockets as he stood there in the flood of water surrounding him,”what the wuck!” it was so instant, before he could excess it, the word was out of his throat.

She smiled and made him sit on the bed,”I’m not angry anymore, after what you’ve done with yourself but yes, from now on don’t do this again, otherwise i will surely drown you in water”

suddenly She giggled a little, when she remembered what she did,throwing the plate at him was all new for her but she wasn’t in her senses, whatever was on her palm, she threw it at him “I have literally threw the plate on your face, I hope it’s enough”She smiled cheekily drying his hair “thanks to gauri who saved me, otherwise your shot was so perfect, but it was so unexpected”Shivaay said not at all able to pocess the mere idea of it.

“I know, I was too shock”she once again giggled, now sitting beside him with a thud.

There was silence for a few second but it didn’t last long as both of them were laughing like maniac landing themselves on the bed sheet.

After catching his breath, shivaay turned as his face rested on his elbow, he looked intendly at his wife who was still laughing.Feeling the heated gaze at the side of her cheeks she stopped”What?”she asked turning towards him”I’m sorry” he said again and annika shook her head in disbelief,”I told you, I’m not angry anymore” she whispered looking at his startling blue eyes, “I just…”he trailed off, shrugging his shoulder.

There was silence again, they were so close, there breath was mingling with each other, when something flickered in shivaay’s eyes as his eyes moved from her eyes towards her lips and again, it was so fast,annika would have ignored it but she didn’t.

“Annika”he whispered while she just hummed, their eyes still locked.

“What?”she asked when she didn’t heard anything from him,”nothing”he said ever so softly,making her breath erratic.

“You behave so weirdly sometimes Shivaay” she racked his eyes with her piercing one “it’s hard to say what you’re thinking or what you want” looking at the white ceiling she gave out a sigh unable to look at him anymore.

“Do you want to know what I want?”he whispered,laying back on the bed,his clothes wet, but he was smiling.

“yes” she nodded

“I want to kiss you”the words just rolled out of his throat like silk as he rolled to her side,looking at her.

“So why aren’t you doing it?”she swallowed hard, looking straight into his eyes.

“I thought you won’t like it, after all what I did”

Annika sighed, she really don’t know what is going to happen with him?he is really a gone case. Holding his cheeks with her palm,she moved closer, letting her lips brush against his,”but I will love it” and with that, he rolled over her and smashed his lips against her,while she opened her mouth to let him in.the wave of desire surging through their veins.

She locked her finger in his wet hair while he wounded his hand at waist, the bed dipping further in as they tasted each other hungrily.

breaking apart,they looked at each other,trying to calm their breath”more”she moaned and pulled him again for a ravishing kiss.

they were still busy with each other when the knock on the door made them move apart, “who would have been here at this time?”he asked as he stood up while she composed herself,he went and open the door slightly to see rudra grinning at him,”Oh great, so you are alive, I thought..”he trailed off making shivaay roll his eyes, “do you want something?”he asked from behind the door,his face only visible to rudra.

Rudra made an irked face but move a little aside and came back”Bhabhi hadn’t eaten anything” he eyed the food on the tray which he was holding,”I thought to let you know”

now opening the door fully shivaay took the tray with a smile full of gratitude, but he didn’t knew that rudra will start laughing,”What?”Shivaay asked accusingly “Oh gosh, that’s the reason you weren’t opening the door’he said between his laugh eyeing his clothes who were fully wet, shivaay cursed himself under his breath”I think you should go and sleep, it’s already midnight” saying so he shut the door at a laughing rudra who screamed a good night.

“what was rudra saying?”annika asked as she came out of the washroom “he said that his crazy bhabhi didn’t have her dinner”he said sternly making her smile sheepishly,”Actually, I was angry so I didn’t..”she trailed off.

“but now you will”, he made her sit beside him,”I’m not hungry”she tried to protest but shivaay didn’t listen”Okay I will, but you will also eat with me”

“if you haven’t even told this, I would have eaten”he grinned and annika popped a morsel into his mouth making him close his eyes in bliss as he chew the food,the food she made for him,”how’s it?”annika asked with hopefull eyes,”It’s amazing! No it’s out of the world” Shivaay answered as he took another mouthful making annika squeal like a small girl.

“is it?”she asked unable to believe”Yes”saying so he put a morsel into her mouth”now say,is it a lie?”he asked and annika shaked her head negatively.

“I just can’t believe I made this”her eyes were wide open making shivaay chuckle at her cute antics,he leaned forward and gave a peck on her lips”well the same is with me”he grinned as annika hit his shoulder playfully.

“but really I won’t ever forget this dinner chaos”

“Moron!”

he laughed out loud.

Hi guys, this is DQ back again with the results of the relay OS competition.

I am so glad that the competition was held smoothly, though it was too much longer than I expected it to be. I was waiting for this day since quite a long time!

From the beginning, when I proposed the competition, to selecting the judges, and then grouping the participants, sending each one their part of story, and then finally all their efforts into making one story, which we have seen had good response from the readers too… all the best groups were amazing, and so were my judges.

And now, finally we have come to the last update regarding the RELAY OS COMPETITION. And this definitely feels like a dream I have accomplished, all thanks to Lord almighty and my dear dear participants, who put on their efforts despite every other issues. Love you all!

Winning is not everything, participation matters. Those who did not make it to the top 3, for you all, I would say, at least you had the nerves to pull off this beautifully. And trust me it was never easy to choose a winner. But then, someone is always better than another, even by a point!

I will reveal the winners here, only their names, if anyone wants to know their total, or a feedback, you can surely ask for one! I will try to respond to you at the earliest! (at college, currently..)

Also, the winner was selected on the basis of their phase 1 and phase 2 performance. The votes given by the readers was also taken into calculations, though that did not make much difference, because the cumulative average from the judges scores, my personal scores and their previous performance was too much to make a difference.

I am glad I met nicer people here! These participants, whom I never knew now hold a better place in my memories, I am sure with time, we would get closer and know each other more.

There were participants who were really prompt in their submissions, and there were participants whom I had to knock to Inform them of the deadline.

Now, what really mattered was the story they had written, so on that basis I have finalised I winners, but then I also felt that someone who was always prompt in their submissions deserve an applause too, so that participant is a special winner.

WAIT….IT IS NOT OVER YET… one more winner is there… who is simply too nice and dedicated! It would be too wrong if she is not appreciated.. The reason she failed to make into the top three was nothing but her previous performance… yet I must say, she did definitely work hard into getting her group story into a tract, still may be the judges did not find it worthy enough, yet she managed to get a score of 77.83 in her individual performance for her group! Recap: shivika in rain

Part 15

” Anika I informed Khanna. He said he will arrange for transport. But he may not be able to track us due to bad weather.”

” Then when he will come to pick us?”, She questioned him.

” Maybe in morning”.

” Till then what r we supposed to do?”.

” Actually I don’t know. First we should find a shelter for us. I think it’s not possible to find a hotel nearby.”

” Fine then let’s go “, she said to him.

Both of them walked for some time. They found some leftovers of some camp. Shivay arranged for a shelter whereas anika collected firewood. After settling they fired woods and warmed themselves.

Shivay looked at Anika. Her face was glowing partially due to moonlight and fire. He wondered how her skin is so soft. He questioned himself whether the warmth of this fire or warmth from her body. Which of these two will be better?. His trance got broken when he found Anika holding her leg. He was worried for her. He went to her.

” What happened Anika? R u fine? Why r you holding your leg?”.

” Woh actor I don’t know what happened. But I feel like some insect stung me.”

” What insect? Did you see what insect it was? What if it is poisonous? How can you be so careless? What if something happens to you? I will definitely d…”, He stopped in middle realising what he was about to say.

She looked at him deeply. She clearly understood what he wanted to say. To change the topic she spoke

“ Oh come on relax Mr. Oberoi. It’s just a normal insect bite. Nothing will happen to me”, she assured him.

” How can you ask me to calm down? Show me your leg”, saying so he lifted her leg.

Anika protested but it was of no use. He kept her leg on his lap. He carefully inspected that area. He was satisfied after founding it’s just a normal ant bite.

He was about to keep her leg down but he noticed her milky skin. He saw how soft her skin was. He slowly caressed her legs. Anika raised her eyebrow in shock. He placed a soft kiss on her legs. A shiver passed through anika’s body. She closed her eyes.

“ Mr. Oberoi I think we should sleep now”, she said to him.

Shivay who was lost in her thoughts came into reality. He kept her leg down and said.

” Yes u r right. I think we should sleep”, he went inside the tent and made some place for Anika. He kept his head on one side and started to sleep.

Anika entered inside. She too layed on other side. She closed her eyes and acted like sleeping. But sleep was far away from her. She can’t sleep without taking sleeping pills. She never said it to anyone. For the past three months she is under severe depression.

She is taking treatment for it. Doctor advised her to take pills for sleeping. She tried to sleep but it’s becoming difficult for her. She stood up and went outside. After few minutes shivay woke up.

Not seeing Anika beside him he got panicked. He immediately went outside to find her. He saw her sitting near firewood. He slowly went towards her and kept his hand on her shoulder. She turned around and found him.

” Why r u awake anika? U were supposed to sleep now. R u worried about anything?”, He asked her with concern.

Seeing his concern for her she got happy. Her eyes swelled up and she hugged him tightly. He was worried for her. He reciprocated the hug and assured her everything will be fine. He broke the hug and asked her.

“ What happened Anika? Please tell me why r u crying?”.

Only once in her life she hided a truth from him. She paid a high price for that. This time she thought no more lies between them.

“ Woh actually I can’t sleep without sleeping pills”.

Shivay was shocked to hear this. He wondered how come he didn’t notice this. What’s bothering her too much that she is forced to take sleeping pills. He was now more afraid of her health.

“ Anika. R u fine? From when r u taking pills. Is your health okay? Tell me the name of the doctor u r consulting with”, shivay bombarded her with questions.

“ Please not today. I don’t want to remember all those things”, she told him as tears flowed from her eyes.

He wiped her tears and held her hand. He took her towards the shelter. He made her lie down on his lap. She tried to protest but he didn’t let her. She then kept his head on his lap. He caressed her hair lovingly and placed a kiss on her head.

He soothed her pain with his actions. He whispered sweet words in her ears. He intertwined his hand with her. All his actions and words made her forget her pain. She slowly drifted to sleep. After ensuring she slept well. He made her sleep in a proper position. He looked at her lovingly.

Shivay’s pov

I am sorry Anika. I broke my promise. I shouldn’t have left you. It was all my mistake. I should have trusted you. But I was not able to. When the matter is about my brothers I become blind. If I am the reason for your this condition I will never be able to forget myself. Whatever I am going to do it will definitely break you.

But I don’t have other choice. You messed with shivay Singh oberoi. I know I am giving you pain but I am also suffering in this. Shivay’s Anika is dead on the same day when I throwed you out of oberoi mansion now only shivay Singh oberoi is living.
He kissed her forehead and cheeks. He laid down beside her.

Anika woke up in the morning. She felt some weight on her waist. She saw shivay hugging her and sleeping her. She found him so cute. She caressed his hair. She released his hand and went out. Shivay woke up and went outside. She found Anika standing outside.

“ Did you sleep well?”, He asked her.
She didn’t reply to him. She kissed his cheek. Shivay stood in shock. She said to him.

” Thank you so much it was the best night of my life. Thank you so much for the long drive. You took so much care of me. No one took care of me the way u did to me. I am an orphan. I always yearned for someone’s care in my life. I never had anyone in my life. I don’t have parents. But you gave me the love of mother. I can never forget this. Thank you “, she didn’t want to open up like this but his care made her to do so.

Hearing this shivay stood rooted to floor. Her words realized his importance in her life.

Rudra did Sarla’s check up.
Rudra:Everything is normal.But aunty…you need to do more exercise and have a control over your diet.This much weight is not good for health.
Sarla was embarrassed.
Raghu:How many times did I tell her not to eat too much.But being a foodie she is ready to even eat this house.

They laughed.
Sarla:Close your mouth Raghuvirji.
Soumya came that way smiling.
She thought:Rudra bothers about my parents’ health also.If he is like this now how will he be to my parents when he becomes their son in law?

Soumya went to Rudra’s room with tea.He was exercising. She got lost in him for a few moments.

Rudra:I prefer green tea.
Soumya:Ok.Then next day onwards I will bring green tea for you.

Rudra:It’s ok.Anyways you made it for me.So I will drink this.

She became happy.He took it from her and sipped it.
Rudra:What was the need to make tea for me?
Soumya:You took care of me when I got hurt.Then why can’t I look after you?

The next day…

Soumya brought green tea for Rudra.He sipped it.
Rudra:Wow..this is better than the green tea I usually have.
Soumya smiled:Thank you.
Rudra:No need to thank me as I said the sweetest truth.
They both smiled.
Rudra:Soumya…how do you feel now?Pain is there?
Soumya:Not really.I feel alright now.
Rudra:Guess the wound is healed.The bandage can be removed.I will remove it.
He removed the bandage slowly.

Rudra:It’s normal when we remove plaster.

They went near the river where there was a wooden boat.

It started raining.

There Shivaay was with his mom trying to stop her cries making her smile making her favourite food.Pinky just asked one question to him but it was a stab at his heart.It was won’t u miss me??
He starts to cry like baby and hugs his mom but pinky knows how important it is for her son.

It’s the day to leave to Australia.There was a live broadcast from airport.Many media persons were there.Shivaay refused to give interview.He just hugged his mom said bye there Anika sees this on TV.She touches him on TV.Shivaay knows Anika would be watching it so he just turns towards a camera draws a heart with in fingers in air and blows it.Anika who was strong started crying and she catches that heart in air.It was a act of laughter for others but it was so meaning full for shivika

Veer lifts Anika and takes her. He goes close to her. Some time before, Shivaye introduces Omru to Veer and Monali. Veer says a village saying. Rudra asks what’s this language. Gauri says its haryanvi. Veer says I m impressed, such love and bonding between brothers is hard to find these days, maybe no one will ever see this. They all dance on Senorita…..the dancer passes Shivaye’s phone to the waiter. He signs the dancers. The dancers get around Shivaye and Anika. A man blows fire towards Om. Om’s hand burns. Gauri shouts for help. Monali says your hand got burnt, come with me, I will give you some ointment. They go.

Veer comes, dressed as a clown. Anika says I will just see catering arrangements and come. Veer gives her a gift. She opens the gift and sees the cycle bell. She gets shocked. He lifts her. Veer says its not over Anika, wish you a happy new year, you will be mine in the new year, by the way, you smell really nice. He lifts and takes her. She shouts to Shivaye. Shivaye turns to her and gets shocked. Veer signs Shivaye to come. Shivaye runs to them. Veer puts her down and runs. Shivaye hugs Anika. He asks are you fine, did you see him. She says he gifted me a bicycle bell, he said its not over. He says don’t worry, I will not leave him. Rudra comes. Shivaye asks him to take Anika inside, don’t leave her alone. The dancers smile. Rudra takes Anika. Veer hides and smiles.

Rudra asks Anika the matter. She says if that woman is caught, who is this man, why is he after me, why did he give me bicycle bell. He says I have no answers, but till I m here, no one can come around you. He gets a message. She asks what happened. He says Shivaye has messaged, it says Help, why did he not call me. She asks him to call. The waiter switches off the phone and smiles. Rudra says phone is switched off. She asks him to go, don’t worry. He says Shivaye asked me not to leave you alone. She says I m not alone, Om and Gauri will come. Shivaye runs after the clown. He makes the clown fall down. A biker comes in between. The clown runs away.

Someone rings the bell. Anika says I m scared enough, I m going to end this fear now. She runs to catch that woman. A gas leaks out from the AC. Anika gets dizzy. She falls down. The woman checks her. Veer comes there and says good job, your work is done, get out. She goes. Veer lies beside Anika and stares at her. He says finally, we are alone, just you and me, it feels so good, you smell really good, but do you know, I had to do so many things to live this moment, this started when she came to meet me.

FB shows Shwetlana says we have a relation, though its distant, you are my brother, a sister is seeking help today, I need your help to destroy the Oberois, my biggest enemy Shivaye is here in your city, tell me, will you help me. He says I can’t give you what you are asking, I m a respectable doctor, why shall I take risk for your revenge. She smiles and says I m so silly, I didn’t tell you the price. He asks will you give me a price, interesting. She says I can’t pay you, but you can take it if you want, maybe you like this beautiful thing. He gets stunned seeing Anika’s video.

He says I must say, she is very pretty. She says she is Shivaye’s wife, we both have the same destination, we have to get rid of Shivaye. He smiles. FB ends. Veer says beauty is my biggest weakness, and you… when I saw you for the first time, I was so mesmerized, I decided to make you mine, I had to go through a lot to get you, I will tell you everything today, the woman you see in your house, the bicycle bell that scares you, it was all my plan. FB shows Veer asking the woman to scare Anika, chemical was kept instead milk bottle, I have troubled you, else I couldn’t have saved you, I had to befriend your husband, I had to tolerate him, the other day when he came to my house, Monali added sleeping pill in his prasad laddoo, so that he can sleep well, Komal could scare you easily, that kitchen blast was also my plan, when your attention was on Komal, I have sprinkled some gunpowder on the vegetables, your husband is smart, he has fixed CCTV cameras in the house, but he is not smarter than me, I have fixed many hidden cameras in your house.

“It’s going to be alright” he patted her cheek. “I’m with you” he entwined his hands with hers.

“Just hope so.. ” she said as she looked at their entwined hands. A feeling of satisfaction in her. For whenever he was with her, she felt secure.

“Did I tell you that you look beautiful?” he kissed her hand. His lips lingered there for a brief moment before he pulled away.

“Your lips didn’t but your eyes did and you know, eyes speak louder than words. ” she looked in his bluish gray orbs as she wrapped her arms around his neck. His reflex action was to wrap his arms around her tiny and petite waist.

True it is, eyes are the mirror to one’s soul.

“Do you find my eyes attractive? ” he asked, a small smile playing on his lips.

“I always did and I still do. Your kanji aankhen speak a lot more than words will ever do. Whenever I look in your eyes, I get lost in the ocean of your blue eyes. They reflect love and care for me”

He started to play with her hair, “How could you love me so much? “

” It’s because of you that I have overcome the trauma I was in;set free from the cage. The 6 years back me would have not been able to confess it because of fear but now I have learnt to overcome my fears. I have learnt it from you” she said tenderly.

“I’m glad you have finally become what you were destined to be, bold and fierce”

“I don’t know Shivaay how to tell you, how much I love you because I think words will never be enough to capture the feelings I have for you”

“You know Anika, whenever you confess your feelings for me, I fall in love with you all over again. I feel blessed to have a wife like you, a soul mate like you”

They stared at each other lovingly. Even the silence felt so comforting. There has never been any space for awkwardness between them.

He leaned closer to her and she closed her eyes in anticipation. They both wanted if after the revelation of the odious truth.

After being deceived by their loved ones, they had found solace in each others company.

His hot breath fanned her face. She felt butterflies in her stomach. Of course, it wasn’t the first time they were going to kiss but the magic was still same. Their feelings for each other were still so strong.

He pressed his lips gently on hers she responded equally. Her hands reached for his hair, grabbing him more closer. She wanted more. He tried to pull her even closer as if it was possible.

It was the sweetest kiss of their life and probably the most memorable one.

“Every kiss shared with you has touched my soul” he pecked her lips.

“Every moment shared with you has healed my broken heart.”

“You know that you are the best thing that happened to me, don’t you? ” he tucked the lock of hair behind her ear.

“Uh-hmm and just for you to know, the feeling are mutual”

A loud thud of something breaking, snapped them back to reality.

“Aarohi” they boy yelled as they thought about their four year old, who was probably busy in breaking things right now. They ran to their daughter, who was in the kitchen and busy in eating her ice cream.

The ice cream was smeared all over her face. She looked too cute would be an understatement.

They couldn’t help but smile. He picked Aarohi in his arms, “Daddy” she squealed, “Why do you have mumma’s  lipstick on your shirt? ” she pointed to his collar.

“Phail gaya raita” he muttered as he had no answer to the question his daughter asked, staring him innocently.

He had no clue how he was going to answer her.
