Saumya started crying as soon as they were removed from the mansion. Nobody could understand why she broke down.
Rudra came up to hug her but she pushed him away.
“Saumya ?”, He questioned.
“How ?”
“What ?”
“How can you still love me ? I destroyed your family, I destroyed everything.”
“Saumya calm down, you didn’t do anything wrong.”
“No what I did was wrong. I’m also like them.”
“SAUMYA !!!”,he roared.
Saumya flinched, him roaring always terrified her.
“Listen to me carefully, you are not one of them.”, He gritted under his teeth. “Did you kill anyone here today ? No right, they killed your fathers. Never think that you are like them, you are much better, in fact, you are not even one of them. Please never think like that. You and your sisters are way more than this.”
“Hmmm.”, suddenly she stumbled even though she was standing.
Blackness started surrounding her vision.
“Why is she bleeding from her nose ???”, She could hear Tia and Svetlana shouting for her, and saw them and Rudra running towards her while Omkara and rest were frozen with that mortified look on their faces, she could see the concern they had for her, while her vision was fading.
Blackness consumed her, and her knees hit the ground with a loud thud. But before her head could hit the floor real hard, Svetlana had already caught her upper body. Tia was just beside.
They could she was gasping for breath.
And she was already bleeding from her nose.
“What have you done to her, what have you done to our life little sister ?”, Svetlana and Tia shouted while tears cascaded down their cheeks.
“Not right now we have to take her to the hospital nowww!!!”, Rudra shouted.
He quickly picked her up and rushed to the car.

I watched MARVEL AVENGERS INFINITY WAR again and this time I almost cried. Watching someone die again whom you have already seen dying is quite painful. But look who’s saying this ME!!! I never get emotional Avengers Infinity War is the only movie that brought some tears in my eyes, but as usual I never cry.

The reason why today’s post is small is that tomorrow I’m going to post my last episode, please try and understand why I’m doing this, writer’s block is worse, especially when it’s happening to you after you have already written two books (well after seeing this ff, I feel that now those are shitty, sorry me and my fans who read those and are reading this now.)

Annika gets startled by Rudy’s voice in her back, she dismisses the scolded servant urging him to take back roses’ basket quickly and turns to her young devar smiling joyfully. He teases her more:

He’s stopped by her beat on his shoulder stopping him from continue his badmash suggestions!
– don’t you have a wife to tease in this early morning? Go and turn her nuts and let me do my job… Time is running and Maha Arti will take place tonight and still so much work to do. Do you even know how many things I’m sure I’ve forgot about and how…
Rudra stops her grabbing her shoulders to stop her gesticulating in every way and breaths deeply asking her to do the same by a nod:
– muuuuch better! First of all… Bhavya is already at work, commissioner call came in the middle of night! So, I have no one to tease but you!
His full tooth smile makes her pout frustrated but he continues before she can open her mouth further.
– AND… You’re our khidkitod Annika bhabi… You entered this mansion for the first time for the same maha arti, I know you’ll just be perfect as always!
She smiles finally melting in his encouraging words and both get lost in their memories for that day… Annika’s smile becomes wider recalling meeting her SSO again in the same day and how she would never imagine where life was taking them both. Rudra recalls his Obros moments, his Dadi’s words about ishqbaaz and the dramatic way the party ended!
His eyes get teary soon and Annika’s voice bring him back from his trance a caressing hand on his cheek and a reassuring sad smile on her face saying:

Rudra smiles back to her swallowing his tears and wipe her both cheeks with his hands replying:
– same to you!
Both part away turning aside to wipe their eyes and compose themselves with a bright smile. Annika asks enthusiastically:
– So you’ll be there?
– Of course! Big day for him too… I’ll just peep in and… OH YOU KNOW NA… She would kill me for sure!
Annika frowns surprised by his abrupt change of tone and subject but she understands soon and replies lightly:
– and she would be right ! Stay away from girls today, your wife has a ready bullet all the time!
They both laugh when she feels an arm on her waist, she smiles turning to see her handsome husband’s smiling face, she pecks his cheek lovingly making Rudra turn away!
– Good morning!
They exchange a cute look and he takes the vest he was hanging at his arm starting to wear it, she helps him asking worriedly:
– going somewhere!?
– to office, obviously!
– but Shivaay today is…
– I know Annika and I’ll be back on time okey?

Seeing him adjusting his watch and heading straight she stops him pulling on his arm asking:

For all response, he cups her cheek his fingers plunging in her hair’s strands and pulls her closer printing a kiss on her forehead closing his eyes and inhaling deeply making Rudra look away shyly!

He walks already away ignoring her calls:

He disappeared already when she growls making huge moves with her hands to mark her frustration:

I was only six when my mum left the world and in care of this strange man who is my father according to her. he took me to his house when he already had two children and a wife. his wife yelled at both him and me. saying that I am not her daughter and she will never accept me. her two children hate me. they would beat me up and say hurtful things to me.
the society we lived in refused to accept me. they called me illegitimate and once covered my face with charcoal because I am a black mark to society.
my dad died of a sudden heart attack when I was seven and since then I was always alone despite living with many people. my dad’s first wife children, anika and Roshni hate me to the core. and their mother, ulka mam treats me like a servant. she hates me. she never gave me an education.
growing up, questions started to dance in my head.

The whole night jhanvi was here with me……..This whole house points out their fingers on me as if I am a culprit only…….But jhanvi, you are still concerned for me…….And what I did you in these past 12 years ?? [tej recalls pinky saying aout jhanvi’s ill-health and the way he ignored jhanvi when she reminded abt the wedding anniversary] Jhanvi, I promise you this anniversary will be special for us…….I will convert those tears into gems of smile, Jhanvi…..[tej holds jhanvi’s hand and stares her again] This morning has brought a new turn in life and I will make try to make all mornings as special for you…….

Shivomru are engaged in making coffee ….Tej arrives there …….

Dadi says yes, it wards off troubles. Daksh sees Anika. Anika leaves. She goes and gets water. She trembles. Shivaye comes to her. He asks are you fine. She thinks it seems she started fearing me by seeing my anger at the hospital. He says whatever happened between me, lets forget about it, I love my sister a lot and can do anything for her happiness, if she has chosen you as the wedding planner, then you will get all the respect from my family. Om looks on. Shivaye says since you are Priyanka’s wedding planner, just make sure that everything goes fine without any problem and mistake, because if any mistake happens, I won’t tolerate. Anika comes to meet Payal and says I m Anika, Priyanka’s wedding planner, I came to your house that day to get her dress. Payal says but Priyanka got her dress. Anika says I have come for some other purpose. Payal asks her to sit. Anika says when I had come to get the dress, you were not here, there was a guy here. Payal recalls Daksh. FB shows Payal asking Daksh why didn’t you tell Oberois that you are coming today, not tomorrow. He says if I had told them, I would have not got a chance to spend time with you. She says you fooled them. He says I swear, we need to do such things for money, else why would I marry someone else when I love you. She says just go now, someone is coming to get Priyanka’s dress. He says I will get my jacket. FB ends. Payal says yes, why are you asking. Anika asks was it Daksh Kapoor, he misbehaved with me. Payal says wait a min, I kept something in the kitchen. She comes back. Anika says when I had come here, that guy was Daksh, the one getting engaged to Priyanka. Payal says yes, Daksh came home that day. Anika asks can you come with me and tell Priyanka’s family that Daksh was here, its about Priyanka’s life. Payal says yes, Priyanka is my friend, I can do anything for her.
Dadi asks Anika to say. Dadi asks the matter. Shivaye comes. Anika says I have to tell you about Daksh, he is not a nice guy, Priyanka shouldn’t marry him. Shivaye says perhaps, we will not believe you, you are lying, Daksh can’t go to Payal’s house, he landed in India yesterday, I went to airport to receive him. Anika says no, it was him, Payal please tell them that Daksh was at your place, you may not believe me, but you will believe Payal. Payal asks are you mad, why would Daksh be at my house. Anika gets shocked. Payal recalls calling Daksh and saying Anika has come to ask about you, what did you do with her. Daksh thinks I felt she didn’t recognize me, I have to do something else she will break my marriage. He says no, you know such girls, she just wanted to trap me and get money, such girls should be taught a lesson, do as I say. FB ends. Anika asks why are you lying, didn’t you tell me that Daksh was at your place. Payal says no, this girl came to me and asked if I know Daksh, I said I know him, she asked me to come here and lie, I have come to tell you that this girl’s intentions aren’t good, is she a wedding arranger or a crasher, she wants to break Priyanka’s marriage.
Anika says why are you doing this, you told me that Daksh was at your house, why are you lying, Priyanka is your friend. He says enough of your lies. Anika says this is not a lie. He says if this was true, I would have seen you or Daksh at Payal’s house, because I have gone to collect Priyanka’s dress, if you had gone there, you would have got the dress. She says no, I was not in a state to get the dress. He says I told you there should be no problem in Priyanka’s marriage, but you are the biggest problem, you have ten mins, pack your things and leave. Anika says for once… He says get out of here, before I call the security, just leave. Anika sees Payal and cries.

Anika says somebody has sent us at the same place, same day and same time where we had met for the first time. Shivaye says and then, we met again. She asks will we have the same love again. He says its just that there would be a new story, Shivaye and Anika will be same, but not the story. They hold hands. Priyanka coughs. Anika goes to her and rushes to her. She asks what happened to you, is anyone there. Shivaye rushes to see. He gets shocked.

During the break time, she introduced me to Gauri, Sid, Mallika,…and of course lady baba(Tia)….Ani and Tia were not in good terms….I always used to wonder what was the problems sparking between them…….She used to always reach early because of her transport and I used to see her write her homeworks at school….Which I used to make fun off…with our other gang members…but Gauri used to not react with us…I somehow noticed this weird behavior….
One day, I even confronted Ani on writing homeworks….to which she somehow try to escape by telling me some lame excuses….I came to know the truth when I asked Gauri about this weird behavior….She can write homeworks by her own…what is the point in writing them at school…she can write at home rt….What Gauri told me literally shocked me……Such a happy girl I saw outside was going through such struggles at home……

Saumya woke up in a hospital bed, machines attached and beeping. She was hell confused.
She tried to get up but someone held her and helped her, it was Rudra. Her vision wasn’t clear but after she blinked for a few times it was back to normal. Pain shot up in her head and she winced in pain, tears pouring down her cheeks.
“Hey, hey, you’re fine everything’s fine.”, Rudra said in a gentle voice.
She just nodded, the pain wasn’t letting her speak. Her mouth was parched.
“Water.”, She croaked.
And in a blink of eye, a glass full of water was at her lips. She saw that it was Tia.
“Where’s Svetlana di, di ?”, She questioned.
“She is comi-”
Tia halted as Svetlana opened her door with a loud thud.
“Svetlana doctor has told not to do anything shocking !”, Rudra literally shouted.
“I’m sorry, Saumu how are you feeling ? Does it pain ?”, Svetlana asked worried.
“Yes my head hurts a lot-“, she stopped to touch the back of her head, only to feel white cotton bandage and she couldn’t feel her dense hair at all. “What the hell ? What the f**k just happened to my hair, what did you all to me ? What -“, a doctor interrupted her, “We all saved your life Saumya, we wanted you to live.” And her Aai and Maasi entered the room.
“I’ll leave you all, you guys need to talk.”, Rudra said. He retracted himself from the ward went to his family, which only consisted of his bhaiya’s, bhabhis and dadi.
“Aai -”
“Don’t call me Aai, if you had even believed that I was ebpver your Aai you would have told me what kind of danger you were putting yourself in.”, Aai shouted while tears rolled down her cheeks.
“I’m sorry Aai”
“Sorry doesn’t fix it.”
“I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry.”
“Calm down Saumu, you would have done the same if you were in my place hmm” and Aai hugged, that was all she needed , her Aai hugging her.
The thing about mother’s hug were true, she thought and smiled.
“Kab se chal raha tha yeh sab ?”, Aai questioned.
“Issi saal Aai, after Jhanvi aunty’s accident Rudra blasted off on me humiliated and insulted me, and I lost it, I had seen them kill-“,she stopped midway when she realised what she said and she saw Shobhna whose eyes were widened.
Uh oh.
“Who killed whom? Saumya whose murder did you see?”, Aai asked Saumya fearing.
“I saw them killing baba and Papa.”, She said in a small voice.
“What ???”, Svetlana, Tia and Aai shrieked.
“OMG were you there in the mill ? When it all happened?”, The three asked worried.
“Yes.”
“But how did you come back when did you see Shobhna? “, Aai asked.
“Mausi found me while I was running in the forest trying to get help from people if I could find them.”
“Shobhna did you-”
“No I just saw the blast, Saumya saw everything, from them being threatened, being killed to the mill being blasted she saw it all.”, Shobhna answered.
Aai broke down.
“Saumya why didn’t you tell me anything, do you even-”
“No Aai I couldn’t just speak, after that blast the next day we went to police, but they said that I was 3 year old, no one would believe us, and after that you know what happened.”
“Yeah you went mute due the shock and started having nightmares from which you have not recovered till now.”
“No Aai Rudra helped me.”, She said in a small voice.
“You love him ?”
“Yes Aai I’m sorry.”
“What are you sorry for ? For falling in love? Don’t be, you see love just happens, you can’t help it or yourself. You see me and baba, we hated each other but still something happened and we fell in love, he cheated on me, but still we loved each other, and he still loved me even in his last time, I saw his body holding his locket which had our picture, near his chest. So if you’ve fallen for Rudra I really don’t see a point why I should object.” Aai said.
“Thank you so much Aai ”
“Accha toh ab ek Kapoor and Tendulkar females group hug ho jaaye ?” Svetlana asked wiping her tears.
“Yassss!!!” Aai and Saumya said enthusiastically.
And Shobhna was pulled in the hug.
“But what happened to my head and my hair?”
“We got you-”
Rudra knocked.
Aai allowed him.
“So what happened to my hair, why is it missing ?”
“Because we got you operated.” Everyone said.
Colour drained from her face.
“Why?”
“Because we wanted you to live, Saumu.”, Tia said.
“We know that you wanted to kill yourself but-“, and Aai was interrupted by Svetlana,
“But please try to live for us, we all are living for each other especially after bhaiya, please Saumya live for us.” Svetlana completed while tears cascaded down her cheeks.
Saumya could just nod her head while crying.
“Come on sumo, don’t be a crybaby now.”, Rudra said while wiping her tears and all laughed.
“I’m neither sumo nor crybaby.”
“Accha then who are you?”, Rudra asked.
“I m Saumya Tendulkar Kapoor.”
“Hey you are married to me ?”, Rudra asked faking hurt reaction.
“Accha so ?”, Saumya countered back.
“So now your name is Mrs. Saumya Rudra Singh Oberoi.”, He said.
“Accha toh phir uss logic se toh tumhara Naam Rudra Saumya Tendulkar Kapoor hona chahiye tha, nahi ?”, She counter attacked him.
“If you want that then I will do that.”
“Koi kuch nahi karega, Saumya tumhara surname Lego aur tum uska Naam Apne mein add kar Dena thik hai?”, Rest of the females declared.
“Bilkul mast hai.”, Rudra said and all laughed.

5 years later…
Omkara came running in Saumya’s room.
“Kya hua bade Baal waale bhaiya?”
“Saumu woh Sameer aur Sneha phir se lad rahe hai, ab toh meri painting bhi kharaab karke phaad di hogi, please help me.”
“Bahut shaitaan ho Gaye hai dono. Aap rukiye bade Baal waale bhaiya, unki toh aaj Khair nahi, aur Rudra Ko bhi aane dijiye, dono Ko sar par chadha rakha hai isliye itne badmaash ho Gaye hai, Abhi batati hoon inko.”
“Nahi Saumu, on the contrary note chhod de unhe bacche hi toh hai, ab bacche shor nahi machaenge toh aur kaun machayega, Abhi Sameer toh sirf 8 saal ka hai aur Sneha sirf 6 saal ki, bade ho jayenge toh Apne aap mature ho jayenge. Main chalta hoon , Gauri Ko unka favourite milkshake banane Ko boldeta hoon , pakka normal ho jayenge. Tum Sara ka dhyaan rakho sirf teen mahine ki hi toh hai.”, He said nervously.
Omkara and Saumya had bonded just after the hospital, she got another brother in Omkara and he always wanted to have her as his sister for real. Rudra and Saumya had adopted Sameer and Sneha legally after they saw them at a temple while praying for Saumya herself after her operation five years before. Saumya felt something stir in herself when she saw them crying for their mother, but to not raise questions, they both first gave them to an orphanage and that day only adopted them. They never planned on telling them their truth neither was anyone going to in their family. Sara was miracle in their lives that happened a year before.
Saumya was going through treatment through another doctor from abroad on Rudra’s insistence. He knew she always wanted her child, not that she didn’t love Sameer and Sneha but he knew his wife. So when the treatment was completed Saumya got to know that she was pregnant with Sara. Rudra was always home with her in her nine months of pregnancy, because he couldn’t risk Saumya getting hurt, he knew what this child meant to her. Sameer and Sneha were ecstatic when they got to know that they were going to have another sibling. They never left Saumya’s side. Everyone pampered her. Sara’s name was suggested by Rudra himself when he held her for the first time in hospital.
He had said,” Meri beti ko dekhkar aisa lagta hai jaise mujhe meri saari duniya mil gayi, saara jahaan mujhe mil gaya, thank you so much Saumya, I love you so much, and this child of ours is such a precious gift you have given to me, and I have decided that her name will be Sara.” Saumya in reply had nodded in reply with happy tears, afterall her name also had their name, SA from Saumya and RA from Rudra.
But today something was different, she could feel it in her bones, Omkara didn’t come back again because of Sameer and Sneha, normally he would come to her atleast 20 times in a day to check her and after Sara it was like 50 times, but from the whole day he came only once, the whole family was not letting her do anything and had given Sameer and Sneha to Omkara and Gauri, Shivaay had sent Rudra to a long boring meeting, and Anika was at her event management hall, with her kids alongwith Gauri’s too.
Was she forgetting something, she thought with a frown, but Sara’s cries disrupted her thoughts.
Later at the evening…
Omkara had taken her and Sara alongwith Gauri to Anika’s hall, he told her that Anika needed her help with something and she wanted everyone to be there, she complied.
As soon as they reached the entrance, Gauri took Sara from her and told her to go ahead, whilst disappearing with her husband.
It was dark and she was walking ahead, she could feel it was rose petals by the way they crushed under her sandals. Suddenly she collided with someone and almost fell down but someone grasped her and held her from her waist.
She knew it from the touch that it was Rudra.
“Rudra you came ?”, Saumya asked.
“Aana hi pada , kya karta I was missing my wifey so much, Anika bhabhi ne bola tum yaha hogi toh dauda dauda tumhare paas aa gaya, aur dekho tum meri baahon mein aagayi.”, Rudra cheekily replied. It was dark but she could feel him smirking.
That’s when lights came up and they saw a hoarding

“OMG, did you?”
“No, I was busy.”
They both said together.
Someone whistled, they turned and saw that it was Rohit in the crowd, who had whistled and the whole crowd was just aweing at them.
Startled they stood up and straightened themselves.
“So it was your plan ?”, Both asked him.
“Not really saali sahiba, everyone was included.”
Svetlana and her son stepped forward alongwith Tia, Arya, Aai, Shobhna, dadi, Shivaay, Anika and their kids, Dushyant, Omkara, Gauri and her kids, Priyanka and Ranveer.
“But where are -“, they were interrupted by Omkara.
“Sameer and Sneha and Sara? They will come, you go with Gauri and change and Rudra you go with Shivaay and change, they will come.”
Seconds after the kids came in front of them wearing everything white looking like angels, they hugged Sameer and Sneha but the real show stopper was everyone’s apple of eye Sara dressed in simple white dress alongwith small wings since she would be either in Rudra or Saumya’s arms, coming in Gauri’s arms, also as an angel, the cutest one.
Saumya had tears in her eyes watching her and Rudra immediately wiped them and kissed her forehead, a ritual they followed everytime before going to bed.
Rudra took Sara from Gauri and muttered a thank you, and she smiled wide.
“We knew that you both would forget your anniversary because Rudra was busy with his work and you with Sara so we decided to help you both.”, Omkara said grinning widely
Saumya held Sameer and Sneha in her hands.
They went up to the centre where lay a cake that was written.

After they went home, they tucked their kids in bed, taking Sara with them.
Rudra made her sleep, while Saumya stood there in their balcony, watching the stars, thanking God and her fathers alongwith her brother.
She remembered how she destroyed her tombstone with Omkara and Rudra, just after she adopted Sameer and Sneha, her world was falling back in place at that time, she never wanted her past to become a hurdle in her life anymore at that time. Omkara had accompanied her because she was his sister and he was her brother.
Arms surrounded her waist, she knew it was him.
“What are you thinking about wifey?”, Rudra asked.
“Thinking about you, our kids and our family”, she replied.
“Hmm that you always do, happy anniversary sweetheart, I love you.”, Rudra said smiling genuinely.
“Happy anniversary to you too darling, I love you too.”, She replied, also shying.
And then he claimed her lips in a very deep kiss only to pull because of hearing Sara’s cries.
They laughed and went to her, made her sleep, kissed on her forehead, and each other’s too.
And slept.

rikara’s children:
viren omkara singh oberoi, age: 16: mishti’s favourite brother. a sweet handsome man. has a girlfriend called jeevika which mishti doesn’t know about… YET! very close to his family. very high in academics and always gets above 90% in everything. unfortunately he easily ends up in mishti’s pranks leading him to get in trouble. easily gets blackmailed by mishti. wants to be a lawyer one day and is mostly focusing on law.
karan, age: 15: the second son of rikara. mishti finds it very easy to annoy him. let’s just say he is mishti’s least favourite. he is a fun loving guy but does focus on studies and gets really good marks. he and charan look alike but they are not twins!! very close to all the members of his family even mishti. annoying mishti is his favourite activity and unlike his brothers, he doesn’t fall into mishti’s traps. great basketball player.
charan, age: 12: the third child of rikara. despite being intelligent, he still gets tangled up in mishti’s pranks. a sweet, simple guy. very close to his brothers and sister. pampers mishti a lot when viren or om can’t. he is very much like om: not naïve, great listener and doesn’t belive in forcing people in doing what they want. loves his family very much. he and karan are not twins. he is in charge of stopping mishti and karan from ripping each others heads off. wants to be a director one day.
mishti a.k.a misty, age: 6: finally here is princess mishti. she is a blackmailing master. she knows how to get her way! she can make anyone fall into her trap with just the pout and puppy eyes. loves annoying karan a lot along with gauri. daddy’s princess. out of all siblings, om pampers her the most. a little girl full with big dreams and a lot of energy. sometimes you wonder that if she comes with an off switch. very close to her brothers viren and charan. loves talking to gauri a lot. chatterbox.
Shakti:
Harman throws a wrestling challenge for Harak. The reason for the challenge is really interesting. Harman wants his terms with his father to get fine. He reminds their old moments to Harak. Harman teases Harak and runs around in the living room. Harak throws things at him and runs after him. Harak asks Harman not to run and tire him. Harman calls him old. He says you just got sentimental by recollecting everything, you are angry again. Harak says I won’t cross the division line, if you come in my side again, I will not leave you. Harak throws a shoe at Harman.
Saam Daam Dand Bhed:
Mandira gets prepared for the big test. Bulbul wants Mandira to get married to someone. Mandira wants to stop her marriage. She just loves Vijay. She sees her plan failing badly. She gets tensed. She gets decked up as the bride. Gayatri helps her. Mandira checks her phone and wants to know if Vijay messaged her. Gayatri teases her. Mandira asks Gayatri to help Sadhna, she will get ready on her own. She asks Gayatri to manage other things and sends her. She makes a master plan. She doesn’t want to marry Omkar. She tries to fail Bulbul’s plan.
Anika entered the room, to find it dark, but for the first time , she wasn’t afraid of the dark. She was so worried about finding Shivaay in a dishevelled state, that she forgot about darkness scaring her. She switched on the light, so that she could trace him. Shivaay was standing near the window, looking out, so lost in his thoughts that he did not realise someone was in the room. Anika moved towards him, taking baby steps, debating in her head whether it was the right time to talk to him or not. She stood behind him and called him once, ” Shivaay ?”
No response.
She called again. No response.
This time….no, she didnt shout. It’s not the right time to shout, you guys na….she kept her hand on his shoulder. This sudden feeling on his right shoulder brought Shivaay out of his thoughts. He knew that it was Anika, obviously, Anika – o – meter. He didn’t want to turn to face her, no Shivaay Singh Oberoi can face anyone but this wasnt SSO, this was Billu. He didn’t want to face her not because he was scared but because he didn’t want her to see the water droplets trickling down his face.
Anika understood that Shivaay had acknowledged her presence, but wasn’t responding. So she moved her hand a bit down his shoulder, caught his arm lightly and gently turned him towards herself. He looked at her. She was surprised. He looked away. She stood there, still, seeing tears in Shivaay’s eyes, because it was a rare sight, because it was impossible. Tears and Shivaay ? Naah. No way.
She was confused as to what to speak to him, how to console him, how to lessen his pain. She had no clue, no idea, no senses.
Involuntarily by her brain, but voluntarily by heart ( get the irony ) she moved towards him, cupped his face and made him look into her eyes. She wiped his tears by her thumbs and then caressed his cheeks. A lone tear ran down her eye too.
She whispered , ” Shivaay ! ”
Shivaay just hugged her tightly. She hugged him back. Both found solace in each other’s arms, after all the mess they had been in. While sobbing, Shivaay uttered, ” I’m sorry Anika, I am really sorry. I…I…”
Anika broke the hug and looked at him. The sight brought pain to her. Shivaay was crying uncontrollably and his eyes were red.
Anika, ” Shivaay ? What happened ? Why are you sorry ? ”
Shivaay just looked at this angel in front of him. On getting no response, Anika made Shivaay sit on the bed and sat beside him. She turned him gently towards herself and cupped his face again. Very calmly she asked,
Anika,”Why are you sorry Shivaay ?”
Shivaay,” It was because of me that you had to go through all this, OmRu has to go through all this. If I had been a little more considerate then this might have never happened. This is all my fault.”
Anika, “No Shivaay, it’s okay. It happens. Stop blaming yourself.”
Shivaay, “No Anika, I cant stop blaming myself. I had to be the one protecting you and see the opposite happened. I failed to do my duty as a husband Anika, I failed.”
Anika, “No Shivaay, you have to stop balming yourself. It’s no one’s fault. It just happened. Okay ? And you are a good husband. Not only good, you are the best husband anyone can get. So now if you say anything against my husband, I will not talk to you.”
They both into each others eyes at the mention of the best husband. To escape the intensity created, Anika puffed up her cheeks, made a pout and looked away. Shivaay couldnt help smiling.
Shivaay held her chin and made her look towards himself. She let go of her upset face and an intense look appeared.
Shivaay,” Okay baba , I will stop blaming myself. But I still feel really guilty about what happened. How could I let this happen to you Anika ? ” Anika ( dead serious ) , “Why do you care so much about me ?” Shivaay, already in guilt , just said what was in his mind or maybe in his heart. Shivaay, ” Because I lo…..”but stopped midway as their eyes met again. He realised what he was going to do. Anika, ” Because you…?” Anika was searching for her answer in his sea blue orbs. Shivaay looked here and there to avoid her gaze, when he got an answer. Shivaay,”Because….because you are my wife.”
Anika let out a sigh. She had expected Shivaay to finally voice out his feelings for her. But alas, he is Shivaay Singh Oberoi urf Unexpressable Singh Oberoi.
She just nodded her head and got up to leave. She had come to see if Shivaay was fine, and that had been done. She was leaving when a tug at her wrist stopped her from taking a step forward.
She looked back and found Shivaay gently holding her wrist, his eyes telling her not to leave. He pulled her slightly and stood in front of her. His voice was seriously dangerous. Shivaay, “Why did you shed that lone tear seeing me crying ? “ Now, poor Anika was caught off – guard. Anika, ” Me crying ? “
Shivaay, ” Don’t lie Anika. I saw it. I cannot be mistaken in case of tears, specially yours. Why were you upset seeing me ? “
Anika, ” Woh…woh….” Shivaay, ” Woh kya Anika ? I won’t ask you if you care for me because I can see that you do. Why ?” Anika, “Be…Because…I… “ Anika’s back was facing the wall and Shivaay was standing in front of Anika. She was taking steps backward while he was moving foreard.

Anika took another step back. Shivaay took another step forward. And alas ! Wahi hua jo hamesha hota hai. Anika had reached the dead end – the wall and Shivaay was just in front Which means , no escape. Shivaay asked her very softly, Shivaay, “Why don’t you say it Anika ?” Anika , “Say what Shivaay ?” Shivaay ,”What I want to hear !” Anika , “Why dont you say Shivaay ? “ Shivaay , ” What do you want to hear ?” Anika ,” Just what you want to hear.”
This proximity of theirs, made both of their hearts thump. It wasn’t the first time when they were like this, but this particular time was different. Their problems vanished in thin air. All they could feel was each others’ restless breath and their own beating heart. Shivaay looked into a pair of innocent brown eyes while those looked back into his calm like the sea ones. An eyelock , restless breath , racing heart , no worries , a beautiful angel, what else did Shivaay need. He raised his hand and put it on her waist, sending shivers down her spine. This was a perfect moment. What Shivaay was doing was involuntary . But he was waiting for this from long. It was just happening. Same was the case with Anika.
If it were another time, she would have been nervous and would have tried to free herself. But this, this was something completely opposite. She liked what happened. She didnt oppose. She just felt it right. Both knew what was coming next. And so do you guys.
And me. Shivaay kept his other hand on her right cheek and pulled her closer to himself. Anika was looking into his eyes. Shivaay leaned towards her. She closed her eyes. Shivaay took it as a yes and gently, very gently , put his lips on her soft ones. And Anika responded. She wrapped her hands around his neck and was caressing the edge of his hair. Shivaay’s eyes were also closed and he was working on her upper lip while she was working on his lower one. It was a gentle kiss, just perfect for them. The time seemed to stop. It was just them. Shivika had a blissful moment, one that they would cherish forever.
They both knew each others feelings and after this, didnt want a confirmation. They broke the kiss soon and made their foreheads touch, reminiscing the beautiful bond they shared. Shivaay looked at Anika and she blushed, looking downwards. He held her chin and lifted up her gaze from the ground to his eyes.
Shivaay,”Ab toh bol do Anika !” Anika , ” Ab bolne ki zaroorat hai kya Shivaay?” Anika smiled as Shivaay let out a chuckle. They hugged each other and rested in the peaceful embrace of their arms, feeling complete on having found their love.

TWO YEARS BACK
I was unsure of the fact that Tia would help her sisters in the court, I have still not filed the case from my side and the prosecution was going on registering charges over Saumya. Tia got the call to say her statement, last time when this case was called for hearing Tia wasn’t there so the day got postponed to today. I looked around to see Tia, she stood over the witness stand and looked at Saumya, Saumya faintly smiled reciprocating the looks of her di. Tia to smiled back but tear oozed out of her eye.
“Mrs. Tia… would you please tell us that what exactly Ms. Svetlana Kapoor and Saumya Kapoor has planned” the prosecution asked.
“Sir… my sisters never wanted to kill anyone, all they wanted was to separate Oberois and that had a motive behind it” Tia stopped. I feared that she will lie further saying that her sisters changed their plan lastly but the next words completely shattered Tia’s image in front of my eyes.
“After that… please Mrs. Tia tell the entire truth” the prosecution asked her to speak up.
“Sir… I am sorry to say but because of this Oberoi family our childhood got shattered, we lose our dad and our mother had to bear a lot while bringing up us” Tia broke down remembering their bad times, Saumya too got teary eyed.
I looked at the Oberois, Daadi had her head bent down due to shame and rest others were looking at Tia in shock, as if bringing Tia to the court was the greatest mistake of them. ACP’s mouth was hung open. I wonder that how does Oberoi family earns, today because of the hearing the entire family has come to court, but wait… where is Rudra, no he isn’t here. I searched for Rudra everywhere in the court room but he wasn’t there.
“But Tia… you promised us that you will say the truth, and what are you saying is…” ACP was saying the words and got cut by Tia in middle “all these what I am saying is truth Bhavya… you have come to Oberoi’s life just last year so dear it will be better that you keep your mouth shut and let me speak” ACP sat back looking at everyone’s faces.
“My lord, I agree that Saumya has burned the marriage hall and they have even plotted against Oberois and those are crimes but my lord no one has ever asked us that what damage Oberois did to us… no one gave us chance to speak up” Tia looked back at Samuya.
I now understood why Saumya told me that be it whatever but Tia won’t betray them. None of the Oberois would deny the fact Tia stated just now, neither they can accept. For the first time ever Shivay Singh Oberoi has his head bent down in shame. Anika is looking at Saumya with affection. Hatred has wiped away it’s place from Omkara’s eyes. And ACP was looking at Saumya in disgust.
“Mrs. Tia… do you even know that your Svetlana di has murdered so many people” the prosecution cross questioned.
“No my lord, my Svetlana di has not murdered any… she was in the captive of the fake Svetlana from past some years, I still remember the stormy night when Svetlana di and her friend went out for her friend’s treatment… after that she never came back and the person who came back was the fake Svetlana, we never understood that she was fake until my own di got arrested for doing nothing… just nothing” Tia stated her point. The more I am listening more to the story, the more I am wanting to listen what has happened next.
“Then where is the fake Svetlana… and without any proof why would we believe you… Mrs. Tia… please say the truth and if you have any proof then please prove it” the judge said.
“The major eye witness of fake Svetlana is Omkara and his wife Gauri… the court would believe Oberois I know… so ask them” Tia pointed towards the couple and got down the witness stand.
Omkara was called upon. He was asked question to which he nodded his head in positive and thus confirming it that fake Svetlana has taken real Svetlana’s place and they have tried hard to safeguard the real Svetlana. Gauri too nodded yes to Om’s words. Then where is the cluprit… how does real Svetlana got arrested when she was being safeguarded by Oberois. Urrghhh why all these confusions are created.
“The court is adjourned for today” the judge announced. Now two questions were left to be answered, one is where is fake Svetlana… how she eloped being in police’s custody and where is real Svetlana kept. Saumya broke down, she was crying continuously, one thing I understood was that she came to know this truth at that moment itself… why didn’t Tia and her mother reveal this truth to Saumya. I decided not to interrupt between sisters moment so I went to my place with lots of thoughts in my mind. I have to talk to Tia and her mother as well now.
When I was going out, one thing caught my attention and that was Bhavya’s restlessness. She was trying to connect to someone soon but the other person wasn’t picking up her calls. I thought to go ahead and ask ACP about all these keeping my self respect aside.
“Bhav… Bhavya” I called her aloud, but she paid no attention. I went close to her and patted on her shoulder. She looked at me and stumbled, as if she got caught.
“Yeah… yes Lilly” she said sweating out.
“Well… where is Rudra?” I asked her.
“He is busy… he hates coming to courts actually” she gave two different answers of a single question at the same sentence out of tension.
“Why are you tensed?” I asked simply.
“Why shouldn’t I be… I thought that today this chapter of Saumya will get closed, Saumya and Svetlana would get their punishments but again new drama started… now I got the duty to find the fake Svetlana as soon as possible, and if I get to find fake Svetlana then… then my job would get under threat on the basis of me torturing one innocent person” she completed. I seriously wanted to smile and laugh my heart out looking at her condition. Poor she.
“Take care Bhavya… and if you need my help, I am always there” I assured her and went away from there as it really got difficult for me to hold back my laughter.
Saumya came out with lady constables and Tia beside her. Tia was pacifying Saumya and was asking her to calm down.
“Tia di… please save Svetlana di at least… I know that Oberois won’t leave me… but when Svetlana di has done nothing then why would she suffer… please find out that fake girl who has conspired like this against us… Tia di please do something” Saumya was pleading folding her hands in front of Tia and both of them were crying hard.
I went close to them. “I assure you Saumya, I would find out fake Svetlana and your di as well, I would prove it to them that you were innocent as well. Let Oberois start their countdown” I said.
“Lilly… thank you so much for helping my sister at this moment, she seriously needs help of her friend right now” Tia di said to me.
“Tia di I need to talk to you and your mother, when can I come to your home?” I asked in return.
“Anytime Lilly, but please do it soon, I can’t see my sisters getting suffered for much time now” Tia said. I nodded.
Omkara and Gauri arrived towards Saumya and Tia di and seeing them I distanced myself a little. All that I understood was Omkara Singh Oberoi and Gauri Singh Oberoi was guilty. They were apologising folding their hands. Saumya nodded a no and went away from there with the lady constables, back to her cell.
Shivay Singh Oberoi and Anika Singh Oberoi too joined Omkara Singh Oberoi and Gauri Singh Oberoi. “What have we done Shivay” Anika said as tears streamed down.
“Saumya has caused us damage Anika… she should get punished” Shivay Singh Oberoi said and walked off and went away to a destination unknown to everyone. Anika, Omkara and Gauri stood back while Shivay drove far away.

My search started, somewhere I got the clue that Shivay and ACP knows something that none knows. The two person who seemed to be in tension was ACP and Shivay Singh Oberoi after knowing the truth of fake and real. Truth never hides, my search for that untouched burning truth started.

Anika hears Priyanka coughing and goes to her. She asks what happened, is anyone there. She shouts for help. Shivaye hears her and goes to see. He gets shocked. Anika pats on her back. Priyanka spits the fruit. He rushes to her and asks are you fine. Doctor says she is fine now, she will gain consciousness in some time. Shivaye asks what happened to her. Doctor says the thing that can happen to you two, you both have same heart condition, its hereditary, you both have low breathing capacity, she must have choked on something, I would suggest you to keep her away from stress. Shivaye thanks him. Doctor goes. Dadi says don’t worry, nothing will happen to Priyanka. Priyanka wakes up. He asks are you fine. She says yes, where is Anika, call her, she saved my life, she is an angel for me, when she is around, I don’t have any worry or fear, call her, else I will go. He says no, don’t move. Dadi says Shivaye will get Anika.
Anika packs bag. Gauri asks where will we go. Anika says wherever fate takes us. Gauri says yes, but you told that we will stay here till Priyanka’s marriage, did Shivaye say anything again. Anika recalls Shivaye’s words. She says just focus on work, help me in packing, we have to leave fast. Shivaye says that girl was saying nonsense about Daksh, she may say that to Priyanka too, I can’t take risk. Dadi says your fear is right, but you know Priyanka, she wants what she wishes, we don’t know truth and lie, Daksh can’t do this, I don’t think that girl is intentionally blaming Daksh, maybe she has a misconception. He says maybe she is lying. Dadi says no, something happened with her, no girl will blame a guy like this, as society will point finger at her, something would have really happened, Daksh isn’t related to this, go and stop that girl. Shivaye comes to Anika. She says we are just leaving. He says you won’t go. She asks what. He says I m asking you to stay. She asks why. He says its Priyanka’s wish, you will stay here till her marriage, you don’t do the mistake to say all that in front of Priyanka, remember, if she gets tears in her eyes, you will pay for it. She says I came here for Priyanka’s sake, I will stay back for her happiness. He says you stay here just for Priyanka. She says just for Priyanka. He goes.
She looks for design file. She gets the gift and checks. She sees a phone and says such a cost phone. She comes to Shivaye. She says thanks, but I can’t accept this. He asks why. She says you must be habitual to do favors, but I m not habitual to take favors, my self-esteem is my biggest asset, I will lose it if I accept this gift. He says where did this self-esteem go when you blamed a decent guy, you made Payal lie to prove Daksh a liar. She says I didn’t lie and didn’t ask Payal to lie, I just said what happened with me, maybe he was not Daksh, but someone tried to misbehave with me, it was not about me, it was about Priyanka, her happiness and life, so I had to speak up, else I would have stayed silent. She goes.
Shivaye is on the way. He stops the car on seeing Anika. She makes dosa on the stall and serves the customers in haste. The man asks her to hurry. Her slipper breaks. She leaves her slippers. The man says I m getting late, come on. She says I m just getting it. Shivaye looks on and asks her to be careful. Her toe gets hurt by the stone and bleeds. She cries and walks ahead. The man asks her to hurry. She gives the dosa. Shivaye recalls her words.
Shivaye comes to Priyanka and asks what list are you making. She says engagement list. He asks why, where is your wedding planner. She says she went to her dosa stall. He says why did you hire her if you had to do this yourself, call her and say its her work. She says her phone got broken, an ill-mannered man broke her phone at hospital that day. He says ill-mannered, maybe by mistake. She says no, I m sure that man was really bad, he did this with sweet Anika. He says Anika told this story, its her side of story, every story has two sides, maybe that guy was right, your wedding planner might be at fault. She asks why are you taking that man’s side. He says you shouldn’t judge anyone without knowing well. She asks really, you are saying this, who was judging Anika, tell me. He says I was angry, you got unwell because of her.
She says if you had broken her phone in anger, you would have said sorry. He says I don’t say sorry to anyone. She laughs. He says I m serious. She says I know, you don’t say sorry and thanks to anyone, you don’t smile and hug. He says fine, complete your list, Anika did wrong, that’s her name right, she doesn’t have a phone, this shouldn’t be her excuse, she should have a phone, she should be here, if you have to ask her anything, will you wait for her return, marriage will happen after years then. She says yes, but she doesn’t have money to purchase a phone. He says I m thinking, I have got an idea just now, do one thing. He gets a phone and asks how did I get this in pocket, this was extra kept with me, give this to her, tell her that you had an extra phone and you are giving her, as its imp, everyone should have a phone here, till she buys a phone, she can use it for work. She looks at him. He says I shall leave. He goes.
Anika comes home. Priyanka asks where were you, I was waiting. Anika says sorry, I got late. Priyanka says have this phone. Anika asks why. Priyanka says so that I don’t have to wait for your return if I have to talk to you. Anika asks how can I take this phone. Priyanka says I had this extra, its a rule here, everyone who works here must have a phone, so that they are available all 24 hours. Anika says it means I have to take this if I have to work here. Priyanka says yes, coordination problem is happening since you don’t have a phone, please take it. Anika takes it and thanks her. Shivaye looks on and says she gave me lecture when I gave her, she is thanking Priyanka now, at least she took the phone. The phone rings. He hears the ring and stops. Anika checks something. He thinks she has so much attitude, she took the phone but she isn’t using it, what shall I do. He picks the phone. She turns and sees him. He says your phone was ringing, here it is. She thanks him and answers call. She goes. He says she is using it. Priyanka hears him and asks who is using you. He says nobody and goes.
Priyanka calls Daksh. Payal asks why does she call so often. Daksh says why are you getting so jealous. She says you are just mine. He says I will be just yours, I swear, Priyanka is just like an ATM for me. Priyanka says why isn’t Daksh answering, I just hope he is fine. Anika looks on and thinks Priyanka loves Daksh a lot, she is so worried for him, if he is wrong, she won’t be able to tolerate it, I have to find out if Daksh is a right guy for her. She goes to Payal’s house. Payal says Anika… Daksh hides. Anika asks why did you lie that day. Payal says I don’t want to talk and shuts door. Anika calls her out.
Anika comes to Priyanka and says I went for some imp work. Priyanka says I made guest list for engagement, it has your family included, make sure they all come, you won’t do any work that day, you will just be with me as my sister. Anika hugs her with affection. She smiles and says you are very nice, I wish you get all the happiness of this world, and sorrows never pass by you. Priyanka sees Shivaye at the door. Shivaye sees Anika. Anika says I will just come. She goes. He sees her hurt foot. Daksh comes in Anika’s way and smiles. She says you….Priyanka is inside. He says I swear to God, I didn’t come to meet Priyanka, I came to meet you, its enough of hide and seek game, I thought to meet you face-to-face, I think you had much fun that night and miss me so much, you are finding me everywhere, right. She says so it was you… He laughs and says yes Anika, it was me, I thought to take advantage of darkness, some stupid person came and spoiled my fun, I swear to God, the game isn’t over, because Daksh will get what he wants. He goes. Shivaye comes and asks what happened. She stumbles. He holds her. She gets away from him. He asks what happened Anika… She rushes away.

Anika says somebody has sent us at the same place, same day and same time where we had met for the first time. Shivaye says and then, we met again. She asks will we have the same love again. He says its just that there would be a new story, Shivaye and Anika will be same, but not the story. They hold hands. Shivaye says I want to end this matter forever and prove that Daksh isn’t wrong, your thinking is wrong, I give you a chance, prove that Daksh is wrong, I m with you, but do you agree. Anika agrees. He asks what shall we do. She says I have a plan.
