Sahil gets shattered once again. He loves Vedika a lot. He can’t see anyone else as his wife. He feels cheated once again, when she marries Yash. Sahil gets angry on Yash for coming between them. Yash gets the goons to beat up Sahil. He throws out Sahil from the mandap. Vedika slaps Sahil and asks him to leave. Sahil tells her that he can’t let her marriage happen with someone else, as she is just of him. Vedika asks Sahil not to make things too tough for her. He tells Vedika that he won’t forget her ever.

Saam Daam Dand Bhed:
Mandira sits in the mandap with the groom. Dadi and Bulbul’s planning works fine. Mandira then acts dizzy to make a leave from there. Vijay gets worried for Mandira and goes to see her. Mandira plays her trick. Vijay falls in trouble because of Mandira. He gets angry on her madness. He tries hard to explain her that he doesn’t love her now. She doesn’t listen. She threatens him about Vasu’s MMS. Vijay raises hand on her and scolds her for threatening him by putting Vasu’s dignity on stake. He didn’t know Vyom will be supporting Mandira and plot such a cheap thing.

Episode 18

Oberoi mansion decked out in it’s party attire. It’s every pillar is arrayed with Shivaani’s favorite purple orchids, Karthik’s red roses, Vaani’s red carnations and pink star gazers for…  Each corner saved Indian, continental, Chinese and Thai dishes for Karthik, Shivika, Shivaani and Vaanika respectively…….

Gauri came with Pinky due to the noise in living hall. This single year changed both Rikara and Ruvya also.. Bhavya took a long leave from her department and got engaged with NGOs and charity. And Gauri n her Shankar ji. Full time in Mandir. Om is not at all bothered about anything. His Shayari fever is increased,

Rudra ceased his loquacious nature.

“Anika you are here??  What are you doing here??”, Pinky questioned her surprised.

“Pinky Maa actually I didn’t wanted to come here. Your son insisted me so. One of my precious gem is with him.”

Gauri: Jijji please stop this fight. At least we can see your happiness na. Look nothing left for us.

Om also interfered.

“Haan Bhabhi please give us this lil happiness at least. Like she said, nothing left for us. We opened our mouths for only taunting them, when they existed.”

Jhanvi, Tej and Shakti made their entry…

Shak: Anika beta, what are you doing?? And this preparations!!!

Ani: Papa I’m planning to celebrate my children’s bday today.

VVT, Saahil and their respective spouses arrived suddenly…

VVT: Seriously Anika!!! How could you do this?? Woh bhi mere Kittu ke bina!!

Saahil: Haan di aur Bittu bhi humse rootkar chali gayi thi na. Because of we insisted her to love Vivi.

“Don’t mention her name Mamu. At least she could do a phone call. She has forgotten us completely.”

Shivaani came with holding Dadi and commented.

“Anu leave me……”

Ankita came with shrugging Karthik inside of Oberoi mansion.

Karthi: Mumma, tell me what’s going on here. I know you both are planning something.

Anika’s perfect assistant. It is Ankita… Alphabets are also the same… Haan Anu has an extra ‘T’. She is the shadow of Anika. Oberois’s upcoming bahu.

Let it be…

Here everybody are stunned to know that Anika is gonna celebrate the bday without Shivika and Vaanika. You know about Shivika but what about Vaanika?? What happened to her?? I will tell you later but I’m reminding you, her relationship with others (except Shivaay and Vivi) is not in a pretty good shape.

Shivaay made his entry with Vaani and Vivaan. Anika enviously gazed at Vaani’s hand which is holding Shivaay’s.

Pinky and Shakti hugged them.

Vaani came forth to Shivaani and held her hand.

“Nice to meet you Mis Oberoi.”, Shivaani passed a created smile.

Vaani: Chiku…

Shivaani showed hand and alerted her to stop.

“Please don’t use my pet name. It is using by the individuals who are close to my heart…

Vaani: Appu, Maa, what is she saying samjhao na usse. What is she saying.

Ani: Kya samjhaun main Bittu?? Main kya samjhaun?? A phone call At least a whatsapp message.

Vivi approached Karthik and said,

“Karthik please pardon her. It is your birthday today.”

Karthi: what was our fault Vivi. We just insisted her to love you, only for fulfilling our Kittu’s last wish. Aur humhari behen ne humse rishta hi tod diya. Ek ke saath saath humne apne doosri behen ko bhi kho diya. And which bday you are saying about?? She can live and celebrate without us but we can’t humhare Kittu ke bina kabhi nahi.

Vaani heard everything silently, with her tear brimming eyes. Shivaay side hugged her, which made Anika more and more jealous.

Vivi: Please don’t blame her Karthik. There is a solid reason behind it.

Ani: Ohh really !! What was it Vivi??

Vivaan abruptly looked at Vaani. She nodded no….

“Na na nothing Aunty.”

Ani: But I know the reason…

She moved towards Shivaay.

“The fact is… Mr Shivaay Singh Oberoi is manipulated her against me…

Shivaay is super shocked. How could she dump such dirty allegations over him??

Vaani: What?? Are you serious Mumma??

Anika ignored her words…

“Where is my Kittu??.”

Now the others are super shocked.

VVT: Anika!! Kittu… She is…

Anika: She is alive Bhaiyya. She is in his clutches …

Shivaay: Yes Shivika is alive but she lost her memory.

Anika sees Daksh with Payal. She says once Shivaye sees him, he will know his truth, why didn’t Shivaye come till now, I will call him but I don’t have his number. She goes to Shivaye and says Daksh is in Payal’s room, come fast, he is inside, but how to check. Shivaye knocks on door. Daksh opens the door. He gets shocked seeing them. Payal asks who is it…. Shivaye asks what are you doing in Lonavla with Payal. Daksh says Payal, we can’t hide the truth, we have to tell them, guys come out. Shivaye asks what’s going on. Daksh says secret planning is going on, you have caught us. He laughs and says do you know, we all are planning to give a surprise to Priyanka, so we have met here, there is nothing else. Anika says this planning could have been done in Mumbai too. Daksh says that’s a very good question, call this our luck or coincidence, Payal has won a contest, you got a free stay here as a prize, so she said everyone here for the planning. Shivaye asks why did you refuse when I asked you to go to Lonavla.

Daksh says because we hadn’t even made the plan to come to Lonavla, I was taking Priyanka for shopping, I got Payal’s message, and I m here. Shivaye says you lied to Priyanka that your friend has met with an accident. Daksh says I didn’t want her to know about the surprise, I know I did a mistake, I promise I will make it up for this. Shivaye looks at Anika. Daksh asks how come you both are here. Shivaye says you didn’t come, so I thought to come and meet the chef. Daksh says Anika is with you, don’t get me wrong, you are getting married to my sister, I just want to know casually. Shivaye says there is nothing as such, Anika is a wedding planner, she had to meet chef for catering purpose, so she came along. Daksh says lovely, its good, you got to know our plan, you should join us, please come in. Daksh sees Anika and thinks this girl turned out to be smart, thank God Tia warned me.

FB shows Tia hearing Khanna. She says Shivaye went to Lonavla, why did he lie to me, he told he is in a meeting. She calls Daksh and asks do you know Shivaye is in Lonavla, I think he has a doubt, be careful, don’t do any stupidity, leave from there. He says I m not the one to run away, I know what I should do now. He ends call. FB ends. Anika asks Shivaye to listen. Shivaye says I knew your plan will flop, this proved Daksh isn’t wrong, your opinion is wrong. She says someone would have informed Daksh, so he changed the game. He asks why are you after Daksh, Priyanka hired you as a wedding planner, not a wedding crashed. She says its better that marriage breaks than being heartbroken. He asks won’t she be heartbroken if her marriage gets cancelled. She says yes, but at least that will give her less pain. He says I m Priyanka’s brother, its only me who has the right to think about her safety, happiness and future, I know Daksh is right guy for her, you failed, you shouldn’t tell this to Priyanka or anyone else. He goes. She says you aren’t understanding, as Daksh cheated you, I will make you realize the truth, I will expose Daksh, none can stop me, not even you.

Anika checks puja arrangements. Rudra says Om you know, as a kid, I used to steal laddoos from prasad, you think Lord is upset with me for this reason. Om asks why. Rudra says I m failing to grow my hair, you have long hair, being a businessman, I m a model and have short hair. Om smiles. Dadi says Guru ji is going to come, who will see arrangements. Rudra jokes. Dadi says Guru ji goes abroad to meet his followers. Rudra asks how did he get time to meet local devotees. She says Shivaye spoke to him, so he agreed, he will find Priyanka and Daksh’s marriage mahurat, Shivaye went to get him. Shivaye gets Guru ji home. They greet him. Shivaye sees Anika. Guru ji says according to both kundlis, the suitable mahurat is after 7 days. Dadi says we can’t make arrangements in 7 days. Guru ji says if marriage doesn’t happen in 7 days, you have to wait for 3 years. Rudra says we don’t have to make so much arrangements.

Dadi says relatives can’t come on short notice. Rudra says even mom and dad can’t come. Guru ji says there is no other option. Anika thinks its good, Daksh’s truth will be exposed. Shivaye says Priyanka and Daksh will get married in seven days from now. Dadi asks just one week. He says I know Priyanka doesn’t want to wait for three years, marriage will happen in 7 days, I will see arrangements. She thanks and hugs him. Anika thinks I have to do anything and stop this marriage. Guru ji says we will start rituals, you keep engagement tomorrow, bride and groom have to be present in puja today, we will start the wedding rituals by seeking blessings from Lord, else the bride may face tough problems in her life, all the items that bind the couple should be there, like engagement ring, shagun chunri and ghatbandhan chunri. Shivaye says you prepare for puja, I will manage the rest.

He asks Om to call Daksh home. Dadi says Daksh can’t sit in puja without having shagun sweets. Shivaye says I will send sweets for Daksh. Dadi says ask Daksh to come within time, nothing should go wrong, else marriage will be delayed for 3 years. Shivaye goes. Anika thinks if Daksh doesn’t come in puja, marriage will be postponed, I just have to stop him from coming here. She sees Khanna and goes to see. Khanna says Shivaye asked me to pack his well, I will get the tape. He goes. Anika says this is the only way to stop Daksh. Shivaye says Khanna didn’t come yet. He goes to see. Anika adds something and says when Daksh eats this sweets, he won’t be able to leave from the toilet. She hears Shivaye. Shivaye says packing isn’t imp, mahurat is imp. Anika hides.

Shivaye asks what did you do, what’s this mess. He gets the powder packet and dumps it. He asks Khanna to take the sweets. He stops and turns to see. He leaves. He sees Anika and calls her out. She turns and slips. He holds her hand. She slips again. He pulls her close and holds her in arms. Tu jaane na….plays…. She feels hurt and loses balance again. He holds her hand and stops her. He lifts her in arms. Tu jaane na….plays…. He makes Anika sit. Anika says I m fine. Priyanka asks what happened to Anika. He says nothing, she has a sprain, get the pain relief sprain. She goes. Anika says try to understand, I m fine. He says you aren’t fine, you are clumsy. She says what’s clumsy. He says you keep falling and can’t control yourself, you hurt your head, toe and today you got an ankle sprain. She asks how do you know that I hurt my toe that day. He says Priyanka told me that. Priyanka gets the spray. Shivaye cares for Anika. Priyanka sees his wound and says you are bleeding. He says its good. She says how did this not heal till now, you didn’t say how you got hurt, I will get haldi for you. She goes. They recall the hospital moment and see each other.

Precap:
Guru ji asks will they make it on time. Shivaye asks Tia where are they. Tia says we are still outside the house. Guru ji says just ten mins more, just five mins left, this puja won’t happen if groom and bride don’t sit in puja in time.

Sorry for the late update. I am starting with a small leap. Om reveals to Rudra from when Anika had a crush on Shivaay and the whole story. This will be revealed through flashbacks.

At last they got married. We can see the happy faces of the audience including their parents, siblings and friends. But the one who should be happy, see their faces, they look angry.

Why?? Let’s peep into their life.

After marriage, the bride and bridegroom takes blessings from their parents.

After the function, the bride’s mother was talking to the bride.

M: Now your’e married, how much long I have to wait for this day. You are not only my daughter, but also this family’s daughter.

B: Correction! I am only this family’s daughter. Now onwards, I am not your daughter any more. Even if I die, don’t even come to do my last rites.

Hello doodles, I am back to post another story named as BEHIND THE BARS. This story revolves around Saumya and her life after she gets arrested on the day of her marriage. ‘They say  our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we often might win, by fearing to attempt but who knew that my doubt will become my friend at the last pages of this case’ I am Lilly Raichaind, a lawyer… the story started two years back with my entry in her life and her entry in jail.

TWO YEARS BACK

Lastly I got to know about Priyanka. I contacted her some days ago and she promised me to arrive at India as soon she can. She was shocked at first to know that I know about her and Mr. Ranveer Randhawa’s marriage as Oberoi’s never declared the marriage news of their beloved daughter/sister publicly. She sounded nervous at first but when I shared about Soumya’s case and Rudra-Bhavya’s marriage she was stunned to reply anything.

“I am trying to come back as soon as possible” she replied and cut the call.

I am right now at the airport to receive her, she warned me not to inform her family about her arrival at India. I asked her about the reason for suddenly vanishing like this but she said that she will let me know once she comes face to face. There she is, I got her photograph from Daadi and it really helped me to identify her at the airport.

“Hi, I am Lilly Raichand” I introduced myself as I went forward.

“Hi… well Ms. Raichand, please I request don’t tell my family about my arrival at India” she requested once again.

“No no… absolutely not, at first let’s go to my house and there we will discuss the rest” I said it to Priyanka and took the luggage from her and we marched towards my car.

I occupied the driver’s seat while she sat at the back. The journey was quite and it ended as soon I parked my car inside the garage. I took Priyanka inside and asked her to get freshened, that day passed and we were just talking casually. Next day I asked everything about her and her truth just left me speechless.

“Lilly, my family members know that I am at New York for my job but the truth is I am at Switzerland with one of my friend and I do a part time job along with my studies. Actually after I went to my so called in-laws place, Ranveer’s aunt tried to prove me as a mentally disabled woman, she did a lot’s of tries and at last proved it in front of Ranveer that I am mentally disabled. We then went to London for my treatment. Ranveer always blindly believed his aunt so he never cared to listen to my words. They admitted me to a mental asylum there and came back to India but not to Mumbai, Ranveer is right now posted to Pondicherry. I could never contact my family after I got admitted to the mental asylum. The friend with whom I am staying right now was a doctor staff at the same hospital I was admitted then, she asked the doctors to check me and the doctors certified that I am perfectly fit and they wanted to punish Ranveer and his aunt for admitting me there without any reason, I somehow requested them not to take any action against Ranveer and his aunt and they agreed. My friend took me to her native place, that is Switzerland and from then I am staying with her at her house, right now her parents are funding for my studies and I am doing a part time job there. She works as a junior doctor in one of the hospital there. My friend is an NRI actually” she completed leaving me in complete shock.

“But Priyanka… why are you silent, why you don’t want to punish Ranveer and his aunt?” I asked her.

“He has a friend named Bhavya Pratap Rathore who can do anything to safeguard him from getting punished, and believe me Lilly when you told that Bhavya got married to Rudy bhaiyaa… I couldn’t forgive my family. After I was taken to London by Ranveer and his aunt I don’t know for what reason but my family did not call me much, they did not even tried to verify that how am I, so I started to distance myself from them and now I am just Priyanka… and not Priyanka Singh Oberoi” she seemed to feel proud of what was she doing. Her tears seemed as the fire in her eyes.

“Priyanka I won’t sympathise you… I would salute you, you are a great girl… don’t worry, from now your friend Lilly is also beside you forever, just call me in the time of need and I would be there for you” I assured her pressing my hand over her hand.

“Lilly I am really good and now I want them to get punished who pushed Saumya to this condition… and please take me to her” she requested.

I smilingly nodded my head and got up along with her to go to Saumya’s cell. We reached there after two hours or so and Priyanka covered her face with the dupatta. We went in and after taking permission went to Saumya’s cell.

“Saumya” she softly called as tears glistened in her eyes.

“Priyanka… you came… how are you? Where were you stupid, do you even know how many times I have tried to contact you but every time you either cut the call or didn’t receive and then suddenly your number got switched off one day… where were you?” Saumya uttered these questions in one breath gripping the barrier.

“I am fine Saumya… how are you?” Priyanka said as her voice and cheeks became wet.

“I am same the way I should be… you don’t cry na… you know right that I can’t see you crying” Saumya said nodding a no.

Priyanka couldn’t hold back much and started to cry. Saumya kept on requesting her to be strong and not to cry. I rubbed Priyanka’s shoulder and back and said soothing words. Saumya too requested her continuously to be strong. After sometime Priyanka composed herself.

“Priyanka at least once visit your family, they would be missing you” Saumya suggested to which I also nodded yes.

“Okay I would go, but not as Priyanka but as a stranger and Lilly’s friend” Priyanka said. We tried to change her mind but she didn’t agree to go as Priyanka.

That evening I went to Oberoi Mansion along with Priyanka, Priyanka wore a burka so that none gets to identify her.

“Who is this Lilly?” Anika asked.

“My friend” I simply answered.

Everyone gathered at hall gradually and out of nowhere the Saumya case popped up. Ohh wait, Mrs. ACP started the discussion.

“Bade bhaiyaa… we should ask judge to announce his judgement very soon” ACP said.

“Why are you rushing Mrs. ACP?” I asked.

“Nothing… actually I have to look to other matters as well right, so I want this case to get closed soon” ACP answered.

“Ohh then you handover the case to someone else, and you move on to the next case”  Priyanka said.

“See I take up a…” ACP was saying when Rudra interrupted and said “Prinku…”

My eyes widened in shock so I looked down.

“This is Prinku’s voice” Rudra said.

“No Mr. Oberoi… you must have mistaken” Priyanka tried to cover up.

“No Rudra how can she be Priyanka? Our Priyanka is completing her studies and look at her im-laws, they allowed her to study in abroad after marriage as well” ACP tried to explain.

“Shut your mouth Bhavya… I know Prinku’s voice better that you” Rudra defended in a rigid tone.

“Rudra you must have mistaken, please don’t create a scene like this saying that my friend is your sister Priyanka” I tried to cool the fire.

“Fine… when none listens to me then I should not stay over here… I am going out” Rudra went away.

“What kind of childish act is this Rudra?” ACP shouted from back.

“Yes I am a child, I like to be a child when it’s about my siblings, you won’t understand that Mrs. ACP” Rudra said every word in anger and went away without looking back.

ACP lowered her gaze in shame.

“Why do you always call her child” I asked looking at ACP.

“He is that’s why” she tried to give a defending answer.

“No… he is not, after you came to his life… he must have change himself for you… see I don’t know much about your relationship so I don’t want to comment, and daadi I think we should leave now” I said and we both, Priyanka and me, got up and went out.

We went far from Oberoi Mansion and suddenly a motorbike stopped in front of our car. I applied harsh brakes and the car stopped with a creak sound. I an Priyanka got down the car to say something or the other to the man for this stupid did of his. Priyanka was still in the burka covering her face. The man got down his motorbike and walked towards Priyanka.

“I know you are my Prinku… please show your face, at least to your Rudy bhaiya… please Prinku” Rudra said, Priyanka looked at me and I looked at her helpless. She opened the covering of her face and Rudra immediately hugged her tight.

“I knew it that you are my Prinku… how are you Prinku, where have you been… you are fine right?” Rudra asked lots of questions while tears brimmed down both their eyes.

“I am fine bhaiya but how can you marry Bhavya and forget that Saumya is your wife?” Priyanka asked pushing Rudra and freeing herself.

“I… I… actually…” Rudra stammered and looked down.

“I know you have no answer to this, it’s okay bhaiya… if you love Bhavya then I have nothing to say much… please go back to your family and let me go right now” Priyanka said.

“It’s yours family as well Prinku” he said.

“It was bhaiya… but not now, let me go” Priyanka turned and started walking towards the car.

“I love Saumya Prinku… I only love Saumya” Rudra said and broke down at the middle of the road.

Priyanka immediately turned back in shock and I too looked at Rudra in complete shock. Priyanka ran towards Rudra and hugged him tight.

I was shocked, I was in such a state that my knees went numb, this thing did not happened then as well when my boyfriend proposed me. It seemed as if an unknown happiness ran down my spine. I never knew that love can be like this as well, I loved to feel complete but they loved each other after knowing that they would separate forever. He accepted everything with heavy heart and she was the reason for him to be the strongest after what all happened in his life. Love got another meaning that day.

Shivay’s meeting took late to get over and the clock lazily stroke 5:25 when it finally got over. He checked the time and remembered what all Anika asked for. “This Anika is so weird, now Mr. Shivay Singh Oberoi will go to the chat stall to buy chat for her, I mean… what all am I getting to do after this girl came to my life? Pheww… Khanna… Khanna” he called Khanna aloud and his loyal good wisher came running to his cabin “yes, yes sir” he said panting. “Wo… I want to ask that… that… chat… do you know where chat stall in Mumbai is?” he awkwardly asked stopping in between and looking down in embarrassment. The great Shivay Singh Oberoi who knows history of almost every place of Mumbai is asking the address of chat stall from his staff…this embarrassed him more. Khanna couldn’t help but smile and soft laugh played over his lips and he had to hide it as soon as he could “yeah… yes… yes sir” he said. “Hmmm… good, you will drive my car now and will take me to that place” Shivay said and got up. “Okay… okay sir” Khanna soon ran out. They soon reached in front of a chat stall. Shivay looked at the crowded stall and muttered “what the wuck… this not now… Khanna clear the crowd soon” Shivay ordered the last words. “Yes sir” Khanna said and soon he was on his foot. After some moments he managed to make the stall less crowded but still some people were there waiting for their order to get ready.

Shivay got down and moved forward. His eye fell on the vast names of chats. “Which one should I buy? There are so many?” he muttered looking confused at the menu board. “Any problem sir?” Khanna asked. “No… I am…” he was saying just then he thought “no… I should not let him know that I am confused about what should I get, or else he might think me an idiot” he said aloud “no… no problem” he looked back at the menu and thought “I should ask for the aloo tikki papri chaat… it’s expensive as compared to the others. Hey… hey Mr.” he called aloud the man who was frying the tikkis. The man looked at Shivay and then back at his Tawa (big frying pan). “Ohh Mr. I am calling you” Shivay repeated and then the man understood that it was him who was being called. “Haan… haan bhau” he replied smiling widely. “Bhau… means bhaiyaa… from which angle am I his bhaiyaa… he looks much older than me… I am young handsome, so what I am married? But bhaiyaa?” Shivay thought analyzing the man narrowing his eyes. “Sir… sir” Khanna jerked Shivay who was lost in his thoughts. “Yeah… yeah yes… yes” Shivay’s trance broke.

“Sir he is calling you” Khanna pointed at the man and Shivay remembered that he has called the man. “Kya chahiye aapko bhau? (what do you want bhaiyaa?)” the man asked very politely. “Wo… that, aloo tikki papri chat… 1… yeah 1 plate” Shivay replied checking the menu list and then at the man. “Okay okay bhau” the man replied and started frying the tikkis. Shivay’s eyes widened looking at the amount of oil he has put on the tawa. “Ohhhh hello… fry those in olive oil” immediately came out from his mouth leaving everyone in shock. “Bhau… olive oil is used for body massage… olive oil se khana?” the man kept looking confusedly towards Shivay. “No… what kind of cook is this?” Shivay turned back at Khanna and asked. “Don’t know sir” Khanna replied trying hard not to smile. “Listen if you don’t have olive oil then use less oil and fresh oil from the sealed bottle kept there” he said pointing at the sunflower oil bottle kept at one side of the cart. The man looked at Khanna. “Ohh hello… listen my wife is pregnant and I don’t want her to get sick by having the tikkis made by already used oil and why are you looking at Khanna?” he replied. “Bhau aapki biwi pet se hai?” the man asked innocently smiling widely. Shivay then realized that he has referred Anika as his wife in front of the outer world though only few people were present there who were busy in their own world. “Yeah… No… whatever… you just follow my instructions and make the tikkis from the oil from sealed bottle.

The man smiled and soon unsealed the bottle and made fresh tikkis as ordered by Shivay. He prepared the chat “ye lo bhau (take this bhaiyaa)” passing the chat to Shivay. “Aur bhau… may your child be healthy and happy always” he blessed the child and unknowingly smile embellished Shivay’s lips. “Hmm…” he muttered softly and went inside the car. Khanna paid and sat on the driver’s seat and drove to the pav bhaji stall from where they got the chaupati style pav bhaji and then Shivay went back to Oberoi Mansion staring at the street foods, smiling within himself.

He entered and found his family sitting in the hall gossiping and discussing about something very serious. “Hello everyone… good evening” he greeted drawing everyone’s attention towards him. “Lo aa gaya Shivay (see Shivay has come)” Pinky said smilingly. “Puttar aa” Daadi called Shivay towards him. He looked at Anika who was sitting silently and trying to steal glances. “What… what’s happening?” he asked looking at everyone’s face one by one. “Wo… we were discussing about the name of the baby… we are getting confused… what should be baby’s name?” Pinky asked with an expression of thinking. “Tianshi… if a girl and Tishaan… if a boy” Shivay said fixing his eye at Anika whose eyes shot up to meet his as soon she heard the names. Shivay went to his room without saying anything further. “Wow… such nice names… Tianshi and Tishaan sounds so amazing and unique” Om said smilingly. “Ohhh balle balle… ohhh shawa shawa…” Rudra started dancing. “Anika beta… you go to your room now and take some rest” Pinky said ruffling her hand through Anika’s hair. Anika nodded her head and went to her room. She noticed Shivay sitting over the bed lost in his thoughts. “Ummhhuumm” she faked cough to grab Shivay’s attention.

“Haan… Anika your’s chatpata and all are kept there” Shivay pointed at the packets kept on the bed side table getting up from bed. “You brought everything I asked?” Anika’s eyes sparkled with joy and she soon went towards Shivay. “Yes…” Shivay replied smilingly. She soon without any thought hugged Shivay. He stood stiff as all his thoughts and emotions got jumbled up. He was totally confused about how to react and respond at that moment. “Ahhh…” Anika softly said smiling widely holding her stomach as the baby kicked breaking their trance. “Wo… wahan rakha hai kha lo (foods are kept there… have it)” Shivay replied awkwardly looking here and there. “Haan…” Anika said realising in which position they stood and went out with those packets.

Shivay sat back on the bed. “Am I taking correct decision?” he thought. “Oh god… what should I do? I… why am I getting this much attached to her. Why is this happening when something else is planned for us? Why you always do this with me? What have I done? At first you snatched away Tia from me and now…” he left a deep sigh and stared out side through the window. Soft breeze touched his cheeks. He closed his eyes. “No Shivay you know why you are doing this. You can’t back-off now. Just remember whatever you are doing this is for good. Be strong Shivay Singh Oberoi” he thought and opened his eyes.

“Rudra step forward and hangs broach in between their turban” mere munon aaj ki raat ke baad is Rudy boy ko bhool na jaana…. He hugs shivom and cries fakely

Om” Nautanki karna baad kar!!” ( stop doing drama)

“Rudra breaks the hug and pat his forehead like ladies”
Haye main looti gayi !! ( i’m gone )

“Shivom shockingly” Gayi !!

Rudra ” Gaya !! Barbaad ho gaya mere do bazoo mere jism say cut k kisi aur k bazoo may jaye k liya itnaye baikaar h….( om cuts)

Om ” Shut up !! Rudy it’s we are bekarar not baikaar”

Shivaay ” exactly !! And you are baikaar not we”

“Rudra cries” are you seeing na uppar waley , i’m crying with ansooz and my big Bzzz are saying Shut up instead of saying chup kar Rudy… Rudra hides his face in wall.

They are so bekara to spend there suhaag raat with my bhabhi’s that they are calling the baikaar as after this raat both will get baikaar. He turns his face towards Shivom and grins naughtly

“Shivom gazes eachother with shock” Rudra !! Both pulls Rudra and start beating him playfully.

“Rudra keep on singing”

I’ll be call bachelor for years and shivom will be call bachon k baap in coming year.

“Shivom shout” Shut up !!

“Aarohi standing near staircase keep on gazing Anika room” one step taking up and with the next one place it back on ground.

What should i do shall i go to Anu’s room or not?

No !! If i came infront of her she will again question me and i can’t put her life in risk.
But what about this jewellery ? See put her one gaze on boxes and then Anika’s room.

But today is her last day with me and how can i resist myself for not meeting my Anu? I always want to see my princesses in bridal avtar and today when the day had arrived my foot are not ready to leave ground and with every second my beats are getting more nervous.

Scene shifts to Anika’s room

A tomb of beauty is sitting on bed. None is able to describe her beauty in words as whatever word will be used to compliment her will be affront to her.

Red and gold bridal outfit perfectly hugging her it seem that elegance of dress got enriches more by hers.


Her face is pecked with minimal makeup and her full lips are coated red. And hairs are messy bun that are hidding under a beautiful net duppatta.

But in between that Anika’s brownish orbs are fixed on clock.


Pata nahe kisi khushi hai yeha ek taraf apney pyaar ko humesha k liya apni saanso may basaney ki khushi hai aur doosari taraf apney he wajood say judaa honey ka dhadakano ko aaj yeh afsos bhi hai.

( i don’t no what type of happiness is it. On one side happiness of forever settling my breaths in me and on other side heartbeats are repenting for getting away from it’s )

Per aaj yeh afsoo kesa? kiya kabhi dil nay todnaye say phel yeh socha hai ? K is ki todnaye per, rooh tak kamp uthi hai aur phir isi ki kampakahat saanso ko may itna tufaan utha deti hai k sunaye walo ki zindagi ko veran kar jati hai.

( But now why this repentance? Whether before getting break heart ever thought that after it gets broken ,soul shivers out and with it’s shudders rises storms in breaths and then these stormy breaths , barren lifes of listeners )


Lakin ab ki baar yeh veran sab ki zindagiyon ko khushiyon ka mandir banaye ga.

( But now this time on these barren only temple of happiness will be constructed)

“Aarohi knocks hesitantly “

“Anika lost in clock sound didn’t react to door knock”

“Aarohi after not getting any response from in gently opens the door approaches to Anika her eyes gets more watery seeing her daughter in bridal dress.. She switch her gazes to direction in which Anika is looking.

“Aarohi compose herself next to her ” just two hours are left na?

“Anika in soft yet heavy tone” Two hours , twenty minutes and twelve seconds…. “she turns her face to Aarohi and smiles faintly” are left.

“Aarohi requesting ” can i get these last minutes with my Anu!! She holds Anika hand.

“Anika eyes fixed on clock ” then who i i’m ?

“Aarohi turns Anika face towards her” you are some imposter that is not freeing my Anu !!


“Anika reports” what if today i free your Anu ? What you will do then?


“Aarohi cup Anika face “

to hum usay khud say kabhi dur na jaye detaye. ( then i would never let her go far from me)



“Aarohi realise what she said she quickly takes her hands back and cries”

“A thin layer of tears escaped from Anika’s eyes she quickly wipes it”

Why you came back in my life? And just tell me truth otherwise…



Aarohi rise her voice” i won’t tell you and one more thing only i’ll do your kanya dhan. And i’m not pleading you to let me do it because ASR never pleads. She gets what’s hers.

“KYUN KE JO HUMARA HAI WOH SIRF HUMARA HAI. AUR YEH HUMARA EK ASOOL HAI”


( what is mine is mine and this is my principle)

“Anika eyes gets widen and she gulp her saliva” Princess !!

“Aarohi orders Anika ” just take your anger out on me. And stop calling me Princess otherwise i’ll slap you again


“Anika comes out of bed ” gusa apnao say hote hai ghairo say nahe !! And what else you do just slap me.

( every get angry with loved ones not with outsiders)

“Aarohi graps Anika arm” hum tumhare liya ghair hai?”

( i’m outsider for you)

“Anika smiles” apne bhi to nahe hai.

( you are not even my own too)

If i would be than…….( Anika zip her mouth)

Aarohi ” haan ab Pinky bbabhi ji jo tumhari apni ho gayi hai to hum to ghairye he huwaye na”

( yup now pinky ji is yours and i’m became outsider for you)


“Anika narrow her eyes” from where mummy ji came? Are you getting jealous


Aur wesay bhi jab naye rishtaye bantay hai , purnaye aksar chut jatey hai.

( and when new relation are knotted , old ones are broken)

“Aarohi jerk Anika hand” see this your “attitude” towards others and me.

First Jhanvi bhabhi ji and now ” mummy ji” are all relations are getting more important for you then me.

“Anika argues ” And what’s your ” attitude ” towards Doll and me?

Subha utho to doll, raat ko so to doll. Jab dekho to sirf doll.

( everytime , everywhere just Doll)

Aarohi” And what you are doing with doll?”

I know on that day you intentional added itching powder in pool and made Doll swing in it and you not even leave my innocent ” Princess”

Anika” Aaah aaa!! Princess innocent my foot”… Sab say badi tucchi to woh he hai. Aur sirf pool may nahe mainey un ki bed per bhi powder dal tha. Aur sirf itna he nahe mainey un dono ko bed say esa kick bhi kiya tha.

( she’s the biggest evil. And not in pool but i sprinkle itching powder on bed too. And not this i kicked them bed from too)

“Aarohi cup her mouth” Ho !! You called my princess. She tries to remember

Anika ” Tucchi”


Aarohi ” Anu !! Watch your language”


Anika” kya watch your language? Shivaay Singh Oberoi ki saasu ji”

Aarohi” now where Shivaay comes from”

“Anika makes faces” because he too say the same ” Anika watch your language” Hmmm !! You know esa maza chakhay maine bagad bille ko k ab to woh sirf ” khirkitod Anika dictionary watch kartey hai. Watch kay ab to woh sirf meri he dictionary follow kartey hai.”

( you know i taught that BB a good lesson that now he only speaks Anika the great dictionary. Not just watch he follows me)

Priyanka says give me your hand. Shivaye sees Anika and gives the other hand. Priyanka asks for his hurting hand. Anika says I will check puja items. Priyanka opens the bandage. He says your phone is ringing, answer it, I will manage. Priyanka goes. The haldi bowl falls. Anika comes and holds it. He says its okay, I will do it. She says you are hurt. He says so are you. Mil ke bhi hum na mile…..plays….. They see each other. He signs her to apply haldi on her forehead wound. She does so. Priyanka says yes Daksh, I know you don’t like sweets, its a rasam, Guru ji said you can’t sit in puja until you have it, please have it. He says fine. He eats it and says I have eaten this only for you, not on your Guru ji’s saying. She thanks him.

Anika says this will heal your wounds. Priyanka comes and says there is a problem, Daksh has fallen ill, he has stomach ache, I don’t think he can come for puja. Shivaye says Guru ji said its imp, don’t worry, I will do something. Anika thinks sweets have done its work. Guru ji says puja mahurat started, if puja doesn’t happen in next one hour, we have to delay the marriage for three years. Shivaye says that won’t happen, I went a doctor to attend Daksh, Daksh will reach on time. He gets Khanna’s call and says ask doctor to treat Daksh soon, so that Daksh reaches here in puja on time. He calls Tia and says doctor will reach there in two mins, he will treat Daksh, when Daksh feels better, come here. Anika thinks Daksh may come here, I have to think something else.

Anika comes to Daksh’s house. Khanna says yes, doctor has given medicines, Daksh is feeling better, we shall leave soon, I will personally escort Daksh. Anika says I was afraid for this, what if the car doesn’t start at all. She goes and empties the car fuel tank. She sees Daksh coming and hides. Daksh and family get in the car. Anika says car started, it means I didn’t take out all the petrol. The car stops. She says now they can’t reach in an hour, I m done. She leaves. Shivaye asks what do you mean, car petrol leaked? Just book a cab and come. Om asks did they not leave. Shivaye says car has some problem, Daksh’s cars went for servicing, they will come by cab. Guru ji says just 30 mins are left for puja. Rudra says its the peak hour of traffic, don’t know will they be able to make it. Priyanka says its raining so heavily, will they get a cab now. Dadi says its not a good shagun. Om says don’t worry, I will get them.

Shivaye says its not possible. Anika comes and thinks they all are so worried, sorry Lord, I have created hurdle in puja, but you know this was necessary. Guru ji says its just 20 mins now. Shivaye asks Tia where are you. She says we are outside the house, I don’t think we will reach on time. He says you have no other option. Guru ji says just 10 mins left. Anika says don’t be sad Priyanka, whatever happens is for the good. Guru ji says just 5mins left, if the bride and groom don’t sit in puja, this puja won’t happen, the marriage will delay for 3 years. Dadi says maybe its Lord’s will. Anika says Priyanka’s happiness lies in it.

Shivaye asks where are you going priyanka. She asks what will I do. He asks with whom will Daksh do the puja. She asks where is Daksh. She turns to go. Daksh says I swear to God….. I m here. They all smile seeing him. Dadi says thank God you are here. Anika thinks how did he reach so quickly. Om asks how did you reach so quickly. Tia says all thanks to Shivaye. Shivaye says I can do anything for the sake of my sister’s happiness. FB shows Shivaye asking Tia to reach soon, she has no other option. She asks but how, we can’t fly there, right. He says you have to fly, I m sending a chopper. FB ends. Everyone smiles. Rudra says thanks, now I don’t have to wait for 3 years for my shopping. Dadi asks them to come for puja. Daksh and Priyanka do the puja together. Anika thinks Shivaye’s love for his sister won today, but I won’t give up so easily, I will stop this marriage some how. Anika does her work and gives flowers according to engagement theme. Shivaye says marriage is after six days, but I want the venue two days prior for decoration, I will come and see the menu, make sure everything is good, its my sister’s marriage. Dadi asks Omru to pack the gifts. Rudra jokes.

He says I m a gift given to girls by Lord. Om says cheap gift which girls reject. Dadi asks will you pack the gifts or shall I send you to London to your parents. Om says send him. Rudra says I will go. Shivaye comes and says I m going to check venue. Dadi asks him to safely keep the engagement rings. Shivaye asks why, keep it with yourself. She says what if I forget. Rudra says yes, she forgot that I m a model, not a gift wrapping guy. Om says you can’t do any work without being beaten up. Rudra says hit me. Shivaye pats on his head. Om thanks him. Dadi says Guru ji has placed the rings in puja, so these rings will be exchanged in engagement, I don’t want Priyanka to face any problems in life. Anika looks on.

Dadi says I want to conduct all rasam on mahurats. Shivaye says don’t worry, I will take care of the rings, nothing will go wrong, I will be back. Anika says engagement rings…. She goes after him. He turns to see. She hides. He stops again. She sits behind a vase. She says where did he go. He says I m here, why are you following me. She says why would I, you were walking ahead of me. He asks why are you hiding. She says I m not hiding, I was trying to get network. He asks will you get network on the floor. She says see for yourself, I was hoping to get it here, I didn’t get it. She goes. He says why is she acting strange, any way, none of my business. He goes to his room and keeps rings in cupboard. He gets Khanna’s call and goes. She comes there and thinks where could he keep the rings. She checks cupboard and gets it in a drawer. She gets the rings from boxes. Shivaye says you… She sees him and hides. He asks why are you calling me from other number, you should keep a power bank, you are an idiot, I will do it on my own. He throws his phone and says Khanna is a duffer, I have to leave now. He throws out his coat. Anika catches it. He looks for his phone. She worries. Rudra comes and says Dadi is calling you. Shivaye says I m coming. Rudra asks what are you looking for, did you lose the engagement rings.

Shivaye says I m looking for my phone, duffer. Anika kicks the phone. Rudra says I can see it from here, its lying there. Shivaye says why couldn’t I see it, its my phone. He stops and looks back. Rudra asks what happened now. Shivaye says I felt somebody is here. Rudra says its me, come, you are working too much these days. Dadi gives an envelope and says its your salary. Anika asks why so soon, the marriage is not yet over. Dadi says person’s needs should be met at the right time, Priyanka told me that you are in need of money, you managed all the work well and today you are managing the engagement preparations, consider it my blessing and keep it. She goes. Anika thinks they are nice people, how can I let something bad happen with them, I won’t let Daksh play with Priyanka’s life, I have to stop this engagement first.

Shivaay makes a deal with Annika
CHAPTER 16
Annika noticed Swara glaring at her and she immediately tried to look away so that Swara wouldn’t succeed.
Gauri (whispering) : She looks ready to murder you.
Annika : I can’t help it. Her brother insisted that she teach us how to waltz. How did I know he had also called Mr Simon Patel to supervise?
The two sisters turned to watch Swara argue with Mr Patel as he tried to teach poor Om how to twirl the lady.
Swara : Mr Patel, I must tell you…
Simon : Madam! I know you’re from Italy and may have a different manner of waltzing. However, your brother asked me to teach them. You’re merely cramping my style.
Mahi : Ouch! She won’t like that.
Annika turned behind to look at Mahi Singh Oberoi, who was grinning at the sight of his sister muttering to herself in Italian.
Annika (smiling gently) : No, she won’t. Can you blame her? She knows the dance in and out. Yet, Mr Oberoi has called in another.
Mahi : Sometimes, Only Shivaay understands himself. I agree it was ludicrous to bring in Simon Patel.
Though her heart missed a beat when Mahi mentioned Shivaay’s name, Annika was extremely glad that this was the Oberoi she had to meet today.
Swara came towards them and sat down after glaring at Gauri, who went to practice dancing with Om.
Swara : If that man comes in here again or mentions anything about me not knowing the dance properly, I will not be responsible for my actions.
Annika looked at her sympathetically. She placed a reassuring arm on Swara’s hand and squeezed it. She turned towards Mahi and silently asked him to do something to calm down.
Mahi : Come on, Swara. Let Simon deal with the lovebirds. You teach me to dance.
Swara : Really? Who are you going to dance with?
Mahi : The lady sitting next to you, Ofcourse.
Annika : Me?
Mahi : Why not? You’ll dance during Gauri’s wedding as well, Right? So you should get some practice as well.
Swara (happily) : Alright then. You’re the best brother, Mahi.
Mahi (grinning) : My favourite words. I’m going to record it and play it on a loop for Shivaay to hear it.
Annika chuckled and stood as Mahi gathered her into his arms as Swara recited the steps to properly waltz.
Mahi : My Goodness!
Annika : What happened?
Mahi : One would think, with all the Elite parties that are present, We would be familiar with dancing. However, My sister is giving completely different instructions.
Annika (laughing) : We have been doing it wrong all these years.
Mahi (pouting) : I thought I was highly skilled in dancing.
Annika : Sure, you are. Once Swara teaches us, You can be an expert at this as well. You can put on your own show. The Oberoi show. Swara and Mahi as dancers while their eldest brother shows off his skills as a first rate pianist.
Mahi : I don’t think…. Wait! How do you know Shivaay is a superb pianist?
Annika hedged, desperate for an escape from the question.
Annika : Isn’t it quite well known? I must have read it somewhere.
Mahi smiled, then bent down and whispered in Annika’s ear, so reminiscent of Shivaay.
Mahi : That was a good act. Anyone would have believed you, but not Shivaay’s own twin.
He straightened and watched Annika as defeat fell across her face. .
Mahi : Shivaay plays only at home, mostly in the middle of the night. When would you have had the chance to hear him?
Annika’s mouth opened, then closed.
Mahi : If he doesn’t play anywhere else, Where did you hear him?
Annika knew she was cornered. Yet, she persevered and tried to fight back.
Annika : Nowhere.
Mahi looked at her amused and she felt her cheeks turn crimson.
Annika : I’m telling you, nothing happened. I mean…
Mahi : It’s alright, Miss Mishra. I know my brother. Your secret is safe with me.
Annika looked down unable to do anything else.
Mahi : I must say, though, you have disappointed me.
Annika’s eyes shot up in apprehension.
Mahi : I am more handsome than my twin, You know.
He said it in such a mocking mournful tone that Annika smiled and soon, the two were laughing together as they shared amusing stories.
Annika wondered at the fact that she could be so at ease with Mahi Singh Oberoi when his mirror image held such power over her emotions.
It had been just over a week since she had seen Shivaay last—since he had smuggled her out of his club and return her home. She had been to Oberoi Mansion several times in the eight days, both to oversee Swara’s skills and with sometimes with Gauri, to have a gossip session, and, each time, she had hoped to have an excuse to see Shivaay.
Twice, she had considered excusing herself to hunt him down and talk with him; she’d divined dozens of ways to force an interaction between them, from accidental entry to his study to fabricated reasons why she might need to discuss his sister.
Unfortunately, Swara’s entry into society looked to be going quite smoothly—she would be ready in a week’s time—and Annika hadn’t been able to get up the nerve to enter Shivaay’s study.
Ironic, that, considering that the first time she’d entered Shivaay House, she’d brazenly entered Shivaay’s bedroom. But that had been different. That had been about the list. This was about something altogether different.
She’d considered using the list to gain access to Shivaay. After all, she had promised not to attempt another item without his chaperone, and she was rather chomping at the bit to try something else.
But, frankly, she felt rather pathetic whenever she thought of using it to see him. It made her feel like something of a lapdog—eagerly chasing after its master. No. The truth was that she didn’t want to have to seek him out. She wanted their interlude in the club which had changed somethings for her, well, she wanted it to change something for him.
She wanted him to come to her. Was that too much to ask?
Shivaay : Don’t you both look comfortable?
Annika blinked and looked at the doorway to see the man of her thoughts look at her with a bored expression.
Annika (thinking) : Did I conjure him up?
Seeing her hands entwined with Mahi’s, she tried to break free, but failed. She turned to Mahi who winked at her.
Mahi (whispering) : Relax. We did nothing wrong. Let him stew for a bit.
Her eyes widened as Mahi released her slowly, bending into a deep, somewhat overdone bow and making a show of kissing her hand. Annika’s eyes darted to Shivaay, leaning casually in the doorway still, watching them with an entirely unreadable look. She felt immediately uncomfortable—and indignation flared. Mahi was right, of course. They had only been dancing. So why did she feel as though she were an errant child caught doing something naughty?
Simon : Mr Oberoi. Thanks for hiring me. It has been a pleasure to teach Miss Gauri Mishra and her fiance. Ofcourse, it would have been more pleasurable if I did not have any interruptions from a disagreeable woman.
Annika’s eyes narrowed and so did everyone else’s. She prayed that Swara would keep her mouth shut, but it did not look like her prayer was heard for she heard an angry Italian retort. When everyone turned to Swara, she shrugged.
Swara : Would you like to be called disagreeable?
Simon (shaking his head) : I have never seen such a thing. How can foreign creatures be a part of the Elite? She will only disgrace your family, Mr Oberoi. After all, She’s not an Oberoi. She doesn’t have the blood of the Elite. God only knows whose blood she has.
At that moment, it seemed as the room would explode. The tension there was unmistakable. Annika noticed the hurt on Swara’s face and wanted to go to her, but she stayed where she was. This was Shivaay’s house and his sister. He would do the right thing, she knew it. Seeing Gauri moving towards Simon Patel, She caught her eye and shook her head slightly. Gauri stopped, but the fury on her face didn’t fade.
Shivaay spoke finally, his anger making his words sound like daggers.
Shivaay : I want you out of my house.
Simon looked at him, surprised.
Simon : You’re angry with me?
Mahi (in the same tone as Shivaay) : We’re way past that. You heard him. Get out of the house.
Shivaay : She is my sister. How dare you speak of her that way? GET OUT.
Mahi : Listen to this before you go. Swara is Elite whereas you are not. Do not go sticking your business where it doesn’t belong.
The embarrased Simon Patel left the room in a hurry. Swara smiled at his retreating figure and laughed.
Swara : That was well done.
Annika : Swara, Maybe…
Shivaay raised a hand to stop her. Annika froze.
Shivaay : Swara, Go back to your room.
Swara’s eyes grew large with confusion, then surprise.
Swara : But why?
Shivaay : If that man has given such a lengthy tirade against you, Surely somewhere it must be your fault too?
Swara : If it is, He deserved it.
Shivaay : You cannot provoke such a reaction, Swara. That is not what the Elite do.
Swara’s lips settled into a frown. She walked towards her brother proving her temper and will was just as formidable as Shivaay’s. The remaining people in the room watched the argument with varying degrees of trepidation, amusement and wonder.
Swara : I told you, it does not matter if I’m Elite or not. Let me go back to Italy.
Shivaay : You promised me time till January. It’s only October now.
Swara : You will find life far less troublesome with me gone.
Shivaay : Right now, I agree. However, we have already struck a deal. Do not renege, Swara. You will remain here till January and you will behave like the Elite. Now go up to your room before I decide that going to Italy will be the best choice for you.
Swara’s eyes turned around and walked upstairs but not before Annika caught the hurt crossing through her features. Annika watched her go before turning an accusing look on Shivaay. He met her gaze with a cool one of his own, daring her to protest his actions. With a barely perceptible shake of her head to indicate her disappointment, Annika followed Swara upstairs.
He watched her go before looking to Mahi and Om.
Shivaay : I need a drink.
Meanwhile, Gauri and Annika stood outside Swara’s room occasionally hearing noises from inside such as stupido and Shivaay in the same sentence. She also used the word mucca though they had no clue what that meant.
Annika : Go down to the kitchen and get some juice. It’ll calm her down.
Gauri nodded and walked back down. Annika knocked on the door and finding it unlocked, opened it to see Swara throwing clothes on her bed.
Swara : Stupida Donna. How could you agree to stay here with that idiota. Now where’s your suitcase?
Annika : What is mucca?
Swara looked at Annika surprised, then turned back to her cupboard removing the remaining clothes present.
Swara : I am leaving. Once I find my suitcase, I am definitely leaving.
Annika : Don’t you think you are over reacting, just a little bit?
Swara : Me? Not at all. This fight was inevitable. I just thought it might happen sooner.
Annika sat down in one of the chairs present watching the younger girl remove the clothes from the hangers.
Annika : Why do you think that?
Swara : He hates me. How could he not? I remind him of her.
Annika shook her head and spoke softly.
Annika : He does not hate you.

AFTER FEW DAYS:

Anika gets up early. She gets out of the room and does her daily chores. It was time to have breakfast and the whole family reached near the dining table.

S: Oh..your’e dieting! Girls like you literally avoid healthy food to become thin and then go to doctor for sickness.(He knows where to strike!)

Anika goes from there. Actually, she has no work as she has taken few days leave from her business after marriage. So, she decided to utilize the time for exposing Tia. Omru will join after some time. They decided this time gap to not to be suspicious off.

She says sorry, I know stealing is a sin, but I still did, you know my intention isn’t wrong, I want to stop this engagement, I have placed these rings in your feet as I have no right on these, once engagement gets delayed, I will put them back, forgive me, help me expose Daksh. She holds ears and says sorry. She turns and sees Shivaye. She says you… He says yes, its me. They ask what are you doing here… she says I came to seek Lord’s blessings. She goes. He says she is behaving strange today, what do I care. He goes. Daksh hugs Omru and Shivaye. They congratulate Daksh. Tia hugs them too. She says you look good. Shivaye says you too look good. Omru laugh. Tia asks what’s so funny. Om says its fun to watch Shivaye in social gathering, it gets awkward for him, he keeps moving so that nobody hugs him. She asks what do you mean. He says we are going to show you a demo. He goes and hugs Shivaye. Shivaye says what are you doing. Rudra says I wanted to hug you, carry on. Om says now its my turn.

He goes and hugs Shivaye. Shivaye says what’s wrong with you. Om says I saw Rudra hugging you, I couldn’t resist and came to hug. Shivaye says stay in your limits. Rudra laughs. Shivaye asks what’s all this. Rudra says its a demo, we wanted to show what’s in store for her after marriage. Om says ideally, what’s not in store for her. Rudra says you can’t sing this song, Baahon me chala aa, because there’s no hug in Shivaye’s dictionary. Om says yes, forget it. Shivaye says shut up. Tia says you guys always pull his leg, very bad. Rudra says we can’t hug him, then why not pull his leg. Om laughs. Shivaye says not funny, I better go check the arrangements than hearing your stupid jokes. Tia also goes. Rudra says Tia didn’t react, I thought she would be angry, she would think, how will he love if he can’t even hug. Om says don’t worry, Shivaye will learn how to hug and love, you know how, she is going to teach him. They laugh.

Anika comes. Shivaye looks at her. Tu jaane na…..plays….. She stumbles by footing the carpet. He holds her and hugs. He opens arms for her. She gets away. He gets his hands back. She turns away. He goes. Rudra asks did you see that, are you thinking the same. Om says yes, what are you thinking. Rudra says Shivaye hugged Anika. Om says he didn’t hug her, she slipped, he was just helping her. Rudra says if you were in Anika’s place, would he help you this way. Om signs don’t know. Rudra says let me test, I will go and fall near Shivaye. Om says we will talk to him later. Dadi asks shall we perform the rituals if you are done talking. Rudra jokes. Dadi asks Shivaye to get engagement rings. She says I had kept the rings in puja as well, Guru ji said when you exchange those rings, there won’t be any problem. She asks them to exchange rings. She opens the boxes and sees rings missing. She asks where are the rings.

Shivaye and everyone get shocked. Shivaye says I kept these in cupboard and just got it. Rudra says it means the rings got stolen. Dadi asks who will steal the rings, its just family here, mahurat will end in some time. Shivaye says don’t worry, I will check and come. He goes and checks the cupboard well. He says I didn’t get the rings. He sees Anika smiling. He says we couldn’t find the rings, but the engagement will surely happen. Dadi asks how will it happen without rings. Shivaye says there are still 10 mins left. Om asks what can we do in 10mins. Shivaye says leave that to me. Anika says engagement won’t happen, I will get time to get proof against Daksh.

Shivaye holds her. She asks what are you doing. He says when you couldn’t stop the marriage, you are trying to break it, you tried to stop the puja yesterday and today the engagement. She says I don’t know what you are talking about. He says you made Daksh fall sick and emptied the car fuel, you stole the rings today, I know this. She says leave my hand. He pulls her back and says what about you being after my sister’s happiness. She says I m doing this for Priyanka’s welfare, that guy is wrong. He says Daksh is not wrong, you are wrong, your antics, thinking and perception is wrong, I have warned you before, its my final warning, if there is any problem in Priyanka’s marriage, then, I will do something which you will never be able to forget. She says you won’t be able to do anything. She goes. He says you don’t know who I m.

Daksh says I swear to God…. and holds her. He says you are crazy for me, is this how much you like me, did you think I won’t know it, you have hid the rings so that my engagement breaks, beautiful girls are stupid, you thought you will call off my marriage, it will happen, I promise I will never break your heart and spend time with you as well. She pushes him and says get lost, else I will slap you, if you say such nonsense, I will beat you with my sandal, even I get anger, I wasn’t showing it up as I didn’t want to create a scene, the day I lost it, I won’t control my anger that day, I was khidkitod before and I m still khidkitod. He looks at her. She says stop dreaming of marrying Priyanka, I won’t let that happen, even in your dreams. She goes.

Dadi says engagement mahurat will end in 5mins, how will marriage happen then. Shivaye says engagement will happen and marriage too, I got the rings. Dadi asks where did you get them. He recalls seeing Anika on camera feed. He says in the temple, I kept them there and forgot. Dadi says make it fast, exchange rings. Priyanka asks where is Anika. Om says I saw her going towards outhouse. Dadi says mahurat will end, exchange rings fast. Priyanka and Daksh exchange the rings. Everyone showers flowers on them. They smile. Everyone claps. Dadi says everything is done well on time, thanks Lord. Om asks her to give sweets to everyone. Dadi asks Shivaye where is he going. He says I have an imp work pending, I will just finish it and come. He thinks I won’t allow that girl to stay in my house. He goes.

Gauri asks Nikhil not to be shy and have biscuits. She says you have come late with a marriage proposal. He says I know I made Anika wait a lot, I fulfilled my promise and got my parents to fix our alliance. Gauri says lets not make them wait, lets get you both married soon. His dad says we are ready to get baraat soon. Sahil’s mum says no, we are not in a condition to give dowry. Nikhil’s mum says we don’t want dowry, we just want Anika, she is precious to us, we will find a mahurat for marriage. Gauri asks pandit to give mahurat. She asks Anika and Nikhil to feed sweets to each other. Shivaye comes shouting Anika. Anika stops and sees him. Sahil’s mum says Anika’s marriage is getting fixed. He asks marriage. She says yes. She asks Gauri to give him sweets. Gauri asks him to have sweets. He takes a laddoo. Sahil’s mum asks him to sit, the house belongs to him. He says no, its fine, I wanted to talk to you, can you come out. He goes.

Precap:
Anika says call off this wedding, that guy isn’t right for Priyanka. He asks what’s the guarantee that the guy you are marrying is good. She says Mr. Oberoi…. He says my name is Shivaye, you can address me by my name. Nikhil holds her and calls her would be Mrs. Nikhil Sharma.

Om: close your eyes.

Gauri was confused with her husband’s behaviour. Today was Eid and he has been acting very weird. Despite his behaviour she closed her eyes.

Om: now bring out your hand.

Gauri under her breath: ajeeb chirota!

Om: I heard that.

Gauri bit her tongue and then brought her hand out. Om carefully placed something in her hand.

Om: now open them.

Gauri opened those beautiful dove eyes and saw what was in her hand.

Gauri: Omkaraji, yeh trophy? Kyu? I haven’t competed in a running race.

Om laughs at his chiraya’s innocence and says: no it’s not a trophy for best athlete. This trophy is for being the best wife ever. When you entered my life, you have made it heaven. You have been my inspiration for everything but not only an inspiration to me but to every girl.

Gauri smiled and Om continued: you have bended relationships; you showed Svetlana her real place, HELL! You are just a goddess and I am proud to have you as my wife.

Gauri hugged him tight crying as he said that beautiful sweet words. Om cupped her face and wiped her tears gently, kissing her forehead.

Om: and there is one more gift.

Gauri: arre Omkaraji, I don’t want any more gifts. Please.

Om: this gift is very important.

G: Ok. Will Bade Bhaiyya agree to this?

A: We will check if this can happen. Otherwise, we have to make another one.

R: Me and Om will also force Bhaiyya for this.

O: Ok, so this is fixed. We will go according to the plan, ok?

Ishana’s pregnancy make has made both families happy… She, Annika and Swetlana have been pampered by everyone… Few weeks later, Soumya too get pregnant… Oberoi Mansion has filled with happiness again… Rudra becomes very happy that he is going to become a father and chachu at the same time… ShivOmRu take care of their wives carefully… They handle their mood swings patiently… However, in Swetlana’s case, Arjun will be the victim for her mood swings… Her cravings will be on middle of the night only… She will go to Arjun’s room and ask him to take her for ice cream or golgappe…

Arjun: Bhabhi, why you don’t ask bhaiya to take you?? You always ruining my sleep…

Months are passing, everyone pamper the four pregnant ladies with their love and care… Godh barai has been done for AniSwet first… Then, they do for IshSou… The guys are very careful in handling their wives mood swings… Swetlana delivered a baby boy and Annika delivered a baby girl… Oberois and Raichands are happy to get the first heir for their family…

Ishana is on her ninth months of pregnancy… Omkara handles her with more care… He always tied up his hair which Ishana doesn’t like at all… He knows his wife love to see him with loose hair and he knows where this will lead them… He can’t take risk in this stage because it can harm her and their babies too… He will just hug her and kisses her forehead most of the time…

The day has come and Ishana has her labor pain… She has been taken to the hospital… She is very adamant to have normal delivery when everyone asked her to have caesarian…

Doc: Mrs Oberoi, please understand… It’s not easy for normal delivery for three babies… You will be more weak…

Outside the ward

The Oberois and Raichands are nervously waiting outside the ward… AniSwet too came with their babies even though the have been asked to stay back at home… Soumya too very much adamant to come without listening to anyone words… All smile in relief when they heard baby’s cry from the ward… The nurse come out bringing the baby… All go towards the nurse…

Nurse: It’s a boy…

Annika: He is so cute…

Rudra: He looks like O… Baby, don’t speak poetry like your papa which we don’t understand…

Om: (cries) I’m sorry, Ishana… You suffered this much because of me… (Kisses all over her face…)

Ishu: (weakly) Why are you blaming yourself?? We need to struggle and suffer a little if we want to get our happiness… See we got three babies…

Shivaye comes shouting Anika. Anika stops and sees him. Sahil’s mum says Anika’s marriage is getting fixed. He asks marriage. She says yes. She asks Gauri to give him sweets. Gauri asks him to have sweets. He takes a laddoo. Sahil’s mum asks him to sit, the house belongs to him. He says no, its fine, I wanted to talk to you, can you come out. He goes and thinks of Anika. Tu jaane na….plays…. Anika comes to him. She asks what do you want to talk. He says nothing, you go. Anika says Mr. Oberoi, please call off this wedding, that guy isn’t right for Priyanka. He asks what’s the guarantee that the guy you are marrying is good. She says we are talking about Priyanka. He says I ended that topic. She says you will regret. He asks and you. She says I didn’t get that. He says same here. She says Mr. Oberoi…. He says my name is Shivaye, you can address me by my name. Nikhil comes and says Anika….. all okay? Is there any problem, Sir if you don’t mind, can I take my would be wife with me. Shivaye says yes. Nikhil holds her and asks shall we go, future Mrs. Nikhil Sharma, come everyone is waiting for you. They go. Shivaye looks on. Anika turns and looks at him.

Its morning, Priyanka asks really, what a great news, congrats. She hugs Anika. She stops Shivaye and says you know Anika is getting married, congratulate her. Anika and Shivaye look at each other. Anika says Priyanka…. Priyanka says stop being formal, we are friends Anika, lets shift to the casual you. Anika says fine, don’t worry, I m getting married, it doesn’t mean that I won’t focus on your marriage. Priyanka says but its your day today, you may go. Shivaye asks what do you mean by its her day. Priyanka says Anika is getting engaged today. He asks so soon? Priyanka asks isn’t it amazing, you are getting engaged to Tia today and even Anika is getting engaged today, what’s his name. Shivaye says Nikhil. Priyanka says nice man, its a good coincidence. He says yes, coincidence. Anika says I want to show you the wedding themes, come. Omru come and ask what happened. Shivaye says she is getting married. Rudra says we know Priyanka is getting married. Shivaye says I m not talking about Priyanka.

Om asks whom are you talking about then. Rudra says Om, he is talking about himself, what happened to your hindi, why are you referring to yourself as she, instead he. Shivaye says I m talking about Anika, not myself, looks like its the season of marriage, I thought just Priyanka is leaving this house, but Anika will also leave. Om says she is here just till Priyanka’s marriage, she is not going to stay here forever. Rudra asks why do you care. Shivaye says who said I m bothered, I have a problem with the word marriage. Om says you have, Anika has no issues with it, its a good thing, someone is getting settled. Shivaye says yes, its a good thing. Om says don’t you think he is behaving strange. Rudra asks shall we find out. Om says we have to, this is uncalled for. Rudra asks where are you going. Dadi asks Shivaye to call jeweller, its your engagement in the evening, what will you make Tia wear if you don’t get the ring. He says okay and goes.

Anika asks should we invite even Payal for the wedding. Payal says sure, she is my good friend, we have entire group, Daksh, Payal, me, and more. Anika says it means Daksh knows Payal. Priyanka says they are really good friends. Anika says but Daksh mostly stays in London. Priyanka says yes, he has his business there, but he keeps visiting India to meet me. Anika asks after your marriage… Priyanka says I will get settled with him in London. Shivaye says this girl should have been a spy instead wedding planner, she is getting info about Daksh so casually, she will end up saying wrong about Daksh. He says I have some work with you. Anika goes.

She asks 100 kg laddoo. He says yes, Dadi told laddoos should be sent with Priyanka’s wedding invitation, I want 100 kg laddoo in two hours. She asks how to arrange it. He says its your work, you have to figure it out. She says even the halwai needs time, how can I do this. He says I want 100 kg of laddoo, if you can’t do this, you can leave this job. She says I will do this. He asks sure. She says 100%. he says don’t tell me that you will make it. She says I will make it myself. He asks how. She says its my work to figure out, after all I m the wedding planner. Anika goes to kitchen and starts preparing the laddoos. She checks recipe on net. Shivaye looks on from far. She starts making the laddoos. The big plate gets filled. She gets tired. Gauri cleans the things. Sahil’s mum says its Anika’s engagement and she isn’t here, we are working here.

Gauri says Anika went for work, that’s why we are given this shelter. Sahil’s mum says call her and ask her to come home, will she get ready for engagement or simply sit before inlaws in the same attire. Gauri calls Anika. She asks where are you, when will you come, its your engagement, come soon else Nikhil will make aunt wear the ring and she will even accept it. Anika says I have to make some laddoos, I will come. Gauri asks are you a wedding planner or halwai. Anika says I will come and explain, I don’t have time, bye. Gauri says she is strange, its her engagement today and she is making laddoos there. Anika takes the laddoos out. She makes more laddoos. Jeweller says have this ring, your Dadi has chosen this for your fiancee. Shivaye sees the ring. Sahil’s mum and Gauri come. Sahil’s mum calls out Anika. Gauri says sorry Mr. Oberoi for entering your house this way. Sahil’s mum says its her engagement today, so we have come to pick her.

Anika says you here. Sahil’s mum says you should have come and got ready, you are wasting time here. Anika says I had urgent work. She says I have made laddoos and packed as well, you can send it with invitation. Shivaye says okay. Gauri asks what happened to your hands. Anika says nothing, my hands must have got swollen while preparing the laddoos. Gauri says your hand is swollen. Anika says it will be fine in some time, don’t worry. Sahil’s mum says your hands got swollen on your engagement day, we don’t have a ring for Nikhil, if his ring doesn’t fit your finger, how will your engagement happen. Anika says we can talk this out at home, I have spoken to Nikhil already, he has no problem, he just wants me to wear his ring. Shivaye looks on. Anika goes with Gauri and Sahil’s mum. Shivaye says no, stop…..I needed your help, only if you can stop. Anika says you carry on, I will come.

Rudra is on the way. He drives while talking to Om on call. He says I m bringing all shagun gifts, I m coming in 5mins. Bhavya comes in his way. He says you….. she says its me. He says I m in a hurry. She says that’s why you didn’t see the signal. He says the road was vacant so… She says so will you jump over the signal, you will be charged for overspeeding too. Rudra says Om, I will call you later. She says were you talking on phone, you will be charged for it too, show me your license. He says I m Shivaye’s brother. She says it doesn’t matter to law, law doens’t discriminate. He asks her for his license. She says collect it from police station, you need not meet the commissioner for this. Gauri says I will deck up Anika so that Nikhil is left awestruck. She sees a gold chain. Sahil’s mum takes it and asks how did you get this, did you steal.

Gauri says I have bought it from my savings, I have been saving from my pocket money which Anika gives me every month, its a wedding gift to her from my side. Sahil’s mum says I will sell it. Gauri takes the chain back and says Anika has never prayed for herself, she won’t ask for gold, forget this chain, you know me well, I m Gundi, I m threatening you knowing you will take this chain from Anika, its just for Anika, I will give this to her after marriage, make sure you stay quiet in front of Anika’s inlaws in the engagement ceremony.

Precap:
Sahil’s mum says we shall start the engagement, Anika forward your hand. Nikhil sees the ring and asks whose ring is this.
