I am Mira, a ghost who travel into stories. Today, I am going to tell you one of the stories, which I have traveled.

The Oberoi Mansion was filled with guests, and media that day. They all are waiting for the main function to start – the Oberoi’s grandson’s wedding was to take place. The happy, excited, love spreading face of all the members can be seen all around, but the bride and bridegroom doesn’t seem to be that happy. Negative vibes spreads when their faces were seen that beautiful day.

Actually, the function is over, the bride and the bridegroom were taking blessings from their parents by touching their feet. Then they stand together to pose as the media keeps taking their photos. Few minutes later, the media disperses. As the guests meets and greets with the bride and bridegroom, they too disperse. Now it is just the Oberoi family and the Trivedi’s – you guessed it right, they are the bride’s family.

I was a bit late that day. I should change my behavior, always getting up late, but I never change though. I love getting up late.

As everyone is talking with each other, the bride’s mother is with the bride now. You could see a smile on her face, as she says, “Can’t believe that you are getting married fast, I have been waiting for this day.”

But the bride was in no mood to smile and replied back, “I know that you been eagerly waiting for this day, such that I will get out of the house. Anyway, be happy, now I won’t be in your life anymore.”

The mother looked at her shocked. The bride continued, “What happened to your face? When you took decisions in my life without my considerations till now, you had no problem, right? Then why does it matter to you if I am rude? I agreed to this marriage, only because my small brother needs a mother. Otherwise, I would have left you alone.”

Mother looks at her sharply and shouts, “You don’t even learn from your mistakes. Your so-called friends and stigmas has turned you like this. One day, you will come back of me crying as you learn your mistakes.”

The bride spatted out with her words, “I don’t care. Till now you have decided what I should do, now I will decide what I should do.”

The mother replies back, “You know what will happen if you cause an insult to us, right? Just remember that!”

The bride looks at her as if she doesn’t care about it. The mother goes out of the room with a sad expression. As soon as her mother moves out of the room, the bride burst into tears. Just then, a man enters the room. He goes to the bride and gets shocked seeing her in tears.

He then says, “Bhabhi, don’t cry. I know you’re strong. I know you can’t fall weak. I know you didn’t like to marry him, because you know Bhaiyya has no feelings for you, even though you have it. Everything will be alright. I know you love your mom even after she did this much to you. Just stay strong. After all, your devars cum brothers are here for you.”

The bride replies after wiping her tears, “Rudy, what should I do then? I know I can’t force him to love me. Now after this, I have caused trouble again in his life. My parents even consider me as a burden. From my childhood on wards because of my disabilities, my parents had to suffer now. Now here, also everyone has too…”

Rudra looks at her and catches her hand. He then says, “Where is the Annika Bhabhi who consoles us, when me and Om are sad? Where is the Annika Bhabhi who solves the problems between the parents of Mallika di and Sid Bhaiyya when they themselves were down? I am sure one day, Shivaay Bhaiyya will love you as you love him. In fact, that Tia is behind his money which we know and he doesn’t. If we are not there for him, then who will be there? You should be strong, Bhabhi.”

Annika replies, “You’re right, Rudy. I should be strong. Even though this marriage is not my wish, I should make sure Shivaay comes to know the truth. Now we will make sure that Tia’s face shall be opened up! Why should I fall down? That girl has made a lot of problems in my childhood. Now, I won’t allow her to destroy Shivaay’s life too.”

Rudra then says, “Bhabhi, I think we have to go now. Otherwise, everyone will be searching for you.”

They both move out of the room and move at opposite directions. Just then, a lady sees her and goes to her. She asks, “Ani, what happened to your mom? Why is she crying? Is there any other problem?”

Annika looks at her with a smile and replies, “Pinky Ma, nothing is there. Now I am staying here, right? So, she was sad. That’s it”.

Pinky then looks at her and says, “Only this much! Anyway, whenever you want you can meet her, right? You know we will never go beyond your wishes.”

The moon showered with light as it became dark. It was their so-called suhaag raat.

Annika was inside the room in her bridal dress. Shivaay comes inside and they look at each other. Some hidden emotions were passing through their eyes. Shivaay opens his cupboard and says, “You know I am forced to…”.

But she cuts him off by saying, ” I know, even I am forced.”

He replies back, “So, you understood what I meant. Anyway, you can sleep on the bed, I will sleep on the couch.”

She didn’t like him sleeping on the couch so she said, “It’s okay, I can sleep on the couch. I am used to it.”

Suddenly, I understood that the lady whom I thought was cruel, is not like that. She may have her own justifications for it, for that I should understand who she is.

Also, I feel so disgusted to come inside someone’s privacy, but it’s okay, I am a ghost. No one will see me. *winks*

Ragini snaps out of her thought .

Ragini – no . no pooja. Its not like that . please don’t think like that . we are happy. Happy for you. happy for kunj .

Ishani wipes the corner of her eye .

Ishani – but we cant deny that we are sad for twinkle .

Ragini tries to stop her , but in vain.

Ishani – pooja . tum bohot acchi hogi. But you are not twinkle . and neither can you ever take her place. Not in my heart , not in anyone’s heart . understand ??

Ragini – ishani . why are you talking like …

Pooja gets up and holds ishanis hand.

Pooja chokes her tears – I don’t want twinkle’s place at all. Really. Mujhe toh bas apni choti si jagayh chahiye Ishu. I don’t want to take twinkle’s place .

Ishani looks away – or naahi le paogi uski jagayh. Khair . I have work. Wear your bangles on your own .

Pooja sighs at her dilemma. Jeevika enters .

Jeevika – rags . you have worked a lot . enough . now go downstairs . anika bhabhi is calling you. have some juice and then come back .

Ragini – but she is not ready yet .. touch up ..

Jeevika – oho..touch up ka kya hai ? I will do it. You go . mujhe bhi aata hai make up. dont under estimate Jeevika Vadhera Nee Jeevika Raichand .

Ragini nods and goes.

Pooja looks at jeevika and hugs her. She breaks down crying. Jeevika coos her .

Jeevika – Twinkle …

Twinkle – di …what am I supposed to do..yeh kya ho gaya di..yeh kya ho gaya..kyun ho gaya …

She breaks the hug.

Twinkle – see na di…look at these bangles . look at this necklace , this maang tika ..these rings. Its my roka. My roka with my Kunj. The love of my life . yet im not happy. Yet he is not happy. My hands will get the color of his name, but he wont smile. He will put vermillion ..but not on twinkle’ forehead. But on pooja’s forehead . he loves me. He loves me di. But yet he wont touch me, hug me . or say I love you to me. Even if I die..he wont say…

She cries bitterly . jeevika feels sorry for her. She grips her and wipes her tears .

Jeevika –  twinkle..twinkle..bas..bas..please don’t cry..look don’t spoil ur makeup. Listen to me. Itna sab mach socho…please. The thing is ..kunj will be yours forever . forever. Not anyone else . relax and focus on that .and darling, naam kuch  bhi ho.you are the same from inside. You are so pure, so good,  he wont be able to resist falling for you …pooja..samjhi ? he will say I love you pooja too …one day..you’ll see…now put on the mascara again and come down.

Jeevika walks away.

Pooja applies mascara .

Pooja talks to the mirror – but the question is. Do I want Kunj to say ..i love you pooja ??

Swara and anika are shown making the sweets.

Swara – uff..  I am so so tired yaar . 100 servants yet we have to do all this ..

Anika – but that’s because everyone loves malai ke laddu made by you. and specially Kunj .

Swara smiles – yes. And even roody loves me more than you . and also badi mom and mom and dada ji and Sanskar and ..

Shivaay comes and hugs anika from behind .

He winks at her . swara giggles . anika chuckles .

Anika – dekha..mere bh chane waale hazaron hai Swara Sanskar Raichand Ji. Chand ki roshni me sitaare nazar nahi aate honge, par hote toh wo suraj se bhi bar kar hai .

Swara laughs .

Sanskar comes from behind and hugs swara from behind , his chin on her shoulder .

they share an eyelock …swara looks on and blushes all red. Sanskar bites his lips .

sanskar winks at her. Swara pecks his cheek.

Sanskar lets go of swara .

ranveer joins in – come on shivaay bhaiya . you also give a try .  come on !

Sanskar, ranveer and swara burst out laughing. Shivaay looks on sheepishly.

All are shown gathered for the roka .

Twinj come down. Ranveer and ishani  bring them down. Dadi makes them sit on the sofa .

the family gatherd together for , exchange sweets, gifts, dry fruits, etc. with each other and also bless the couple who will soon be getting married. Puja is performed according to the Indian rituals and traditions in the presence of a holy priest who recites the holy verses and performs the rituals.

The priest puts vermillion and uncooked rice on twinkle and kunj , doing their tilak . both twinkle and kunj choke their tears .

Priest smiles – now ….The mother of the groom adorns the bride by placing a beautiful red chunni or dupatta over her head and blessing her with clothes, jewelry, cash, etc. on the other hand, the parents of the bride gift clothes and cash to the groom and shower him with their blessings.

Anahita – pandit ji, unfortunately kunj is an orphan , and twinkle has lost her mother. Her father is absent today. He will come next week to attend the wedding .

Dadi – its okay. I will do the honor.

Kunj and pooja smile.

Anahita rolls her eyes.

Gopi – and I am pooja;s masi. So I will do the …

Loveleen interferes.

Loveleen – gopi didi..you have a daughter. Apne swara ka sab kiya hoga na. god never blessed me with a daughter, only vatsal . I will do the honors , can I ?/ pooja ??

Jeevika sighs.

Vatsal texts Kanchi via messenger .

Vatsal made his way to the staircase and headed upwards.

Kanchi was on the terrace, standing just behind the door where the staircase to the terrace ends.

Vatsal spotted kanchi . she was not facing him. He hugged her from behind. it had started raining, adding to the sensation of the moment . And grabbing her from behind, vatsal locked her in his arms.

“Vatsal”  she said very slowly, full of love, taking a deep breath. And with his hand vatsal brought her hair in front of her shoulder , and kissed her neck.

“vatsal” kanchi moaned again. His other hand was playing on her bare waist  inside her kurta…

With her in his arms, he smelt the perfume that she was wearing . he kissed her shoulders ,  licking and biting .

She turned around , and grabbed his face .

• .I feel as if you are hypnotizing me, casting a magic spell that I don’t want to come out of.’

They started getting drenched in the rain . vatsal looked lustfully at her wet dress  which was sticking to your body.

Slowly, his lips feel the raindrops sticking to her lips, swallowing them.

She broke the kiss . he smiled as he got a text . vatsal got alert.

• ‘Hey! People down there will be looking for us. we have to rush before our parents come upstairs, searching for us ,’ he shouted
• Aah! No baby…The people down there will be happy with their food,’
• Nah … please. Come on dear, now open your arms. We have to go and change our clothes before they see us
• But on one condition.’
• ‘And what’s that?’
• ‘I want to see you while you change.’
• Okay . but then kanchi..even would like to see you while you change..

Kanchi smiled and cupping his face, she kissed him again. The kiss deepened with each moment , and she inserted her tounge in his mouth. Vatsal’s hands rubbing her wet waist , went all the way up and behind , opening her dori. Kanchi gasped .

He loosened her dori and the blouse got loosened . his hands, inside her blouse , at her back, touching her bra  .

She grabbed his hair and bit his lips very hard , a moan escaping from his mouth.

Kanchi broke the kiss and started kissing his jawlines and his neck . licking, sucking, biting and kissing.

Vatsal brought his hand to the front, and pushed his hands up the blouse,

cupping her mounds over her upper inner .

she moaned loudy and bit on his collarbone .

He started applying more force and squeezing her , she looked into his eyes.

Anika – today I feel like I should not have been a gyanecologist ! I badly feel so ! only if I was a neuro surgeon .

Shivaay – anika. Its okay . its gonna be alright . please dont cry .

shivaay glared – anika .

he hugged her tightly and imagined anika falling from a 10 floor building, a tingle of fear ran down his spine .

anika was taken aback with his action and realized she hurt her man .

Dadi is shown crying .

Dadi – why does this happen with my child only…my Kunj has lost his parents , his wife Twinkle and now, after Pooja and he got engaged . she fell from this 10 floor building !

Ishani – dadi please relax. Atleast pooja is alive. She is out of coma now. She is awake now.

Dadi wipes her tears.

Anahita – it’s a simple answer maa ji . ur darling kunj is ominous . that’s why he eats up his loved ones .

The family comes to know about pooja’s state and decides to co operate .

Pooja – it feels so weird Swara. I feel like …I mean , not knowing the past is so weird. It feels blank. So much blank. I know I am getting married . I am betrothed . but here, I don’t even know who is Kunj . how is Kunj . his likes and dislikes .

Swasan look on.

Even my husband, the love of my life, sanskar . but my heart recognized him and I fell in love with him in a week, without knowing who I am or how he was.  The hearts knows honey . (she narrates her memory loss track. )

Pooja smiles . – thank you . if it’s a true story then I am impressed . you have given me a huge motivation.

Swara  – yes sweetie. I know. But trust me. Its not that haard. Things will fall naturally.

Pooja holds her hand – thanks sis.

Sanskar – and saali saheba…I know. How hard its for kunj . I had a hard time making her reminisce our bond, memories.

Anvi – tum pagal ho kya ? are u hurt ? is it paining, stupid sanskar !

Sanskar – aur karti hai !!!

sanskar – But its okay. You can always make new ones. You both don’t have much memories.

He looks hesitantly at swara .

Swara –umm..wo… because its an arranged marriage na . but you guys will know each other soon . you will love him and make him love you too

Sanskar – yes . exactly ! we are always there . dadi loves you too much. We all do.

Pooja – thanks Swara . thanks jiju. I will try my best. After all there is a saying na…love after marriage .

She chuckles . swasan sigh .

Swara – another thing Pooja. Umm..actually…Baby..you tell na .

Sanskar nods – you are going to be his second wife. I mean, his first wife was ..umm…a girl named Twinkle.

Ragini – oho you both . laksh aur swara, pyaar ke dushman. Why are you 2 always against lovers…first ranveer ishani and now vatsal kanchi.

Kanchi – bhabhi you will support us na ?

Ragini – offcourse I will. After you finish your modeling course , I will see to it that you get married.

Pooja is shown sitting in a confused manner . then suddenly , kunj entered, trying to force a smile . he entred, pooja smiled back at him. She signals him to come and sit next to her. Kunj nods. He sat beside her .

• How are you feeling now ?
• Im feeling a lot better . thanks.
• *smiles *
• Kunj ji…aur may I call you kunj ? should I call you “aap” aur “tum”
• Umm…you can call me Kunj , and you can also call me tum .

Pooja nodded excitedly. Kunj was surprised at her behavior. She then composed herself.

• I am sorry for whatever you went through Kunj. Due to me, this accident, this amnesia. I am so…
• Its okay

He instinctively grabbed her hand , but let go when he realized. Pooja was slightly startled , it had sent electric shocks to her body .

• I mean …its okay. I am glad that you are fine, and alive …

His words drift away. Pooja gets his indication. She grabs his hand and slightly squeezes it .

Kunj didn’t know how to respond. He didn’t know if he wanted Pooja to be with him , all the while. But he was sure that he didn’t want to loose anymore people. And specially, not Pooja . her face that was exactly as his Twinkle’s was too precious for him to loose .

He forced a smile again.

Pooja smiled and held his hand. She started describing how much it pained her head, her hand, her right leg and everything . she was whining like a baby . she was still hesitant, but was comfortable with his body language , not like the pooja she was before the accident, who used to be far far away from him . for a while, kunj felt as if it was twinkle . he was focused on her face an punjabi dialect. He got lost in her .

He pat her cheek , came out of the room and glanced at the wedding card with his and pooja’s name, scheduled after 2 weeks , with 50 guests , in Santorini , Greece . he looked back and glanced at Pooja drinking juice . her face, her innocence, her comfort and her “hai rabba” somehow melted him and her name In the wedding card , beside his name, didn’t bother him anymore. Arjun – maya . this is getting boring. I have seen this before too .

Maya starts gulping a cupcake and talks with food in her mouth.

He grits his teeth . maya gets annoyed. She puts a finger on his lips.

Arjun gets playful as he starts throwing popcorn on her. She sees him , now irritated , and starts throwing them on him too. They continue, as arjun finally takes chocolate fondue in his hands and pours it on her face and neck . maya grosses out .

Maya – arjun ! what the …! Now im all sticky and …

Arjun – aww its okay . ill help you Bae …

He grinned as he started licking and sucking on her face and neck .

Arjun grinned as maya was moaning softly .

Arjun – are you coca cola because you are so delicious ?

Arjun smirks –  Are you a magician? Because whenever I look at you, everyone else disappears.. For some reason, I was feeling a little off today. Kartik and Naira had were going to a restaurant, but its opening ours had ended and it had closed. They then walked down and sat on the car again.

Kartik – so were are we going now !

Naira – no idea.

Kartik – we cant sit in the parking lot all night..umm..unless you want to..do something..you know

He winked at her. Naira laughed.

Naira – shut up . you start driving , we will figure out where to date .

Kartik agreed and started driving . soon , their favorite song,  “thinking out loud” , their song , started playing and they both started singing on it, aloud. After 15 mins , kartik stopped the car.

Naira – what happened ?

Kartik – a duck is passing the road. So I thought  I should wait until she walks away.

Naira chuckled before frowning – oho…but where are we ?

Kartik – f**k I don’t even know . I was too engrossed in the song to notice .

They came out and looked around and finally saw a place called the road house.

It was more like a dhaba, only greek . they agreed to go and eat there.

Naira – whoa….yummy . these steak look so lovely na ?

Kartik feighned coughing – madam . you are a rajput.  A vegetarian . rajputs don’t eat nonveg Ms.Walia .

Naira stuck out her tounge – oh sorry .

Kartik – lets have some fries , a vege burger and …some beer ? okay

Naira rolled her eyes in disbelief – Mr.Shergill. rajputs don’t drink.

They then ordered some famous greek food and cocktail beer.

After dinner, they drove back to the katikies .

Anika is getting ready in her room.She has sat in front of the dressing table,wearing bangles.She is looking absent-minded.
While wearing,unknowingly she forces one bangle into her hand,as a result,it leaves a bruise in her hand.

Anika closes her eyes feeling the sharp pain.Right that moment phone rings.She picks up:

A: I am almost ready…..Okay,will meet you there…….She hangs up.

Leaving the chair she stands up.Taking a deep breath she says in her mind-

“Come on Anika,control yourself.Why are you getting so nervous?Was Shivaay surprised finding me in the award function?
He was looking at me like………….Rather I was surprised watching him there.
How is he doing?Could not ask anything.He did not even bother to call me once or contact me,in these three months!(She says in a complaining tone)
If he comes in front of me in today’s party na,I will take his class,yes!

What is all this am I thinking?What Shivaay would think about me if I………No matter what,nothing should go wrong in the party.

Celebration of 50th anniversary of the event has started.Guests are coming one by one.Motel’s lawn is lavishly decorated for the party.
Different types of flowers have been used along with water fountains,decorative lighting.Fire-works are getting seen up above the sky,time to time.Banquet is laid at one side,music band is playing music on their instrument,waiters are circling round with drinks………….In short,it has everything that a posh party would and should have.

Shivaay comes there with Tia.As soon as they turn up,people start crowding them around.Most of them is aware of his and Tia’s alliance and few of them about Anika and his broken alliance(thanks to all gossip tongue)

Shivaay manages the enthusiastic crowd and their questions in answering smile and nodding.Looking at Tia,she seems unaffected as she used to all these affectionate torture-appears to be.

As they are exchanging talks,one of Shivaay’s business associates\friends comes and takes him away with him from the crowd.Both of them engage in a hearty conversation.Drinks get served to them.Shivaay is about to drink but stops feeling something then looks at his right side-

Anika is coming who has draped herself in a royal purple chiffon saree with puffed knot blouse.Square-cut diamond earrings,pendant,couple of bangles are shinning on her.Open hairs are gathered over the right shoulder which are curly at the end.Smokey eyes are reflecting something mysterious as she walks slowly while answering everyone’s greetings on the way.

Shivaay does not realize when he has put down his drink and got busy at staring her,completely while a sweet smile lingers in his lips.
There Anika too spots him and stops immediately.They are looking straight at each other.
Evening breeze is making Anika’s saree’s pallu to fly around and Shivaay’s eyes enjoy the mesmerizing beauty.

Shivaay’s entire being starts celebrating like a drought-suffered land celebrates getting the touch of first rain,after a long,long waiting.

Shivaay and Anika both start moving towards each other,without breaking the eye contact,answering the call of a strong attraction.
They are just few inches away from each other.Right that moment someone emerges behind Shivaay,passes him to reach Anika which shocks her.
Shivaay too forces himself to stop as that person has stood in between them,to separate them like a wall!

That person says- I was waiting for you.What took you so long?

Without answering Anika looks at Shivaay over the shoulder of that person and discovers a raging anger in his eyes.Without wasting a second more,Shivaay raises his hand- Excuse me,you…………….That person turns and Shivaay gets shell-shocked.Dr.Sagar Surya Shekhawat is here!

Sa: What a pleasant surprise!Very nice to meet you again Shivaay!He forwards his hand.

Shivaay clenches his fist in super anger,aiming at Sagar’s jaw to break but right that moment Tia enters into the seeming danger-zone.

T: Shivaay,what are you…………She stops noticing Sagar then exclaims in surprise!
Dr.Shekhawat you?You…are here?Can’t believe my eyes!

Surprising both Shivaay and Anika at the same time,Sagar says:

Sa: I can ask you the same question Dr.Kapoor.Really did not expect you would be here.How are you?
S: You two know each other?

T: Of course Shivaay.We have studied in the same medical college.In fact Dr.Shekhawat is senior to me.Do you remember couple of months ago,I went to Bali to attend a medical conference?We met there,after our college,for the first time.

A: You are…..
T: I am Tia,Tia Kapoor.Shivaay’s…………She could not finish as the host calls to everyone’s attention in order to announce something.Tia puts her hand around Shivaay’s arms then says- Come Shivaay,tonight is going to be so much fun.Let’s go guys.

Four of them start moving towards main gathering.Shivaay is walking while thinking- “What just happened?” and Anika thinks- “Who is this Tia and what is she doing with Shivaay?”

The organizers welcome the guest.On an open stage,winners receive special gift hampers and flower bouquets from the sponsors.After that couple dance starts.Music band starts playing waltz.One by one couples step in the dance floor to grace the party.Among everyone,Tia is dancing with Shivaay and Anika with Sagar.

Though Shivaay is dancing with Tia,all his attention is on Anika.A slow-burning sensation fills his entire being as he watches her dancing with Sagar.Finding him lost somewhere,Tia asks-

T: Do you know who is she?
S: Who?

T: The one dancing with Dr.Shekhawat.She is one of the most famous fashion designers of recent time,of our country.Have read about her in different magazines.Has won Business Excellence Award which you too have won.She has her own showroom.Anika Vardhan Trivedi is her name.

S:Yes,I know!

T: Someone from your business acquaintance?
S: Um….Yeah!

T: Come on Shivaay,no need to tell lie to me.
S: What…What do you mean?

T: Listen,I know you since childhood.In your life all you cared is your family and Oberoi Empire.You were never interested in girls.
In social gatherings,business parties girls tried to get close to you,craved for your attention as you are the Shivaay Singh Oberoi,India’s most eligible bachelor.But what you do?You have been keeping distance from them like girls are patience of plague!Tia laughs.

S: What’s new in all these?They do the same even now.Why are you……

We are childhood friends Shivaay.Have seen you more closely than others.As a friend you are the best,best one happened to me.But I could not find love for me in your eyes.Our parents fixed our marriage in our childhood though we got to know it much later.
If we get married,you would be a great husband,would fulfill all your responsibility towards me without failing.You would love me,your wife but not that love a girl expects from her husband!

Shivaay was listening to Tia’s words silently while dancing on the waltz.Tia continues:

But you know Shivaay,I am grateful to you for not keeping me in darkness since we both got to know about our impending marriage.
You never pretend you love me.Our parents tied our hands up without caring about our consent,whether we are happy or not.We were,are very good as friends Shivaay.Don’t know what would happen if we become husband and wife.Have to figure out something.

Tia’s words were reflecting such a deep pain and sadness that touched Shivaay’s heart.For the first time he realizes he was doing injustice with her.An acute feeling of guilt engulfs Shivaay’s heart.He says:

S: I am sorry Tia.Because of me………

T: Why are you saying sorry?Rather I am sorry for getting emotional like that.Perhaps I went too far.Anyway,just forget whatever I said.
But I am really happy for you.Finally someone has come who can raise your heartbeats within blink of seconds.I should thank Anika for performing this miracle.(Shivaay smiles)Are you planning to have an extra-marital affair with her,after our marriage?

S: Come on Tia….

T: Sorry,I am just joking.But on a serious note- give her as much as attention you want.But after our marriage,I won’t let anyone get that chance,nor will let anyone come between us.I am kinda possessive you know.Tia winks.

S: Understanding you girls is not just difficult but impossible.
T: Aww………Tia puts a soft peck on Shivaay’s cheek then hugs him.

There Anika is watching Shivaay and Tia talking,getting cozy and she finds herself,all of a sudden,at the receiving end of burning in intense jealousy!Her body stiffens feeling an unknown anger.Observing her changed facial expression,Sagar asks:

Sa: Hey,what happened Anika?
A: N..Nothing.
Sa: Are you okay?
A: Yeah,I am good.

Few minutes later dance partners get exchanged.Tia goes to Sagar and Anika comes to Shivaay.

LOVE! LIVE!! DREAM!!! (FLN-2.0) – EPISODE 11

RECAP : Shivaay and Omkara’s patch up after a big fight. Riya and Saumya meet rudra and get money.

(Sorry for making Om and Shivaay wait in the college campus for nearly a month… ignore if it is a bad joke)

SCENE – 1

Shivaay asks Omkara to tell the truth to Gauri when he gets to know that Om meets her everyday in the mask of another person.. Their talk continues..

“I am also afraid to think of the consequences when Gauri gets to know that I have cheated her. I don’t know when I am gonna disclose the truth to her”,says a worried Omkara.

Shivaay keeps a hand in his shoulder,”Once you tell her the truth,she will definitely be angry at you. But she will understand you. She is really a nice girl”.

“I hope so”,says Omkara.
Shivaay smiles.

“But I did not expect that you will understand my situation. I thought you would shout at me badly”,says Omkara.

Shivaay raises his eyebrows and says,”So,you want me to fight with me? Then why to destroy your desire? I am ready to shout at you”.

Shivaay starts scolding him by calling names. Om closes his ears.

“Hey! Stop! Stop! Stop!”,yells Omkara and closes Shivaay’s mouth.

But Shivaay did not stop. After getting tired Shivaay stops.

He pants and looks at Omkara. Omkara pouts. Shivaay laughs and later Omkara too joins him. Anika watches this from a distance. She goes to them. She hears Omkara talking and stops there itself.

“I want to tell you something. Hope you will listen to me”.

Shivaay looks on.

“The words which I used yesterday might be wrong. But my point is right shivaay. I mean.. I want you to pursue your dream”

Shivaay stops him,”Om.. I don’t want to talk about it”.

“this time you have to listen to me shivaay. If you consider me as your friend”.

Shivaay tries to move.

“If you go from here,I will not talk to you hereafter”,Om warns him.

“A third person can be an obstacle in pursuing your dreams. But in your case,you are the obstacle. Please think about it Shivaay. I have told this to you a million times. Still I am telling you because I want you to achieve your dream.. I want you to be happy”,says Omkara without a pause
Shivaay looks at him keenly. Omkara hugs him. Shivaay hugs him back.

A few moments later,they part.

“Shall we go?”,asks Om. Shivaay nods.

They turn and see Anika.

Omkara is shocked to see her.

“Anika.. you… here… when did you come?”,he stammers.

“Hi Om! I came this way and stopped on seeing you”,she answers.

“Oh”,Om says. He thinks,”I am so worried that Anika would have heard me telling about Gauri to shivaay. What if she tells Gauri that I am not her Junior and I am cheating her? No.. But I am not sure whether she heard me. Shall I ask her? No Om! Don’t go and fall in the trap by yourself”. He rolls his eyes.

Shivaay and Anika look at his weird expressions.

“Om! Are you okay?”,they ask in unison.

Om comes to senses and grins at them.

He says himself,”Divert the topic you duffer”.

“I think both of you think the same way. That’s why you both asked the same question in unison”,he says.

Anika and Shivaay look at each other. Anika smiles at Shivaay.

O jaana instrumental plays..

”Stupid Om! Anybody on seeing your expressions would have said the same”, Shivaay hits his head. Om pouts.

“Ya Om! I thought you have some stomach problem on seeing your expressions”,Anika says. On hearing that, Shivaay burst out laughing. He high fives with her.

By then Anika gets a call from Rudra. She excuses and goes.

Om and Shivaay too leave.

SCENE – 2

Anika meets with Rudra and Gauri.
Rudra tells them about Riya and Saumya coming and getting money from him. Gauri teases him. But Anika remains silent.

Gauri signs to Rudra and asks what happened to Anika.

He shakes his head and signs whether she knows. She pouts.

He signs her to ask Anika. Gauri in turn signs him to ask her.

Rudra shouts,”if I ask the reason this granny(Anika) will start telling stories. I am not ready to listen to them and spoil my already spoilt mood”.

Anika sees him and comes to senses.

“Honey(Anika) what happened? Why are you silent?”,asks Gauri.

“Nothing dear! Just thinking”,answers Anika.

“Might be thinking of another dumb story”,Rudra comments. Anika hits him.
Gauri laughs.

“Any problem?”,Gauri answers.

“Actually.. today I heard Om and Shivaay talking. I was thinking about it”,says Anika.

“Hey Anika! Don’t you know? It’s very bad to listen to others personal talks. How indecent you are?”,Rudra says.

“if you say one more word,I will kill you”,says Anika.

Rudra keeps quiet.

“Actually they both were talking about ___”,before Anika could finish,the bell rings.

“I am getting late to class”,says Rudra and leaves.

“Better go there before I slap you”,Anika shouts.

Omkara is in class. Shivaay is keenly taking notes while Om is lost in thoughts.

“Did Anika  hear everything? Would she have told everything to gauri? But she was normal. She spoke with me as usual. She was nice with both Shivaay and me. Wait! Shivaay and me?? She saw me with Shivaay. She saw us together. Means she would have understood that we are friends. Friends from same class. So she would have come to a conclusion that I am not their Junior. But in fact a senior. That’s it! She will say all these to gauri. I clearly know that some earthquake is going to come in my life today. Oh God!”

He becomes restless. Shivaay sees him.

“Om! Take the notes”,he orders him.

Anika puts her hand on Shivaay’s already forwarded hand to match the dance steps as partners get exchanged.

In a swift motion,Shivaay swirls Anika around him.Her breathing get hitched feeling the close proximity.Shivaay makes her face him again swirling around.Anika crushes against Shivaay’s chest,smoothly.
And that very act forces her to clutch him from behind while Shivaay’s hand finds Anika’s delicate waist,to hold her.

Anika looks into those blue orbits of Shivaay.His breathing is fanning over her face which produces a shrill all over her body.Her heart is pounding in a rhythmic style and she closes her eyes for few seconds.
There Shivaay feels Anika’s hands which have clutched him from behind,are trembling a little.
Like an after-shock of an earthquake!

Shivaay brings his face near Anika’s right ear then says in a whispering voice-

S: Are you okay?

Without answering,Anika closes her eyes once again.Shivaay lifts his face then looks at her.Anika fixes her hairs freeing one of her hands to avert Shivaay’s gaze.He frowns noticing something-

S: What has happened to your hand?How did you get the wound?
A: Woh…I was wearing bangles.Don’t know when……

S: Got into Blunder Queen mode,right?
A: What?

S: I..I mean how could it happen?
A: Happened,just like other things happen.He goes on adding-
S: Uninvited,unexpected…no?

Silence follows for few seconds.Breaking it Shivaay says-

S: How is everyone doing at home?And Chanchan,Chanchal?Did they miss me?Anika says in her mind-

“Can’t he ask how I am even if it’s a formality?”

Anika feels a tinge of anger spreading inside her,rapidly.Suppressing that she says-

A: Everyone is fine.Tell me,how are you?
S: As you see.
A: Have seen a lot more(Taking a quick glance at Tia)Don’t know what to take.So help me out.

Shivaay does not miss that sarcastic tone of Anika’s words.Smiling a little he says-

S: That’s the problem with girls.They say something but mean something else!
A: Really?Is that you think?Ignoring her questions-

S: By the way,she is Tia.My childhood friend.In fact we are very good friends.
A: Did I ask you?

S: No but I just felt like telling you….You know we were discussing something(He waits for Anika to speak but she does not)She was saying if a person marries a girl whom he does not love,she may get her husband’s love but he would love her without giving his heart to her!
She termed it as a silent,hidden betrayal.What do you say?Do you agree with her?

A: Is my opinion important for this specific discussion?
S: If I say…yes,it is important.

Anika goes silent for some moments.She turns in search of Tia and Sagar but could not find them.They are dancing a little afar.She returns her gaze to Shivaay.She says smiling-

A: In an arrange marriage couple learn to love each other as their relation progress ahead by knowing each other,step by step.And in love marriage a couple re-colour their relation with the help of that love which they already have.
I believe one can fall in love with anyone,anywhere,anytime.Because human heart is a classic case of change.Insaan ka dil bahot bade paltibaaz hote hain jo ki hum sooch bhi nahi sakte iss hadh tak!

Love can happen anytime but not true love.Pyaar shayed bar bar ho sakta hain par saccha pyaar…nahi,nahi ho sakta.
It happens only once,between two hearts.

S: If anyone loses his/her true love because of any reason no matter what,what they should do?

A: Those who can find true love again after losing it,are very fortunate.As true love does provide a second chance.But not third,fourth or anything afterwards,that’s it.
To remain loyal to that one person who has your heart facing all the challenges and problems life throw,is really very difficult.To love him/her with the same passion till the end is also very difficult.

In these circumstances betrayal can happen secretly,without knowing and I think Tia was talking about this betrayal.True love demands complete surrender by every means.And for all those subtle yet complicated matter,true love is rare,rarest.
People name their obsession,infatuation for someone as love.
Some find love even in hatred.Few names their true love as responsibility while some consider their friendship as true love,vice-versa.

In short,har koi dil mein aa toh sakte hain par jaga nahi bana sakta.I think Tia is right.Because if we can’t love that person whom we are bound to love,then we are betraying them.It is true for both love and arrange marriage with the exception of true love and this is my opinion.

S: How one gets to know that he has found his true love?

While describing Anika seemed floating in a dream land.Her eyes were shining differently.But Shivaay’s question brings her back in the present.Observing him closely she says-

A: Why do I feel that I have turned into a lecturer all of a sudden who is lecturing on love?I mean,seriously?
S: What’s the problem if you share your feelings?

Rakesh smiles a crafty smile and Anika starts getting negative vibes.

A: You are crossing your limits.Who gave you the right to pass such filthy comments on Shivaay?

Anika is watching everything with horror in her eyes.Shivaay’s mad rage makes her frighten beyond limit.He continues attacking Rakesh mercilessly.At one point Anika shouts-

Shivaay stop it…He will die…Shivaay….!

Leaving Rakesh,Shivaay picks up a champagne bottle from nearby trolley then breaks it hitting on the stand.No-one can save him from Shivaay’s wrath no matter how much one tries.
Shivaay’s third eye has literally opened and destruction is inevitable!

He marches towards a severely wounded Rakesh in full SSO style,to punish him for his words.He is just few steps away-Right that moment Anika comes and stands in front of Shivaay,blocking his way.
He says rather commands in a firm voice-

S: Step aside and go from here Anika.She refuses to budge.This time he shouts on top of his voice-I said go!!!

Anika trembles standing before Shivaay,watching his uncontrollable rage flashing in his face.

When Anika does not move Shivaay takes the first step.Before he could move an inch,something happens which freezes him on the spot,right away.
He was about to unleash his rage but Anika threw herself on Shivaay and captured him in her enbrace,in a strong hug.Shivaay gets shocked on this sudden action of Anika.

There Anika tightens her grip burying herself completely into Shivaay.She keeps on saying while crying-

……Nahi,aap aisa kuch nahi karenge Shivaay.Calm down,for my sake,for me,plz Shivaay……

Anika’s words work.That bottle slips out of Shivaay’s hand then falls on the ground.Closing eyes he wraps his hands around Anika,slowly.Both of them keep on drenching each other,with their tears,emotions,everything they were missing till today.Their silent tears are doing the talk while their twin hearts go on listening….

Ragini is shown sitting on her bed , as if she just woke up. Ragini yawned as she opened her crusty eyes. “Eww.” Ragini muttered to herself as she wiped them clean. Her throat felt gross. Ragini tried clearing her throat but it just made it feel even worse. Nausea was normal in the 1^st month of pregnancy ! but here ? at santorini ??!!
she grabbed a tissue from the side of her bed and wiped her nose. Laksh walks into the room.

• “Hey, you’re finally up.” He says sitting on the bed.
• “Yea I guess so.” Ragini says in a deep raspy voice.

They are both surprised by the condition of her voice. Laksh gets off the bed and leaves the room. Laksh re-enters the room with a thermometer in his hand.
“Put this in your mouth.” He says.
Laksh then runs out of the room and returns with more tissues. He takes out the thermometer.
“Aww.” He looks at her. “Looks like me tigress is sick.”
she sneezed. “I could have told you that. Itna sab ki kya zaroorat thi ”
He kisses her on cheek. Ragini blushes instantly.

He gets up off the bed. “Do you want some soup?”
I cough and nod my head. He leaves the room and Ragini turns on the T.V. to watch the Naagin series .
After watching a few episodes, Laksh walks into the room holding a tray of chicken noodle soup with a glass of orange juice. “Thanks.”

Ragini sips the orange juice.

• “Do you need anything else? Any medicine, or tissues?”
• “No, I’m fine thanks.”
• “Are you sure? I could get you some tea, or more blankets if you’re cold.”
• “No babe, I’m fine. I promise you I’m perfectly fine.”
• “Ok, well if you need anything and i mean ANYTHING. Just let me know.”
• “Ok I will, you don’t have to stay here with me.”
  “Oh I’m about to go downstairs but first i want a kiss.”

she glares at him.  – “Laksh, I don’t want you to catch my cold.”

“Well” He lays back on the bed with his hands behind his head. “I’m not leaving without a kiss.”
“But I don’t want you to get-”
His face gets so close to hers ,their foreheads touch. Laksh stares into her eyes.
His lips crashed into hers. they made out for what seemed like forever until he pulled away.
“Eww.” He says. “I can feel your germs growing in my mouth!”
she playfully shoved him and he smiles.
” and Rags ….So what if i get sick, that just means you’ll have to take care of me.” He kisses her again on the top of her head and leaves the room.
she burries her face in her pillow and drifts off to sleep.5

Shivaay entered the room from the sitting space of his suite , and There stood Anika her eyes all pink and puffy.

• “Hey. What’s wrong?” shivaay coos, opening his arms for a hug.
• “Nothing…. it’s stupid.” She replied, waking into his open arms.
• “Anika it’s not stupid. Please tell me.”

she sighs walking back into the room, flopping on the bed. Following her, he sat down on the bed beside her.

• “Why are you even with me?” She whimpers, tears starting to well up in Her
• “What do you mean? Why wouldn’t I be with you?”
• “I’m fat. And boring, ugly, and not good enough for you.”

She cries, tears now streaming down Her  face.

• “Ok, you wanna know what I see?”

she slightly nods.

• “I see a gorgeous girl with the most breathtaking eyes, a beautiful smile, amazing hair.Not only is Her face perfect, but Her  body is also too. Lift up your shirt.”

he demanded, tugging at the hem of Her shirt.

“No.” She says firmly, crossing Her  arms.

• “Ugh anika don’t be such a drama queen. Just do it…See you are perfect. You are not fat at all, you are absolutely perfect. And if that’s not enough I see the sweetest, funniest, most amazing person ever. And I see a man who’s heart only beats for you. A man who’s smile is only there when she’s around you.”

He finished, waiting for Anika to say something. she didn’t speak, tears now started streaming down Her  face again, only this  time they were tears of joy.

• “I love you so much Shivaay. More than I can even express. You always know what to say.” She cries, leaning into his arms.
• “Oh Anika, I love you so much.” Shivaay says,touching her hair . .

she shut the door and giggled. “ this guy…  is hilarious when he’s drunk.”

He looks confused for a second, but then smiles and nods. When Swara enters the room, Sanskar  is standing there, completely naked.

• ” Rabbit …where is your underwear?”

He looks around the room and points to a corner where his clothes are.

• “Why did you-“…………..He walks towards her and cuts her off with a passionate kiss. Swara pulls away.

• “What’s wrong princess . You said to get undressed and I said I’m ready so let’s go.”

• He pushes her to bed and kisses her thighs . Swara sighs . she tries to pull him up.
• “No baby, I meant just take off your shirt and pants so you can change into something more comfortable.”

“Please just hold on!” Durga screamed, running towards him, in attempt to make it in time.
The branch was slowly giving out, letting out sounds of creaks and cracks.
“I can’t it’s going to brea-”
The branch snapped off. Durga finally reached him but it was too late. Durga looked down at the cliff, watching him Prince, tears filling my eyes that the fact Durga couldn’t save him.

Durga sat up breathing hard. Durga looked around her  dark room, taking note of everything Durga saw. Naira and Kanchi were sleeping peacefully . Durga wiped the sweat off her forehead and looked down at her phone. 3:15 am.
Wow that was awful, Durga thought to herself. Durga fell back into her blankets, still looking at her phone. It was a text from “SP:Super Man” (Prince Walia). Relief washed over her body as Durga unlocked her phone to check his message.
SP:Super Man : hey Durga know it’s really late but I cant sleep. i know you’re probably not even up right now

Durga Devi: its ur lucky day im up

SP:Super Man : oh sorry if i woke u up

Durga Devi: actually u just saved me from a nightmare so thanks .

SP:Super Man : oh really what was it about.. r u ok?

durga felt warm and happy knowing he cared so much for her. Even though it was just a little nightmare.

A few seconds went by before he texted back.

Durga could just imagine him in his blanket and pillow fort clutching Oliver for dear life. It made her smile. Suddenly, Durga let out a giant yawn.

Doc – Mrs. Raichand, here are the reports of DNA test , and Sperm test reports of Ms.Pooja Iyer . as said by Mr.Kunj Desai, we conducted a dna test of Pooja and Mr.Iyer , and it matches. She is indeed his daughter .

Arjun – but then how did the exchange happen ? and why didn’t twinkle tell us ?

Jeevika looks on .

Jeevika in her mind – I wish I could tell them how the exchange happened. But then she will get to know that twinkle was aware of everything and yet chose to act dead . no, I cant reveal this truth until twinkle tells me to.

Dadi – now what to do !!

Kunj – karna kya hai. Now enough of destiny’s play, me and twinkle will finally tie the knot.

Doc – but she doesn’t know anything. And we cant stress her. So, you should only tell her that her name is Twinkle, and that her sister was your former wife. Bcz if she knows about her affair with you, the exchange , her sister marrying you and not her, and her death , twinkle will be shattered and she may never get her memory back.

Dadi nodded- don’t worry doc. We will keep it in mind.

Kunj – its okay , I will make her fall for me all over again. And im sure she will fall for me, just like swara babhi did for sanky bhaiya.

Swara smiles .

Kunj smiles widely after a huge long time of 4 months .

Twinkle was told so. That her name was twinkle and her sister was kunj’s first wife. No other details were given to her. She still thought Kunj didn’t want to marry her .

• “Ma’am Your order?” the waiter asked
• “Um.. I’ll order later.. I am actually waiting for someone” she replied.

“Ms. Twinkle Iyer!” A male voice startled her.The moment her eyes met his, she knew it was all lost cause. She gulped as her eyes met his, Kunj. His hypnotizing eyes, or the biceps that he flaunted lazily under his tee or those fresh damp hairs in his head, nothing would tempt her. She had decided. Ths twinkle with no memory , knew that her dead sister’s hubby loved his dead wife , and even she couldn’t just drool at her once jiju , It was inappropriate !!! but she could hear her inner voices screaming just forget about everything, marry him and you can enjoy s*xy nights with greek god! She had to shake herself to bring her mind and body back on track. As her eyes landed on his, for the second time that day, she felt her insides churn. But she held her calm.

• “Well, you said you wanted to talk.”
• “Um.. yeah.. I well.. you know.. i..”

Twinkle stammered not able to form right words.

• “I wanted to talk to you about the marriage.”
• “Oh great! I thought we came for business meeting!”
• “Oh may be it is. After all it is a deal right?”
• “Is that what you think of the marriage?”
• that’s what you told me, and now even I think the same. What I actually wanted to say is..

He interrupted her by raising his hand,

• “We can continue this conversation later if you don’t mind. But now, we have to rush home”

Confused, Twinkle stared at him, “Our parents are waiting.. in the hotel Twinkle. We have to leave now.

As the car pulled in front of her house, he looked at her with intensity that sent shivers down her spine.

• “Care to get down Twinkle Iyer, I can’t stand here all day!”

She stumbled as she got out, but he caught her before she landed flat on her face. which somehow ended up with him leaning on the car for support and her almost hugging him for the support. When his fingers brushed the bare skin on her shoulders, she froze; his fingers were so cold, yet so warm.

At the hotel, the engagement date was set for the next day, at 9 am in the morning. Twinkle was shocked when Kunj had been so eager for the wedding , when Twinkle was expecting to end the wedding forever .

But what irked her was his smirk behind his smile, the mischievous glint in his eyes when they were seated together while fixing the date. She surely hadn’t missed the flying kiss he had blown when they were leaving.

@at night

• “You! You! You!!!” Twinkle hissed over the phone.
• “Hello to you too! Yeah, its me, Cupcake Yours truly, Kunj”1

Twinkle crushed the ice-cream can in her hand. “It was all your plan isn’t it?”

She heard him laugh from the other end.

• “Tell me sweetheart,what are you doing now?”
• “Why did you do this? You dont even like me, you like pooja didi..you love pooja didi. okay she is dead but you said that day that this wedding is forced then today ! How can you agree? I don’t-”
• “You speak too much! Have a peaceful night. I don’t want any dark circles on my bride on our Sagai..Don’t forget to dream about me okay sweetheart?”

Her lips formed a ‘O’ .

• Answer me Kunj ..dare you cut the call..

And he did exactly that. Twinkle slept off tensed , while kunj couldn’t sleep due to happiness. He had been dancing for 2 hours at a break dance, when sanskar, ranveer, shivaay and laksh forcefully make him sleep.

Let’s see what happens today..

SCENE – 1

It’s the evening.. Anika and Gauri come out of the class..

Anika says,”I am really tired dear… This professor bored us with his lecture.. it has been 15 minutes since the bell rang”.

Gauri rolls her eyes,”Ya honey! I literally went to some dreamworld,so that I would not get bored”.

“This seems like a better idea.. I will follow this too.. I will try to get ideas for my stories”,Anika winks.

“Hope you will get better stories at least then”,Gauri teases.

“Gauri.. So,you mean that my stories are not good now,isn’t it?? Very bad”,Anika fakes anger.

“Honey.. I was just joking”,Gauri convinces her.

Anika smiles.

“I want to tell you something”,Anika become serious.

Gauri looks at her watch,”Honey! It’s already late.. Omkara and Akash would be waiting for me.. I have to go.. Your bus too will be waiting for you nah?? You too leave.. We will talk tomorrow..See you”,Gauri goes without waiting for Anika’s reply..

Anika throws her hands in the air in disappointment and goes..

SCENE – 2

Gauri goes and sits on a wooden bench..

“I thought Om and Akash would have come by now. But they are not! I don’t know where they are”,she tells herself..

“If Akash comes today,I have to warn him.. He is not coming properly.. He comes one day and he is not coming for 10 days.. let me teach him a lesson”,she says angrily..

By then Akash comes there..

“Good evening didi”,Akash greets her.

“Who are you?”,Gauri asks angrily.

“Didi! Don’t joke.. It’s already late”,he tries to convince her.

“Oh! It’s late? Now only you see it?”,Gauri asks him.

He looks on.

“What are you thinking?? You are not coming properly. You don’t finish the work I assign to you. Atlast,you give me all the burdens. This is not a place to enjoy. You have come to me to learn something”,Gauri yells.

“Didi! College life is for enjoying too nah? I don’t want to work everyday. I need some time to enjoy too”,Akash says.

“Look! Professor has asked me to teach you something about writing poems. You can write better only when you do whatever I say. But you are not. You are not at all working Akash. You spend all your time in only enjoying. This is not fair”,Gauri fumes.

Omkara comes out of his class. He is restless and so scared that how would Gauri react on knowing the truth about him. He comes to the campus and sees the place where they usually meet from a distance.

He sees Gauri shouting at Akash. He merely sees her expressions and actions but cannot hear her.

“I think Gauri is complaining about me to Akash. Anika might have told everything about me. That’s why she is very angry”,he says himself..

He looks keenly.

Gauri talks to Akash but now too he could see only her actions.

Gauri to Akash:
“If you had done the works given by me properly,I would have myself given you some free time for enjoyment. But you did not complete even a single work. I don’t want persons like you. Be responsible or else get lost”,she shouts.

“Hello.. You are not supposed to talk to me like this”,he says with a calm face.

Omkara thinks that Akash is trying to convince her.

“Akash! I don’t want to argue with you. I have work to do. Don’t stand here and make me angry. Just get lost”,Gauri places her hand in her forehead and turns to omkara’s side.

Om,on seeing her turn towards him,goes from there before she sees.

“Good! Listen! You are not my professor to control me. You are just a senior. I don’t want to do whatever you say. I want to enjoy.  I will talk to the professor. I won’t come to you anymore. Good bye”,Akash says and leaves.

“Better get lost! I don’t want to see you again”,Gauri shouts at him.

She sits on the bench and relaxes. She sees her watch again.

“Where is Omkara? He has not come yet?? I don’t know why he did not come till now?”,she wonders.

She calls him but he did not attend.

She waits for sometime and then leaves.

SCENE – 3

Anika is on the way to her home.

“I heard Omkara saying something about dreams to Shivaay. He said ,”You should not be the obstacle for your own dream”. What does that mean? Is Shivaay having a dream? Is something disturbing him from chasing it?? What could it be? I am very curious to know about it. Though he smiles outside,I  could sense some sorrow in his eyes. I don’t know what it is. Everyone in this world deserves to dream and to chase it. What is bothering him? How can I get to know it? Shall I ask directly to Shivaay? Will he answer me? “,the horn of her college bus brought her back to reality.

“Anika.. it’s your stop”,a girl shouts and Anika gets down from the bus.

SCENE – 4

Saumya reaches her home. She parks her bike and checks whether her parents are around. Making sure that nobody is,she goes inside with a wounded leg. She goes inside her room.

She changes and sits in her study table and starts preparing for the seminar.

Om enters her room and he falls in her bed. He is worried and stares at the ceiling.
Saumya sees him and feels that something is fishy. But she did not ask him anything.
He is lying staring at the ceiling.

She wants to take a book which is in the bookshelf. She tries to get up but her wound hurts. She calls Om.

“Om bhaiya! Take my book. It’s in the topmost rack”,she tells him.

“Come and take it. I can’t”,Om tells her suddenly.

“You are very disloyal. Don’t you remember how many times I have helped you? Stupid! I won’t help you anymore”,she shouts.

“Do whatever”,he says in a lethargic manner.

Saumya gets up slowly and goes near the bookshelf. Om notices her abnormal walking. He calls her.

“Somu! What happened to your leg?”,he asks.

“Nothing. I am alright”,she lies grinning.

“Come here”,Omkara orders her almost.

Saumya could no longer hide it from her CBI brother. She comes to him. He asks her to show her leg and finds a deep cut wound in her ankle.

“Idiot”,he shouts seeing blood in her wound.

“Nothing bhaiya. It will be okay tomorrow”,saumya says.

He stares at her angrily and looks out for first aid kit. He puts bandage.

“How did this happen?”,he asks.

“I fell down from the bike”,she answers.

“You have to be careful Somu! Why did not you tell me?”,he asks angrily.

Saumya could not answer.

“You wanted to hide it from me?”,he asks her.

“No bhaiya. How can I hide anything from you? I thought you too would scold me like mummy and daddy. I thought you would not let me ride my bike as our parents do”,she says with a tear drop in her eyes.

“Somu! How could you think so? I have supported you and will always do”,he says to her.

“I know that bhaiya. Above all,you are the only person who supports and encourages me”,she hugs him.

“No Somu. Mummy and daddy loves you a lot. But it is not obvious”,he too had got tears in his eyes.

“If so,why don’t they encourage me?”,Saumya asks in a choking voice. Om could not answer.

By then,Om gets Gauri’s call.

Saumya looks at him. “You carry on bhaiya. I am ok”,she goes back to her work.

Om thinks.. “She had called me 5 times since evening. I have to talk now. Om! You have to face it. The mistake is yours!”
He takes the call.

“Hello”,Om says.

“Om! How can you do this to me?”,says Gauri.

“Gauri! Listen! “,he tries to convince her.

“You cheated me. I hate you”.

“Gauri! Please! What happened?”

“Stupid! You promised me that you would meet me in the evening nah? Why did you not come? I was waiting for so long? Why did you give me fake promise?”

Om sighs and tells himself. “Thank God! She does not know anything. I am ok now. But… the biggest task is… convincing her”. He sighs.

Shivaay was sitting in his Mumbai office and was busy listening to his personal assistant. She was telling him about my today’s schedule . suddenly , his dad Ashish Raichand sent him a voice note .

• “Shivaay, we have got an important deal to crack. It’s a very profitable deal. So, I want you to cancel all your meetings for today and come to paradise hotel. right now i am sitting with that client. I will see you at paradise hotel at 3 pm sharp.”

Shivaay nodded and sighed .

Shivaay’s pov

I saw that dad, my two beloved brothers – Laksh and Sanskar, my step mom and granny were all sitting there. Also an old man, old woman and a young lady were there who were sitting with them. But wait! Wasn’t it supposed to be a business deal?

Ashish –  ” Neil, why don’t you just go to the garden and have a chat with Riya , Mr Desai’s daughter.” Shivaay got confused.

Riya: So Shivaay! Let me introduce myself to you. Well I am Riya Desai.. So, what are your hobbies?

Shivaay: Well I am totally a workaholic person who keeps on working and working on. But besides that I love drums .

Riya: Oh so tell me something about your likes and dislikes.

Shivaay: Well I love black and grey colour. I love to buy every new car that comes into market. I highly dislike those people who are late or do not complete their work on time.

Riya: Well , that’s something cool! So do you have any bad habits like smoking or drinking.

Shivaay:  I can’t understand one thing that why the hell are you asking me so many questions. Can’t you just realise from my cold behaviour that I don’t want to talk to you.

Riya:  I am just asking all these questions because I want to know each and every quality present there in my life partner.

Shivaay: What life partner??

Riya: Oh please stop acting as if you don’t know anything about it.

Shivaay gets suprised as well as angry. He grabs Riya’s wrist roughly and drags her back to the restaurant.

Shivaay: Dad! You lied to me? You told me that this was supposed to be a business deal and now when I finally come here on your call, all I get to know is that you have fixed my marriage proposal without my consent. Dad I am not gonna marry !

Ashish : Shivaay, son! this is not what you are thinking about. All of us firmly believe that you should now start your new life i.e. married life. Its been years since Shagun….

Shivaay: No dad! Mr. and Mrs. Desai, I strongly believe that my family has not yet told you about my habits. I am a person who drinks, smokes and the one who has f**ked many girls on my bed. In short, I have no such qualities which a girl expects to be there in her future husband. And I am a divorcee .  After knowing all these stuff are you still willing to give your daughter’s hand in marriage to me. Riya! You are definitely a sweet girl who deserves someone better than me. So all the best for your future!

Mr Desai: Ashish! There is nothing left for me to say anymore. All I can say that the deal is now cancelled

Ashish: Shivaay !!!! I had given them my word

Shivaay: Dad! I can understand that you have given your word to them. But I have already given my word to someone else.

Dadi : Shivaay beta! What are you trying to say?

Swara came out of her audi walking with perfect grace and elegance with a touch of playfulness. I envied her perfection. She wore a flaming-red off-shoulder dress that ended a few inches above her knees. Her bright red stilettos made her look almost as tall as me, maybe an 2 inches short or so. She had left her hair open and she flashed a big enrapturing smile as her eyes met mine. Her eyes had never looked as big and captivating as they looked then. She had never looked more beautiful. I do not know how many times I had said this to her in the last 6 years .

• ‘Stop staring. Let’s go.’ ….She winked.
• ‘You just kill me every time.’
• ‘I know. That’s the intention baby.’

I smiled.She was a work of art.

• ‘ no princess. really . You look beautiful,’ i said. she smiled wider.
• You look very handsome too. Like very very .
• ‘Maybe, it’s because I don’t see you killing me now, You’re late, but I can see what took you so long. I love what you’re wearing,’

I said. she blushed and looked away. i start to walk towards the movie hall and held my hand out, and instinctively, she grabbed it. i wrap my long fingers around hers, look at her and smile.

Swara’s POV

Sanskar looked fab, in a plain white tee and deep blue jeans and adidas shoes , he looked very charming, what was added was a touch of ruggedness, with a striking black fitted leather jacket . and Like every Akshay kumar movie, this one is impeccable too, and I think I love the man on the screen, more for the person that he is, than his acting abilities. He is a great human being, a responsible husband and a loving father, despite being the superstar that he is. Much like what I can see Sanskar  grow up to be. I find it tough to do as Sanskar  caresses my fingers endlessly. I blush throughout the movie and try not to look at him, but I know his admiring eyes are constantly on me.

After the movie , he drops me home . while one the road , He smiles at me and rubs my thighs and when I shudder, he moves away.

I frown – why did you stop, zaalim raichand !!

Sanskar smirked – I thought you didn’t want me to do it baby girl !

me – Yes but I wanted to do this

I say leaning over and kissing his lips. He reciprocates immediately, hunger in his eyes, hunger that drives me wild. I climb over to his driving seat and straddle his lap as he fights to undo his seatbelt, our lips never once losing contact We part our lips and our tongues fight for dominance, his winning almost immediately. His hands hold my waist and travel up and down my body, sending shivers down my spine. His hands eventually finding their way to my legs. He pauses for a moment on my upper thigh asking for consent to continue, I nod eagerly whilst deepening the kiss. His fingers stroke my upper thigh and play with the hem of my skirts before travelling higher up to my underwear. I feel his fingers rubbing me through the fabric and I moan into the kiss causing him to smirk and rub slower, teasing me. while the other starts to play with my br*asts, gently squeezing me with his soft fingers. I tilt my head back and moan loudly, voicing my pleasure to his act.

I break the kiss . I breath heavily and return back to my seat .

A part of me asks himself in my mind, why he wont take it to the next level. He knows whats on my mind.

Sanskar – I want you .

He said kissing my forehead .

Sanskar – but I cant scar you Swara .

Swara – scar me ? sanskar what are you saying. You will marry me wont you ..then what is the..wait …wont you marry me ?

Sanskar looks on as he chokes his tears .

Sanskar – get down swara. You dad will come.

Swara – sanskar.

Sanskar – later baby . now go. Reach ur room . we’ll chat.

I got out and watched him drove away. I didn’t know why today, watching him go made me feel like crying .

S: He should thank God that you came in between.Otherwise……

The vendor tells her about his arrangement.There are many who are selling different items and people are eating crowding around.
Suddenly Anika recalls Something.
She starts talking with the vendor in a slow tone so that Shivaay can’t hear.He gets surprised.Finishing the talk the vendor smiles looking at Shivaay then goes away.Watching that Shivaay says-

S: Where is he going?What are you up to Anika?She says smiling-
A: Woh…I have requested him to leave his stall to us,for some time.Because…….I want you to make something for me,on this stall!

S: Hold on Anika just one second.You are saying I,Shivaay Singh Oberoi would cook on a stall openly on a road?You are not serious right?
A: Have heard a lot about your cooking.Prove it today.
S: Like this?

S: I have come here many times for the purpose of business.Repetition of same old thing every time.But this time my visit is full of surprises.Thanks to you…….Anika smiles hearing that.

When for the first time I realized this,it gave me solid jhatka.I could not understand how come I was able to cook.

Om heard her voice and opened his eyes, he turned around to look at her but he could only see her back, Ishana was walking away.
Om recalled Ishana’s words and smiled.

Omkara: She is right… If my heart says it is right… It is right… (He thinks of her beautiful voice) … Thank you for helping me…

He gets up and leaves.

Ishana was going to her room when Meera calls her,

Ishana (thinking): Maa is not going to spare me.
Meera: When will you understand? I had told you to come early, but you’ll not change.

Meera: Bas, I don’t want to hear any excuses.
Vikram: What happened? Why are you scolding Ishu?

Ishana goes and stands near Vikram,

Ishana: Dad, you handle her, please.
Vikram: Meera…
Meera: No, not at all. You won’t say anything. (She looks at Ishana) Ishu, go and get ready. The guests must be coming any time now.
Vidhi: Maa, you don’t worry, I’ll help her.

Ishana and Vidhi leave.

Meera: You all have spoiled her, when will she understand.
Yash: Maa, you worry unnecessarily, she knows her responsibilities.

Gauri was sitting in her room, looking at Om’s photo,

Gauri was waiting for Om at the café, he had promised to be on time and there he was again late, like he always was. Om reached the café and saw Gauri waiting for him, he knew he had to face her anger now. Om went and sat in front of her. Gauri looked at him.

Gauri: So, finally the great Omkara Singh Oberoi, got time from his busy schedule to meet his girlfriend. Thank you so much for coming but I am going now.
Omkara: Gauri…

She was about to go when Om held her hand,

Omkara: “Dur naa jao humse yun ruth kar kabhi…. Jo yun muh mod loge humse toh mar jayengi abhi”

Gauri immediately turned around and kept her hand on his lips,

Gauri: Don’t you ever say that again… If something happens to you… I won’t live.
Omkara: Then don’t ever walk away from me.

The Mittals greet him and he takes blessings from Vikram-Meera and hugs Yash.

Yash: Long time man, kaisa hai?
Man: I am fine. You all say, how are you?
Vidhi: We all are also fine.
Vikram: Kabir, come let’s sit and talk.
Meera: Vidhi, go and call Ishu also.
Vidhi: Yes maa.

KARAN’S CABIN,

Karan and Natasha were talking to Ranveer,

Ranveer: Did you tell him?
Natasha: Yes, we did talk to him and told him everything.
Ranveer: And what did he say?
Karan: The same thing, do as he says.
Ranveer: And I guess that is what we should all be doing. Just remember no one should not know about any of this.
Natasha: We know Ranveer and we are trying our best.
Karan: I know Ranveer, how important this is for us. Don’t worry, we know what we have to do.
Ranveer: I trust you both and that is why I brought him here. (He looks at his watch) I should leave now.

Shivaay and Anika return to the Motel just before the curtain raiser of the party,going on there.Before getting down the car,Anika says-

A: You wanted to know the second reason na?
S: That you have not told yet.
A: I wanted to spend some time with you,alone!

Shivaay says nothing he just stares at Anika who is not looking at him.Slowly she unfasten her seat-belt then gets down the car.Shivaay too follows her and they move towards the motel,in silence….Next morning everyone leaves for their home.

Two Weeks Later

Trivedi family is gearing up for Diwali.Cleaning program is going on and Mrs.Trivedi is supervising it.House staffs and other workers are working.Anika comes and finds her busy mother in the hall.

A: Good morning Mom.
V: Morning dear.

A: All going good here?
V: Until your Dad comes and starts finding fault! Booth mother and daughter laugh.

A: You need my help for anything?
V: My room is left.Would you help me there?
A: Sure,I am going…….She leaves.

Anika is removing things from cupboard in Mrs.Trivedi’s room.She gets her hand on family album.One by one she takes those out.One album falls down from her hand and photos come out.She sits on the ground to put those back.
Mrs.Trivedi enters.

V: Is your phone on silent mode?
A: Don’t know.Any problem Mom?

V: Your PA called on the land line.
A: I am checking……….Anika is about to get up but stops noticing something.

This photo…….Look at this photo Mom….Mrs.Trivedi smiles sweetly watching the photo.
I am feeling like I know these eyes.Have seen very closely.

A four-five years old boy has hold a smiling little baby girl of 7-8 months in his arms.She is playing with the bow tie of the boy’s suit.He is looking at her smiling,bending his head a little.

A: It’s me in the photo Mom and…..
V: You know him very well.This is Shivaay.You two are looking so cute in the photo,together.
A: When did this happen,how where?

V: Your Dada ji and Shivaay’s Dada ji were very close friends.They studied together and started their business too.This photo was clicked in Roop’s marriage,his daughter.We went to attend the wedding.
You were 9 month’s old then.

A: What happened there?

V: We had a great time in the wedding.Aur bhi photos hain uss shaadi ki………..Mrs.Trivedi and Anika go through the album.Old memories get refreshed.Anika asks her about Shivaay and her photo.

V: When Shivaay saw you for the first time he became very desperate to hold you.But Kalyani Ji refused.He was small and you too so she refused.Still he did not give up.To assure her he said- ” I will take good care of her Dadi.Let me hold her.She is so cute.I want her……”

(Mrs.Trivedi starts laughing without noticing that a blushing smile has covered Anika’s face)
We had to agree watching his stubbornness to get you.Phir….kuch aur ho gayi.

A: What?
V: You were not ready to go to him!Bechara Shivaay,he was looking so upset.
A: Then?

V: You were with your Dad.Shivaay came and offered you his chocolate.You were staring at him putting both of your hands in your mouth.See,this is the photo.You seemed uninterested!

V: He said to you- ” Hello baby,I am Shivaay.I have many toys to play.I will give you all of mine.Will you be my friend?”
The moment he said “Will you be my friend” you smiled then forwarded your chubby little hands towards him.
He took you in his arms for the first time.Shivaay dear was looking so happy…….Hearing that Anika too turns happy.

Two of you became inseparable.Everyone in the wedding was watching both of you.More than the bride and groom,you two were everyone’s center of attraction.Shivaay kept on asking your name without realizing you were yet to speak.
Shakti Ji tried to make him understand and we too tried but everything went in vain.

But you did not forget to respond to his talks in your baby voice…Mrs.Trivedi recalls those happy moments.Anika asks her again-

V: When time came for our departure,Shivaay was not ready to part with you.He requested Kalyani Ji to let you stay with him.

Anika grasps the pen tightly in her hand hearing that name as her heart beats are at rise.

O: Rudra is trying to say that now it’s your time to become gran-Ma of your great-grand children!
D: How can I when my grand-son is not ready to get married?

OmRu are watching Shivaay standing outside of his room.

O: Have you noticed one thing?Since Shivaay has returned from Nashik,he looks happy.

Oberois are entertaining their guests- Mr.Harshvardhan Trivedi and his sister,Kavita Randhawa,her husband Mr.Meghraj Randhawa.
They are here to discuss about Priyanka and Ranveer’s(Mr.Trivedi’s nephew)marriage.

Both prospective bride and groom’s family reach to a positive conclusion mutually,considering every aspect.Final decision will be taken after Tej’s return as he is the father of Pri.He returns one week later and gets informed about the alliance.
Everyone thought he would be happy but exactly opposite happened-

Tej could not ignore or discard Shivaay’s strong points and finally agrees for the alliance with one condition- Shivaay is taking the responsibility.

Happiness returns in Oberoi Mansion with the ringing of Priyanka’s marriage bell,only daughter of the Oberois.

Randhawas send Sagun in the Oberoi Mansion.Ranveer and Priyanka’s alliance becomes official.Roka and ring ceremony take place in Delhi,at Sunflower Petals in the presence of both the families,relatives and invited guests.
Marriage date gets fixed and bride & groom’s family land in Jaipur,for the wedding.
A big wedding hall gets booked where all the function before marriage will take place and staying of the family members and guests are arranged there too.

Anika is in her room,unpacking her things.She is about to open one of the bags but phone rings.Talking over the phone she starts removing things from the bag.Cutting the call she gets surprised-

A: These are gents cloths.One second,it’s not my bag………She looks around and finds the sticker- Shivaay Singh Oberoi.
It belongs to Shivaay.I think got exchanged by mistake.He must be searching it…….She puts everything back carefully in the bag those she removed but forgets one thing- A diary.It was behind the bag so she did not notice.
Anika calls on the room service and sends the bag.

Gauri and Om are texting each other on phone,from their rooms-

O: Do you remember our last Jaipur encounter?
G: Obviously.

O: By the way,I did not expect that you would reply my message.
G: Actually I can’t sleep in the first night in a new place.Was awake then saw your message then replied.

O: Same happens with me too.Even I was unable to sleep so thought if you…..

Sangeet and haldi and other few rituals get over with much fun-frolic between bride and groom’s family.Mehandi is taking place as the last ritual before the wedding.In a big decorated room girls re applying mehandi along with bride.
Pinky is making fuss over the design of Prinku’s mehandi and getting into banter with Kavita which Jhanvi is enjoying standing with them.Fortunately boys are allowed too!

Anika too is applying mehandi.She has worn a deep sky-blue colour off shoulder frock-gown which ha silver colour border.A gold chain is shining over her bosom.
Shivaay comes and sits beside her,without making any sound.Without turning Anika realizes its Shivaay and she smiles a sweet smile.Chanchan and Chanchal are playing nearby.

Shivaay smiles watching the bangles Anika has worn.He bought those from Nashik in that night,for her.He coughs a little to draw her attention.Still she remains unmoved.He tries two-three more times.
This time she speaks-

A: If you have caught cold,drink cough syrup?Should I bring it?
S: So much concern?

A: Yes,I am from groom’s side without that typical “Hum Ladke Wale Hain” attitude!Can help anytime,if you need.
S: Hmmm……Have you finished with applying mehandi?How long it will take?

A: Almost done.Why?
S: Won’t you write any name on your palm?Naam se yaad aaya,where is our….I mean your doctor friend Sagar Shekhawat?

A: He is busy in the hospital.But don’t worry,he will manage and reach before the wedding.I will tell him to bring your cough syrup!As you reminded me……I will write S on my palm!
Shivaay says in his mind-

” I see,you want to play right?Let me contribute my part Ms.Chantomai!Did I just use her vocabulary?”

S: Don’t just stop writing only S.Take my suggestion and go for whole name- S-A-G-A-R,big and bright!You see,my name also starts with the latter S.If you don’t do that then it can make me feel that you…..have chosen my name!

Anika suppresses her laughter and Shivaay could not see her as he has sat backing her.

S: Have seen how your Dad treats Vasundhara aunty.Even after so many years of marriage,they seem so in love with each other.Anika says smiling-

A: That’s true.Besides loving,Mom and Dad trust each other in everything they do.Hardly they hide anything from each other.If any argument arises,they don’t let it affect their relation.
Without saying anything,they get to know each other’s mind.Perhaps they face typical husband-wife problem but that does not create any issue between them.

They are connected with each other by every means.They are independent still love to depend on each other.To run a married life successfully,one needs to surrender himself with full dedication without losing one’s individuality.
More than anything,Mom and Dad give precious time to each other.
No matter how busy Dad stays,he manages to spend time with Mom and the family and Mom does the same.

But I think every couple has their own personal recipe to run a marriage successfully.My parents don’t pretend that they are happy.They are actually,truly happy which can be seen in their faces.I feel really proud and blessed to be their daughter…………….

Shivaay was listening to Anika’s words in total awe.Sitting at a little distance,Ranveer says to Priyanka-

TV playing: oberoi industries CEO shivay singh oberoi has taken a day-off from work today and his social media pages are blowing up with cute pictures from family time.

before it could say anymore, the TV was switched off.

it was a female voice, a voice which had a mocking tone.

voice: now my mood is spoilt. thank you TV.

the voice’s owner grabbed her hairbrush and started brushing her long Rapunzel hair.

voice: I bet all those pictures are edited by his wife anika shivay singh oberoi because as far as I know, shivay singh oberoi only cares about work. actually scrape that! all the oberoi men only care about work. bechara anika. all she wants is family time and that she doesn’t even get. (laughs) must be horrible.

she continued brushing her hair, as she did, she said: of course it will be horrible but she still gets spoiled rotten.

she put the hairbrush down and picked up a bottle of dark red nail varnish and started to paint her elegant French manicured nails.

she changed into the red dress. her face not revealed yet. she went back into her room and picked her eyeliner pen. she started to draw on her eyelids, getting the perfect wing eyeliner. she kept her eyeliner down and got a charm bracelet out as well as a golden atch . the voice started speaking again: Kalyani, jhanvi and pinky….urgh! can’t stand them! Kalyani singh oberoi really irritates me…loves all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, loves all her bahus…what f**king nonsense? if she really did, then she wouldn’t discriminate right? jhanvi and pinky are just the same like her and like anika and like bhavya.

she turns to a picture frame consisting of a young couple….both deeply in love with one another.

voice: they all…those oberoi women, those oberoi men….they all destroyed our lives. they destroyed your lives, they took your lives from you both. they left four children defenceless and parentless. they took my siblings from me because they thought I died that day as well but I didn’t. mama, papa; I can tell that soon, very soon I will finally get my revenge. don’t worry I won’t kill them, I am not that evil but I will destroy them like they destroyed our happy family, our little world. I will get back omira, munni and pari back. I promise. this is your daughter, radhika’s promise.

the woman turned from looking at the picture, finally revealing her face:

radhika: bhoot jaldi mama and papa, I will get my sisters back and we will go somewhere far with your memories. I promise.

a tear left her eye and rolled down her cheek, she wiped it…her delicate makeup not smudged one bit. just then the doorbell rang.

radhika: now that desperate idiot is here.

she rolled her eyes and got her white handbag out and turned to her parents’ picture: please save me from this idiot. please.

the doorbell kept ringing and ringing.

radhika: coming.

she got her keys and went downstairs to open the door. as soon as she opened the door, she forced a fake smile.

radhika: hi varun, nice to see you.

varun, who was dressed in an expensive coal black suit and was carrying a bouquet of red roses, smiled and said: same here sienna. these roses are for you.

he handed her the roses to radhika, or should I say sienna, who still had a fake smile plastered on her face. she kept them on her coffee table and said: thanks varun but please remember the only reason I agreed to be your date to this dinner was because boss was begging me to go and I can’t go to that dinner without a date.

varun: can’t blame me for trying sienna.

radhika: can we go or should I change my mind?

varun: fine. come on then.

radhika left her house, locking the door and walking along side with varun. varun was about to open the car door for her when radhika’s hand found the handle first. she went in the car and varun gave a small chuckle as he went in as well. he started the car and soon the car was running on the roads.

varun: after this party, should we…

radhika: never! no!

varun: but remember how much you enjoyed it the first time sienna?

radhika: first and last time that was. it was a mistake!

varun: sure a mistake.

he winked at her and an annoyed radhika punched his arm hard that he nearly lost control of the steering wheel. as soon as he got control, he said annoyed: sienna, you could have killed us! I am too young and handsome to die…and you? you are too s*xy to die single.

radhika: first of all varun, take a look in the mirror, you are not handsome and second of all, I don’t need a man…all of them are dicks, when I find a man that isn’t a dickhead then I may consider losing my single status and third of all…

her ruby red lips formed a smirk.

radhika: I don’t fear death. death doesn’t scare me at all.

varun: what?

radhika: you won’t understand….your IQ is so low.

varun: that hurts sienna.

radhika: whatever!

they didn’t talk for the rest of the car and soon they reached a large fancy hotel.

they went out of the car and inside the decorated palace….

there was a crowd of champagne-baring waiters, a collection of violinists, harp players and pianists were placed at the far end of the hall. crystal chandeliers spiraled down from the arching sky-blue ceiling, illuminating the glimmering golden walls and a floor so polished it looked like an iced-over lake. and it wasn’t just the ballroom–the women sparkled like a box of jewels, shades of emerald and ruby and amethyst swirling before radhika, their low chatter accompanying wafts of rose and hyacinth and jasmine. the men looked like prince charmings from the fairytales and the disney movies she watched as a little kid, big dazzling branded watches encircled their wrists whilst their hairs were slicked back with too much gel, each man wore a suit which looked as if it was specially tailored for them. almost every man she saw had a glass of red wine in their hands.

radhika looked down at her simple red dress, at that moment she felt quite out of place but then she remembered something her mother said: why waste millions just on a one night dress? you can give that amount to people who need it.

radhika gave a small smile knowing that even though she might not be looking like the disney princesses, she knew that she was probably the only person in that room with the biggest heart because she gave so much to charities….to cancer, to orphanages, to women who were struggling, to other life threatening diseases. as she was engaged in her own thoughts, she felt a nudge on her arm. she looked to her right where varun was. he was telling her with his eyes to look in front of her. so she did and saw her boss who was wearing a tuxedo and fancy watch.

radhika: good evening boss. how are you?

boss: good evening to you too sienna. I am fine and you?

radhika: I am also fine thanks.

boss: so sienna, we got some special guests who will be launching the charms with you.

radhika: ok boss and might I just ask who these special guests are?

boss: that you will find out when it is time to launch the charms.

radhika: ok boss.

boss: now excuse me, I need to talk to some people. see you in 15 minutes.

radhika: you too boss.

he left and radhika, who was confused, looked at varun and asked: do you know who these special guests are?

varun: no sienna, I know nothing about these special guests.

radhika: really? but you are his second-in-charge last I checked so how do you not know?

varun: I honestly don’t know. sir hasn’t mentioned anything about special guests at all.

radhika: I just hope they are not snobby and egoistic guests.

varun: what is your problem with snobby and egoistic people? you really hate them.

radhika: because they act like they are so much better than everyone, they act like they own the place. I hate people who are like that.

just then a woman, who was dressed like a Barbie, came and said: hi varun, oh hey sienna.

varun and radhika: hi.

woman: sienna, did you dress in the dark again? your taste in fashion is very bad.

radhika: well according to latest fashion trends, simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication and simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance. understand?

the woman rolled her eyes and said: oh whatever! why did I came here again? oh yes! on Wednesday, my bahu is having a baby shower. if you and varun are free, do come.

varun: thank you for the invite. we will take it to consideration.

woman: good. now I must go, my husband is waiting for me.

radhika and varun gave a small awkward smile as that woman left.

radhika: see what I mean? they don’t even take good advise.

varun: I see. to be fair, that lady annoys everyone.

radhika: yeah true.

they giggled. just then the boss came up on the stage and said: good evening everyone. now it is time to launch new charms into the world of jewellery. please welcome varun ahuja and sienna sharma.

everyone clapped as varun and radhika (sienna) made their way onto the stage. their boss handed them the big scissors and whispered: ribbon cutting will happen in one sec, ok?

varun and radhika nodded.

boss to the crowd: and now introducing our special guests, shivay singh oberoi and his wife anika shivay singh oberoi.

the crowd clapped as radhika was shocked.

radhika in mind: wait what?! shivay and anika?! I want one peaceful night…was that so much to ask for?

two figures made their way to the stage. the man had kanji eyes like a cat and he was wearing a white suit whilst the woman had brown eyes, her hair was curled and kept in a neat bun, she was wearing a inquisitive pearl white dress, her neck flashed strings of pearls. shivay singh oberoi and anika shivay singh oberoi. two of the people radhika hated the most.

as they faced radhika; the headstrong and bold radhika suddenly disappeard. she was white as chalk. her eyes and her mouth were frozen wide open in an expression of stunned surprise. she blinked a few times and thought to herself: calm down radhika. remember that even though they are here, it’s a good thing in one way. it makes things easier to get your revenge. yes they mistreated your parents but you need to keep a strong image. they can’t know that you are radhika omkara singh oberoi. they can only know sienna sharma.

as she was thinking, shivika, varun and radhika cut the ribbon as radhika gave a death stare to shivika.

radhika: watch out shivay and anika! it’s not just your lives I will ruin. hurricane radhika…uff I mean hurricane sienna is on her way.
