EPISODE 52

HARIDWAR,

HOTEL LAWN,

Shivaay and Omkara walked towards the lawn after Dadi had asked them to leave, both of them wanted to talk to each other, but Shivaay had his tadi and Omkara had his guilt, none of them knew how to start a conversation, they were the brothers who didn’t need words to understand each other’s emotions and now they were behaving as two strangers who were searching for words to talk to each other.

They both sat down on one of the benches kept there, both were looking in opposite directions, Om knew Shivaay wouldn’t talk first so he thought to take the initiative,

Omkara: Shivaay…. (Shivaay looked up from his phone but didn’t look at Om)…. I am sorry Shivaay…. I know after whatever I did you have complete rights to be angry and upset with me…. But at least talk to me…. You scold me, say all those words that justify your anger…. But don’t be silent…. Your silence is increasing my guilt more…. (Tears in Om’s eyes were now flowing but Shivaay didn’t let his tears flow)…. Please Shivaay…. Talk to me…. Please….

Omkara couldn’t speak anything further, his tears were flowing, Shivaay couldn’t see Om like this, he turned towards Om and hugged Om tightly, tears were now flowing from Shivaay’s eyes also, Om hugged Shivaay tightly, they just let their tears flow, and after all they were brothers who didn’t need words to express themselves to each other.
After some time they broke the hug, and wiped each other’s tears, they were relaxed now.

Shivaay: Om….
Omkara: Shivaay…. I know what you want to say…. I have already made my mind…. (Shivaay interrupts him)….
Shivaay: No Om not again…. How can you again do the same thing…. How can you decide it yourself…. This is not done….
Omkara: Shivaay…. Let me first finish what I was saying…. (Shivaay looks on confused a bit)…. I have decided that we are coming back to Mumbai….
Shivaay: What…. (Shivaay was surprised and Om nods at him)….

Shivaay again hugs Om and both are happy.

Omkara: But Shivaay…. We’ll not tell others about this now…. I want to surprise them….
Shivaay: Nice idea…. Okay then…. But when and how will we surprise them….
Omkara: Shivaay, you forgot next week is Dadi’s birthday…. It’s the best time…. But how will we plan to bring everyone together….
Shivaay: Well…. Don’t worry about that Om…. I have a plan…. (He tells Om something and they both smile)….
Omkara: Now let us go inside….
Shivaay: Om…. Remember you don’t have to lie…. Wherever we have to lie…. I’ll say it for you….
Omkara: Shivaay…. (Om smiled at his brother)…. Whose whole life was a lie, he has also learnt to lie…. (He said with a sigh)….

Shivaay keeps his hand on Om’s shoulder, Om looks at him,

Shivaay: Don’t you ever say that your life was a lie…. All that we have lived together was always true….

Om hugs Shivaay.

Omkara: Thank you Shivaay….
Shivaay: Don’t you dare say thank you to me again….

They both smile at each other and then walk inside.

HOTEL HALL,

All the others were sitting in the hall thinking about convincing Om,

Priyanka: I have an idea….
Ishana: What Priyanka…. What idea you have….
Priyanka: Next week is Dadi’s birthday…. We’ll first convince Om Bhaiya to come to Mumbai for Dadi’s birthday…. Then we’ll slowly convince him to stay back…. Simple….
Rudra: Wow Prinku…. Today you proved that you are the sister of super smart Rudy….
Soumya: Shut up duffer…. Prinku has always been smarter than you…. In fact anyone in this world can be smarter than you….
Rudra: Sumo…. How can you call me duffer…. You are only paratha eating sumo wrestler….
Soumya: And you are crybaby….
Rudra: And you are….
All others: Shut up Rudra….

Rudra makes a puppy face while Soumya laughs,

All others: And you also Soumya….

Now Soumya makes a puppy face and Rudra laughs,

Janhvi: You both will not speak anything at all…. (Rumya just nod their head)….
Ahana: Priyanka’s idea is good…. I think it will work….
Gauri: Okay then will convince Om to go to Mumbai for Dadi’s birthday….
Yash: But who will convince Om….
Sakshi: I’ll do it….

Shivaay and Om enter and hear Sakshi,

Omkara: What will you do Sakshi?

All of them turn and see Shivaay and Omkara,

Aniruddh: You both came that means everything sorted….
Omkara: Haa…. Wo…. (Om didn’t know what to say ahead)….
Shivaay: Some things sorted and some not…. (Om looks at Shivaay and Shivaay signs him)….
Anika: Matlab…. What do you mean Shivaay?
Shivaay: I mean our differences are sorted but Om didn’t agree to come back to Mumbai….

All are sad hearing this.

Aniruddh: Om…. Please think once again….
Omkara: Aniruddh…. I have already decided…. It won’t change….
Gauri: But Om….
Shivaay: Let it be guys…. Even I tried to talk to him but he won’t change his decision…. So let it be….

All were upset but Anika was surprised.

Anika (thinking): Shivaay gave up…. How can this happen…. Shivaay doesn’t give up easily…. I have to talk to him and find out….
Priyanka: Om Bhaiya…. You have to come to Mumbai…. Not forever but at least for Dadi’s birthday…. You remember naa it is next week….

ShivKara look at each other, they wanted this only,

Sakshi: Please Bhaiya…. Don’t say no to this at least…. Please only for few days….
Omkara: I’ll have to think….
Shivaay: So you’ll think for this also…. Don’t you love Dadi anymore….
Pinky: Shivaay…. How are you talking to Om…. I know you are upset but don’t talk like this….
Aniruddh: It is okay aunty…. Shivaay is just saying what he felt…. Om…. Really, you want time to think…. Not for others but at least think about Dadi….

Om looks at Shivaay and Shivaay signs him to agree,

Omkara: Okay…. We’ll come to Mumbai…. I am doing this only for Dadi and nothing more….
Sakshi: Thank you Bhaiya….
Priyanka: Thank you Om Bhaiya….

They both hug Om and all are happy.

ShivKara also nod at each other.

Ishana: So we’ll leave for Mumbai after two days….
Vidhi: Two days? Why Ishu, we can go tomorrow also….
Sakshi: Wo actually…. (She tells them about the puja for Ranjit and Damini)….
Dadi: This is a good thing…. We all will do the puja together….
Arjun: We’ll ask Keshav ji only to do it….
Sonakshi: Haa this will be good….

All start deciding about the puja but hearing Keshav’s name Ranveer is lost in thoughts,

Ranveer (thinking): I’ll have to talk to Priyanka as soon as possible…. Before anything happens or she comes to know from somewhere else…. I have to tell her….

EPISODE 53

HARIDWAR,

The previous day, all of them were busy in doing the arrangements for the puja so none of them had any time to talk about the other issues of their lives. The elders were happy seeing their children together and the youngsters were happy and enjoying their time with each other, laughing and teasing each other.

PUJA DAY,

Aniruddh, Omkara and Sakshi sat for doing the rituals while the rest of the family members were sitting behind them. The puja was going on and everyone was praying that Ranjit and Damini’s soul rests in peace, and that their children stay happy and safe.

After the puja, everyone was tired and decided to take rest. They all returned to their respective hotels.

SHIVAAY-ANIKA’S ROOM,

Shivaay was busy with his mobile phone, Anika came out of the washroom and frowned seeing him with her sautan,

Anika: Shivaay….
Shivaay: Bolo Anika…. (Still looking at his phone)….

Anika didn’t say anything and feeling the silence; Shivaay looked up from his phone and saw Anika glaring at him,

Anika: Nothing can happen of you…. You’ll never change….
Shivaay: Anika, kya hua…. Why are you angry…? I do not understand anything….
Anika: So many years have passed since our marriage but you…. You haven’t changed at all…. You don’t have time for me at all…. All the time it is you, your work and your phone…. (She said and turned the other side)….

Shivaay immediately got up from his place, he walked to her, he made her face him, and he lifted her face and made her look at him,

Shivaay: Anika…. You know naa how busy I am…. I have many works to manage…. (Anika looked at him in disbelief)…. But never think that I have no time for you…. When it comes to my Anika…. I have all the time in the world…. (Shivaay smiled and Anika also smiled at him)….
Anika: Shivaay…. Sometimes I still wonder that how could I be so lucky to have you in my life….
Shivaay: No Anika…. I am luckier than you…. That I have you in my life….

Shivaay and Anika smile at each other and Anika hugs him resting her head on his chest and he covers her with his arms,

Anika: I love you Shivaay….
Shivaay: I love you Anika….

PRIYANKA-RANVEER’S ROOM,

Priyanka was smiling to herself; Ranveer saw her and was confused,

Ranveer: What has happened Priyanka…. You are smiling a lot today….
Priyanka: I am smiling because I am so happy today…. Finally our family is together again….
Ranveer: Even I am happy….

Priyanka hugs Ranveer,

Priyanka: Ranveer, I just want one thing that our family always stays together like this only…. I love our family a lot…. I just hope that now no one gives anymore sadness to the family….
Ranveer (thinking): How do I tell you Priyanka…? That I am also going to give sadness to our family…. I don’t know how you all will react when you will know the truth I have hidden from everyone…. Even my best friends Shivaay and Om don’t know about this…. How will they react when they’ll know that their friend lied to them for years…?

Priyanka breaks the hug and looks at Ranveer, who was lost in his thoughts, she clicked her fingers and broke his chain of thoughts,

Priyanka: Where are you lost Mr. ACP?
Ranveer: Just thinking about how lucky I have to have you in my life…. You gave me such a loving and caring family….
Priyanka: I didn’t do anything…. You have won their hearts with your love and care….

Priyanka smiles at him and he smiles back,

Ranveer: I love you Priyanka…. I love you a lot….
Priyanka: I love you too Ranveer….

ANIRUDDH-ISHANA’S ROOM,

Ishana: I just hope that after going back to Mumbai…. We are able to convince Om to stay back…. I really want to stay with everyone….
Aniruddh: Because of Om and me…. You all also had to suffer so much naa…. You all didn’t want to leave Mumbai at all but you all left it because of us….
Ishana: It is true that we didn’t want to leave Mumbai…. But it is also true that we could never leave you two alone….

Ishana kept her hand on Aniruddh’s hand and he looked at her, she smiled and he smiled back,

Aniruddh: Ishana, thank you so much for always being with me…. If you weren’t there I don’t know what I would have done….
Ishana: How could I leave you alone…? I know I was upset with your decision but I always cared for you…. I could never ever think of leaving you alone…. And with the passage of time I have understood that you too missed everybody just like me…. I knew even you wished to go back to Mumbai and stay with everyone…. I could see your pain in your eyes….

Aniruddh hugs Ishana and she hugs him back,

Aniruddh: Ishana…. You are the best thing that has happened to me…. I love you a lot….
Ishana: I love you Aniruddh….

ARJUN-AHANA’S ROOM,

Ahana: Aniruddh toh has agreed to stay back but I don’t know how are we going to convince Om?

Ahana sits down on the bed worried, Arjun sits beside her,

Arjun: Don’t worry Ahana…. We’ll think of something and now we are all together…. Such a big family…. We can easily convince one family member….
Ahana: But last time also we had to convince one family member only…. But we couldn’t do it also….
Arjun: Last time was a different case…. Om had just learnt the truth and he took a decision spontaneously…. But now it has been three years…. He must have also reflected back on his decisions…. He just needs time…. And I am sure once he stays with us all he wouldn’t be able to leave us all….
Ahana: I hope so that it happens as you are saying…. I just want Maa and Papa to smile again…. You saw naa how happy they were when they saw Aniruddh…. I just want them to be happy like that always….
Arjun: Ahana…. You love our family so much….
Ahana: Why wouldn’t I…. This is our family and I love them all….
Arjun: And I love you the most….

Ahana smiles at him and kisses his cheek,

Ahana: And I too love you the most….

They smile at each other.

VIDHI-YASH’S ROOM,

Vidhi was setting the bed when Yash comes there; he sits on the couch, Vidhi looks at him,

Yash: Finally Ishu is back…. I missed her so much…. Life felt so incomplete without her….

Vidhi sits beside him,

Vidhi: You are right Yash…. All our mornings would start with Ishu and her talks…. She was the lifeline of our house…. I know how much Papa and you pampered her…. And now see how that Ishu handles her own family and life….
Yash: You are right Vidhi…. Ishu has changed a lot…. She has grown up from Dad’s princess to a responsible wife…. I still remember how she used to come to us for even small things and now see how she solved all her problems….
Vidhi: I am happy that Ishu is happy in her life…. And I wish that God always keeps her happy like this…. I just hope we convince Om to stay back….
Yash: Don’t worry Vidhi…. I am sure Aniruddh and Sakshi will definitely convince him to stay back….
Vidhi: I pray that what you are saying only happens….
Yash: It will happen…. And now you don’t take tension and keep all your worries aside….

Yash kissed Vidhi’s forehead and she hugs him,

Vidhi: Yash…. I love you a lot….

Yash smiles at her,

Yash: And I love you too Vidhi….

RUDRA-SOUMYA’S ROOM,

Rudra was smiling a lot and constantly checking his phone, Soumya had been keenly observing the weird yet cute doings of her husband, finally not able to control her curiosity for longer, she asked him,

Soumya: Rudra, what are you doing? You are constantly checking your phone and then smiling like an idiot….
Rudra: Sumo…. I am busy…. Don’t disturb me now…. We’ll talk later….
Soumya: Busy and you…. Definitely it is not something serious…. Must be some time pass only….

Rudra looked at her and frowned,

Rudra: Sumo, what do you mean by time pass…. FYI, even I have important works to handle….

Soumya now start laughing adding more to Rudra’s annoyance,

Soumya: You and important work…. Rudra, are you fine…. I think you need a doctor….
Rudra: Sumo, not fair yaar…. You always underestimate my strength….

Saying this Rudra made a sad face and sat down on the bed, Soumya saw him and composed herself, she sat beside Rudra,

Soumya: Awww Rudra…. You look so cute when make this face…. (She pulled his cheek)…. My crybaby…. (She smiles)….
Rudra: Sumo yaar…. You always bring this smile and I forget that I have to be upset with you….
Soumya: That is why I do it…. I know my smile is your weakness….
Rudra: Not only this smile…. Everything about my cute wife is my weakness…. Sumo, I love you so much…. (He pulled her cheeks)….
Soumya: And I love you a lot crybaby…. (She too pulled his cheeks)….

They both look at each other and the room was filled with their laughter.

OMKARA-GAURI’S ROOM,

Gauri was looking out from the window when Om saw her staring outside the window; he also stood beside her and spoke,

Omkara: Gauri, what are you thinking? You seem to be lost in your own thoughts….
Gauri: Nothing Om…. I was thinking about the past few days…. We met everybody after years but it feels like we all were together only…. Nothing has changed between all of us….
Omkara: That is what family is Gauri…. No matter how far you live or how long you are away…. At the end of the day…. They are all that you have and nothing changes in a family….
Gauri: Om, sometimes I wonder how could a person like you, who values family so much, think of leaving the people he loved so much, whom he cared for…. (Before Gauri could continue, Om interrupted her)….
Omkara: Gauri, please I don’t want to talk about it….
Gauri: Not talking is not going to help Om…. I thought after seeing them after three years, you would change your decision but I guess I was wrong….

Gauri turned to go but Om held her hand, she looked at him,

Omkara: Gauri, do you trust me?
Gauri: Of course Om, I trust you….
Omkara: Then just trust me that I know whatever I am doing….

Gauri nodded feeling that Om had definitely thought something and then taken the decision.

Omkara: Thank you Gauri…. You are the best…. I love you so much….
Gauri: I love you too Om….

They smiled at each other.

SONAKSHI-DEV’S ROOM,

Sonakshi was sitting in front of the mirror, applying lotion to her arms; Dev was sitting, busy in his phone,

Sonakshi: Dev…. (Dev looked at her)…. When I first went to Shillong, I was so anxious…. I was continuously praying to God that please make my guess correct…. And….
Dev: And then what…. What had happened then Sona?
Sonakshi: And then when I saw Sakshi and I knew my guess was right…. I felt like life coming back to me….
Dev: You love the family a lot naa….
Sonakshi: I cannot tell you Dev…. Words aren’t enough to explain how much they all mean to me…. They supported me, took care of me and gave me love and affection when I thought I had lost everything…. (Tears collect in her eyes as she remembers her parent’s accident)….

Dev got up from the bed, and sat in front of her, he wiped her tears, and looked at her,

Dev: Don’t worry Sona…. You wouldn’t lose your family again…. I won’t let it happen again…. I know last time I couldn’t do much but I promise this time I’ll not let it happen again….
Sonakshi: I know Dev…. I trust you….
Dev: Then don’t cry and give me that smile…. Wo smile jiska main deewaana hoon….

Sona playfully hit him and smiled,

Sonakshi: Don’t start with those cheesy lines…. I know all your tricks to make me smile….
Dev: So what I can do anything to make my wife smile….
Sonakshi: Dev…. I love you…
Dev: And I love my Sona….

Sonakshi kissed on his cheek and he smiled at her, she smiles at him.

VIKRANT-SAKSHI’S ROOM,

From the time they had returned to the room Sakshi’s excitement was clearly seen on her face, Vikrant could do nothing but just smile at his adorable wife,

Sakshi: Vikrant…. Finally…. After three years it is happening…. We are going to Mumbai…. I am so happy…. I cannot tell you….
Vikrant: You don’t have to tell me…. Your face is clearly reflecting all your happiness….

Sakshi hugged Vikrant and he hugged her back,

Sakshi: Vikrant, I just want this happiness to stay like this forever…. I hope Om Bhaiya agrees….
Vikrant: Don’t think too much Sakshi…. I am sure once Om is back in Mumbai and his house, he wouldn’t be able to leave them at all….
Sakshi: I hope so that the same happens…. Vikrant…. I have always wanted a family that loves me, cares for me and protects me…. I don’t want to lose them Vikrant…. I don’t want to….

Vikrant made Sakshi face him and cupped her face,

Vikrant: You won’t lose anyone Sakshi…. I know you have lost a lot in your life but I promise that this time you won’t lose anything….
Sakshi: Vikrant, I hope that this happens….
Vikrant: It will happen Sakshi…. And for that you have to be strong and be your family’s support….

Sakshi smiles at him,

Sakshi: Thank you Vikrant for coming in my life…. I love you so much….
Vikrant: And I love you Sakshi….

Vikrant smiles at her.

MUMBAI,

KALYANI SADAN,

After returning to Mumbai, the Mittals and Maheshwaris decided to go back to their own houses, although Dadi tried to convince them to stay with them, they denied thinking that the family needed their own time to think.

Priveer also invited Devakshi to stay with them at their house, Sonakshi immediately agreed and they also left to Priveer’s house from the airport.

Rikara, Anish and Vikshi were confused seeing the new mansion, they thought they were either going to Oberoi Mansion or Raichand Mansion but this was neither of the two.
They all got down from their cars, and soon staff came and took their luggage inside.

Dadi: Chalo let us go inside…. I am sure all of you must be tired….
Aniruddh: Dadi, where are we…. I mean this is not our house….
Sumitra: This is our house only…. Don’t be so confused and come let us go inside….
Gauri: But why are we staying here?
Rudra: Bhabhi, actually after you all left…. We all missed you so much and couldn’t stay at Oberoi Mansion…. Then Shivaay Bhaiya and Arjun Bhaiya came up with this idea that we buy a new house…. Where we all could stay together…. So that we would miss you all a little less….

Rikara, Anish and Vikshi feel sad that their family had left their house because of them.

Pinky: Okay enough…. No emotional talk now…. Let us go inside….

All smile at Pinky and then start walking towards the entrance, as Gauri and Ishana were about to enter, Ahana stops them,

Ahana: Gauri…. Ishu…. You both wait here and don’t come in….
Ishana: What has happened Bhabhi…. Why we both cannot come in?
Ahana: Wait here, I’ll just come…. Anika, you also come with me….
Anika: Thank God Ahana you remembered…. I had completely forgotten about this….

Anika also understood what was in Ahana’s mind and she followed her. Everyone was confused not knowing what were they going to do.

After few minutes, Ahana and Anika came back with aarti thali, kalash filled with rice grains and plate with kumkum water, the elder ladies smile seeing their daughter-in-
laws, the men also understood,

Dadi: Dekha Sumitra, Janhvi aur Pinky…. We forgot but our daughters remember all our traditions….

Anika and Ahana smiled seeing hearing this, they placed the kumkum water plate and kalash, one in front of Gauri and one in front of Ishana, and they smiled seeing this,

Dadi: Aniruddh…. Om…. Will we both give you special invitation…? (They looked confused at Dadi)…. Go and stand with your wives…. (They nodded and walked to their wives)….
Anika: Badi Maa, Sumitra aunty…. Come and welcome your daughter-in-laws….
Janhvi: No, not us…. Now this is Ahana and your duty….
Sumitra: Absolutely correct Janhvi…. Anika, Ahana…. You both have to now take ahead this family tradition…. So you both only do it….

Shivaay and Arjun feel proud seeing their wives and the bonds they had made with their family.

Ahana did the aarti for Anish and Anika did it for Rikara. IshRi hit the kalash with their feet and slowly with the help of their husbands, place their feet in the kumkum water and then place their first steps in their house. The two couples enter their house.

The entire family is happy seeing them, the last time they were all worried and even though they had welcomed their daughter-in-laws with great love and affection, the circumstances were hard for everyone but today, there was only happiness and happiness, the lost happiness had finally entered their house and their lives.

All were now sitting in the living room,

Sakshi: The interiors of the house are all so beautiful…. I really love everything about the place….
Shakti: Sakshi beta, this credit goes only to Anika, Ahana and Soumya…. They took care of everything according to everyone’s choices….
Sakshi: I must say I have got all talented Bhabhis…. In Shillong also, all interiors were done by Ishu Bhabhi and Gauri Bhabhi only….
Pinky: This will only happen naa…. All our daughters are talented….
Shekhar: Sahi kaha Pinky Bhabhi…. All our daughters are talented…. We are lucky to have them in our family….
Arjun: Bas even your sons are talented…. But tareef to sirf betiyon ki ho rahi hai, not fair….
Shivaay: I agree with Arjun…. Koi hume bhi thoda credit de de….
Anika: Kuch kiya hoga to credit denge naa….
Ahana: Correct Anika, tareef wale kaam kare pehle aap log…. Phir tareef bhi mil jayegi…. Kyun Maa?
Sumitra: Bilkul sahi kaha Ahana….
Arjun: I always knew Maa toh beti ki hi side lengi….
Tej: Why not our daughters are worth taking sides….

All the girls happily hug their elders; the boys give whatever wala looks.

Dadi: Acha bas…. Other talks can happen later…. Now, you all go and take rest…. All must be tired from the journey….

All of them take leave and go to their respective rooms. Anika, Ahana and Soumya were taking Rikara, Anish and Vikshi to their rooms, when Rudra called Aniruddh and Om, Shivaay and Arjun also stop hearing him,

Omkara: What has happened Rudra…. Why did you stop us…?
Rudra: O…. Aniruddh Bhaiya…. I know you all were welcomed as newlywed couples but don’t become naughty and disturb my Bhabhis…. Let them take some rest…. You have other nights also to….

Before he could complete,

AniOm: Shut up Rudra….

Aniruddh and Om glared at him angrily, IshRi felt shy, Shivika, Vikshi and Arhana were laughing and Soumya hit her forehead seeing her impossible husband and his talks.

At night, all had dinner together, everyone was talking to each other and there was fun and laughter, for the day they had kept all their worries aside and were enjoying all moments with each other.

After dinner everyone went to their respective rooms.

Sakshi was not getting sleep when she saw that the light of Dadi’s room was on, she thought to check once as to why Dadi was still awake, she walked to the door and was about to knock the door when Dadi saw her, they smiled at each other,

Dadi: Sakshi puttar…. Come in…. You don’t have to knock to enter your Dadi’s room….

Sakshi came in and Dadi made her sit beside her,

Sakshi: Dadi, you did not sleep till now…. You should take rest…. You must be tired from the hectic days and journey….
Dadi: You also are still awake…. You also must be tired….
Sakshi: Haa Dadi, but what to do…. I tried sleeping but I couldn’t sleep….
Dadi: You are missing your parents…. Hai naa….

Sakshi looked at Dadi surprised,

Sakshi: How did you know Dadi…. I didn’t tell anyone….
Dadi: Puttar, I have learnt a lot from experience…. I have raised four grandchildren…. So I know what words cannot express, eyes convey that…. (She cupped Sakshi’s face)…. And your eyes are telling me that you are missing Ranjit and Damini….

Sakshi hugs Dadi and Dadi just caressed her hair,

Sakshi: Dadi, no one has ever understood me like you understood…. When I was younger and I used to miss Mumma and Papa…. Bua used to tell me to forget all that and focus on my aim…. She did a lot for me, but I always had something missing in my life…. (She wiped her tears and looked at Dadi)…. I always wished for this love, care and affection…. Vikrant loves me a lot and he always did everything for me…. But I always missed my family…. And when I got a family…. I lost them because of my doings…. And because of me even Bhaiyas and Bhabhis lost their family….

Tears now flow from Sakshi’s eyes and Dadi gently wiped them,

Dadi: No puttar, never think like this again…. You didn’t do anything…. Everything happened according to the situation…. Om and Aniruddh discovered a truth that questioned their entire life as a lie…. I don’t know much about Aniruddh’s thinking but I know Om very well…. For him truth always mattered more than anything…. He thought that the only way to support the truth is to leave everything that he saw as a lie at that point of time…. Although deep down in his heart even Om knew that it wasn’t about truth or lie…. But just to make things right according to him, he chose that way…. But I am sure with time even he must have thought that he took a very spontaneous decision that did wrong more than right…. But now he just needs time to reframe his decision and I am sure this time Om will take the right decision….

Sakshi: Dadi, you know Om Bhaiya so well…. I don’t think anyone knows him like this….

Dadi smiled at Sakshi’s statement,

Dadi: Of course I know my grandchildren well…. But now I wish to know my granddaughter also…. (Sakshi felt happy hearing this from Dadi)….

Sakshi smiled and then they talked about each other.

Vikrant who had come looking for Sakshi heard their conversation; he smiled and quietly left to his room.

Even Om had heard Dadi and Sakshi’s conversation, he felt happy that his Dadi knew him so well and also that Sakshi was finally getting back everything that she had lost, he smiled at his sister and Dadi and walked back to his room.

Anika tried to search her sketchbook in her bag but then she remembers that she left in the hospital. She patted her head while cursing herself. She can go to the hospital again but she was waiting for her sister. She gets to know from the staff that she didn’t come home the last night. “Ishu….Where were you?” She asked looking at her entrance. “There was a complicated surgery. It took more time than I expected” She lied while sitting on the sofa. “Did you cried? Your eyes look swollen” She asked worriedly. “No, I guess it’s just lack of sleep” She lied. “Ani, I am going to my room. Go and eat.” She said moving upstairs. She wants to tell her about last night incident but she is tired. She maybe gets more worried if she gets to know about this, so, she decided to keep this to herself. She moves toward the dining table for her breakfast. It feels haunting to do it alone. She was missing Ishu terribly.

Anika was sketching again on another sketchbook as she knows that her previous designs get wet. There is no use of getting them back. Suddenly her phone start ringing and she see an unknown number flashing on the screen. “Yes?” She asked after receiving the call. “It’s Shivay, whom you saved,” He told like that she won’t recognise if he tells his name. “You left your note here. If you can meet up for taking it back….” He tried to say but she interrupts him in between. “I don’t need it now. You can keep it or throw it away” She said. “I need to say thanks too,” He said. “Fine, you send the address. I will come but not today. My sister is not well, let’s meet tomorrow ” She said after cutting the call.

Next day, Anika was busy in completing her assignments. This is so unfair to sketch her design again after so much hard work. Though Shivay said to return her note today she knew it is of no use. These are not things which made her worried, she is worried over Ishu. She seems lost, she even doesn’t go on her duty today. She rarely missed hospital, but something was off. She neither chuckle on her antics neither scold her. Anika thinks to ask but it seems more difficult as she never going to tell. That’s how sometimes she ends up feeling terrible, her sister solves her all problems but never share about hers. She needs to understand that she was not a child anymore who needs to be pampered. She is grown up and can face her own problems. She is actually longing to face difficulties. These people made her so cautious that she can’t even look at her problems. She closed her eyes and start stamping pencil on the table. The sound gives her a weird type of sensation. She kept the pencil in between the pages of her and move toward Drishya’s room.

“Ishu…You okay?” She asked after knocking on the door. “Yes….you don’t need to be so worried” Drishya replied with a smile as soon she opens the door. The thing which Anika hate most about her sister is this fake smile, even a blind person call tell the difference between a genuine smile and fake ones. She is trying to make her fool here but she never interrupts her. Everyone has their own method of dealing, maybe she likes to be pretended to okay. Same like how she ends up crying and missing her mother whenever she feels sad.

Her mother was the only person which she longs for, this was the only flaw in her perfectly planned life. Little did she knew how many storms this perfect life going to bring inside her head in future. “Your eyes are still red…Do you need some ice?” She asked after coming out of her thoughts. “No, it is fine. It took little time to be normal” Drishya replied. “You want to go out…..We both have time today” Anika asked while she shook her head negatively. “Ani, I don’t have mood today. You can go ahead” She refused while she nods her head before walking out. Drishya closed the door and sighed in relief. She slides curtains and saw the remarks on board, the last night she was busy on this. This was not dedication neither concentration, it was the madness of revenge. She highlights two words on board who are necessary to take control of Maya in Shivay’s mind – intimidation and emotions. If she wants to take Maya’s place, she doesn’t have to be just pretending like her but has to feel emotions like her.

It was evening, Anika sees the sunset from her window and sighed. She felt alone, she gets to know that Drishya is someone really important to her. She just detached herself for one day and she ends up feeling this much miserable. She notices the time and starts getting ready. “Ani, Are you going somewhere?” Drishya stops her as she turned and saw her in the kitchen. “Yes, going to met a friend” She replied with a smile. Though she always feels irritating because of her involvement, today she felt happy about it. She always wants to nag on her that she needs to stop her interference but she starts missing it in just one day.

“Be careful and Take care” She said while Anika smile in response. “You need rest too. I prepared an ice bag for you. Just apply it under your eyes. You are looking like a Koala with those deep and swollen eyes” She said and they both giggled. Anika smile after coming outside, at last, she gets successful in making her sister smile. She was naive, pure and kind, she can’t bear sadness in anyone’s eyes. She often smiles and tries to make others too. This was one of the most charming qualities of her.

She hires a cab and reaches the cafe. She looks around to find him. “Hello..” She said to him as he turned toward her. “Here is your sketchbook,” He said while giving her. She actually likes his straightforwardness. “Are you studying fashion too?” He asked while she interrupts. “Can we talk while walking? It’s little awkward to discuss things in between the park while standing ” She suggested while he nods his head. They both start walking together on the pavement. “Yes, I want to be a fashion designer,” She said when he didn’t ask again. “I guess so by your sketchbook” He replied.

“But it gets ruined after drenching,” She said. “Not that much, You are talented though” He replied while she looks at him. “It is nature’s blessing,” She said while sitting on the bench. “Huh?” He asked confusedly. “It’s peaceful nature which inspires me to design. Trees don’t laugh at you unlike people no matter how badly you sketch” She said while he stares her. She signs him to sit while he gets seated on another corner. She chuckled and rolled her eyes. “You know that day I was there because of greenery. I think you were lucky that I was there” She continues telling and he was only listening. “Thanks for saving me,” He said after a pause while she chuckled. “I was cursing you for not saying thanks. You are not that much mean” She said while he looks her cluelessly.

How can someone be so much informal and friendly? She was blunt but he like that bluntness. “I advice you to be in contact with nature. You will find more reasons to smile” She said after reading he don’t smile at all. “Wow….you completed them. Why didn’t you tell me before? I will never sketch design again” She complained. “Your book wasn’t that much drenched that’s why I fixed these designs ” He replied while she smiles. “Actually I want to submit this as an assignment because it is beautiful but it will be cheating on others,” She said with a pout.

“Why? You can submit it” He said while she smiles. “I want to keep it with myself” Shee replied as he shook his head. “I see that you do sign on every sketch,” He said while she turned toward him. “Yes, everyone does ” She replied. “Is there any reason behind the small moon in your sign?” He asked. “Why are you asking?” She asked while he gets tensed. “No, I know someone else who adds small moon with a sign. Normally,  people add hearts that’s why I am asking” He explained. “I don’t know, it was the habit from childhood” She replied while shrugging her shoulder. “I think I need to go,” He said looking at his watch. “Yes, your family must be waiting,” Anika said. “I don’t have a family just a friend” He replied. “Sorry, I don’t want to hurt. I also don’t have my mother” She said. “It’s alright, should I hire a cab for you?” He asked while she nods her head negatively. “No, you don’t need to be that informal. Let’s hope we met again. Goodbye.” She wished before moving while he stare at her.

Swayam look at the ring which is shining like his tears. He was not sad that she broke up with him, but she even didn’t give reason behind it. She should give him a chance to rectify his mistake if he did any. He very well known that his father was the reason but she was not someone who get controlled. When her mind is not allowing him to read her bit of memories, despite the fact that he is hypnotist. How come she will come in the control of anyone else?

Shivay smile while driving his Car unknown to the upcoming storm. Anika seems familiar to him, reminding him of someone. She is lively snd cheery opposite to him. How is it possible that she grew up cheery if he know her? Everyone near to him become depressed and gloomy. As soon he enter his house, he sit on the sofa while holding his head. His head were spinning without any reason. “Are you tensed on anything?” He heard a voice on which he check his surroundings. “Where are you looking?” Drishya snapped her fingers with a smile. He was taken aback as he looks on railing of stairs. “Who are you?” Shivay shout while she chuckled. “Ask from yourself. I am your creation” She said coming down to stairs.

“I am your Maya” She whisper coming close to him on which he hold her neck. “I told you not to make me fool.” He shout while she hold his hand. “You behaved same in childhood too. Do you want to kill your Maya?” She said as tears slipped from her eyes from the choking. His eyes become soft as he slowly remove his hold. She smile seeing him lost, her plan is working. Her intimidation is not working, that much emotions are controlling him. He looks on but she wasn’t there. “Are you looking for me?” She said while he turned and see her sitting on Sofa. “Are you amazed that how can I know about your childhood? I know everything Shivay because I was with you” She convinced him to make him believe. “Stay away from me. Leave me alone” He closed his ears with frustration. “You told me to leave in childhood too. You will become alone if I went from here” She said with alluring smile as she hit the nail on head . Knowing his weakness from before, giving her an advantage. “Just Go from here” He shout closing his eyes. Drishya know that she already created an impact on him which is enough. She hide behind the pillar before he open her eyes. He tries to find her in confusion.

Shivay Singh Oberoi was one of them. The things he wants to do from start, he is not getting enough for it. He wants to become scriptwriter, but every day he gets rejected.  His works are commendable but experience and lack of success come in the way every time. He is still not giving up, he is chasing his dream with the same passion as before. When he didn’t give back then, why would he give up now? Let’s say for a second that he will give up but Is this going to make things better? Is this going to return all the time he keeps chasing his goal?

Working as a part-time in the convenience store, he is stubborn about securing his dream and goal. Being stuck in between dream and reality is tiring but you shouldn’t give up. People keep telling you to try other careers but Are there any guarantee that you get successful? You don’t want to do struggle over that thing which you don’t like. It’s absurd to start a race from starting point when you know that you are in the middle and somehow can reach your goal. He recently shifted to this small apartment where he has to adjust many things. Taking out all the necessary things, he starts adjusting in that room of one bed and a closet. There is a table with a small lamp in a corner. He keeps clothes in the cupboard and adjusts his note on the table. 

It was a small room but he found it peaceful in that dim light. It was perfect for writing scripts. Before he proceeds, he heard a loud thud from the room next to him because the wall was joined. He ignores it and sat in a table for writing script. He looks toward the sky from a small window, Most night skies are the darkest of greys but this one was pure black. It was like someone shut off the stars and moon. He took out a pen and start writing words in a flow on white paper under the yellow light of the the illuminating lamp. He was concentrating but again get disturbed by the voices next to his room. 

“Sahil, You are dead today” Anika shout while running behind him. “Anika di, I swear I didn’t spend money profusely,” Sahil said dodging from her sister’s ultimate weapon that is ‘Chameli’. “I earn money with hard work for that you can spend on your friends, ” She asked keeping both of hands on her waist. “Anika di, It was etiquette to pay for a girl,” He said shyly on which she widens her eyes. “What? Is this any age of making a girlfriend. You get spoiled so much” Anika said holding his ears. “It’s paining…” Sahil cried while looking at her.

“I didn’t even date anyone in my whole life and here you are making girlfriends at this young age,” She asked twisting his ears more. “Why didn’t you date? I was waiting for you to bring Jiju so you both can pamper me. I think I should search Jiju by own” Sahil said smiling cheekily on which she patted his head. “Stop showing me your teeth,” Anika said rolling her eyes. Shivay leans his head on the chair as all sound was clearly heard from the next room. He chuckled listening to their childish argument. It had been years when he last smile. As the sound stop, he starts working on his script. 

Shivay opens his eyes hearing some sound. He opens the door of his room and found everyone gathered near to his door. “What happen?” Shivay asked one of them. “Someone gets fainted at the room next to you” He replied. Shivay immediately moves and shocked to see a boy lying on the floor. “Where is his sister?” Shivay heard one of them as he looks around to find her. “Sahil….” Anika shout while running past to him. “What happen to you suddenly?” She patted his cheek slowly.

The groceries on her hand fall down at entrance only. She tried to keep his head in her lap. Shivay looked around but no one was helping her. He just heard her voice last night but he didn’t expect to meet her like this. “Let’s go to the hospital,” Shivay said to her while  picking up Sahil. She looked toward unfamiliar face standing in front. She immediately nods her head and locked the door. She glared everyone who was gathered there for entertainment. They didn’t even have any idea about her situation. 

Shivay passed the water bottle to her while sitting beside. He didn’t had any idea why he is doing all these? He was not attracted to her, maybe he finds her relatable to his condition. “Who are you? I didn’t see you before in building” She asked staring at the emergency ward. “I am Shivay. I got shifted yesterday only” Shivay replied on which she slightly nods her head. “Was your brother sick?” He asked while she glances him. “No, He has a problem in his leg only” She replied while waiting. “What happen to my brother?” Anika asked without wasting a second when doctor come outside. “He takes overdose because of pain. He needs surgery or else his one leg get damaged” He replied making her worried. “Yes, but how is he now?” She asked. “He is alright for now” He replied moving from there. “Thank you for helping today. You can go now ” Anika said to Shivay and walked inside the ward while he keeps standing there. 

Her life was full of troubles.  Taking responsibility of a child when she herself was not an adult is not easy. Paying for his medical bills and rent is the most worrying thing for her. The company where she works as an employee is in loan and bankrupt, they didn’t give a full salary from the past few months. But she doesn’t want to leave it as there is no chance that she will get another job. She calculates her savings while caressing his hairs. 

On next day, she went to a convenience store near to the building. “Pack these things,” She said while keeping noodles packets on the counter. She gets shocked as she looks upward. “You…here” She said surprisingly. “Yes, I work here. I need to join from yesterday but I missed it” Shivay replied. “Wait….” He said as she starts leaving after paying. “This is for Sahil,” He said giving her chocolate on which she raises her eyebrow. “Why? I can afford that” She sounds offended. “I didn’t mean that. He made me smile with his childish argument, it’s a return gift” He said with a smile. “He doesn’t need it” She refused and leave while he keeps staring her. 

Anika sees him coming as she returned from her job. Shivay smiles and moves toward his room. She knocked the door while Sahil opens it. “Why did you took so much time for opening it? ” Anika asked while keeping her bag on the table. “I was eating” He replied. “I went preparing for lunch only. Didn’t you eat it at time?” She asked turning toward him and see a chocolate wrapper in his hand. “Who brought you this?” She asked sternly. “Mr SSO who recently shift to the room next to us” He replied cheekily. “I told you not to take things from strangers. You should tell me if you want it” She said while he pouts. “He told me that he accompany to hospital, so he is no stranger,” He said while she sighed. 

“How dare you to give chocolate to my brother when I told you not to do? Are we looking beggars to you?” Anika shout stamping her hand on the counter of the store while he gets shocked. “Are you here to pick up a fight with me?” He asked slowly looking toward other customers. “Yes,” She said bluntly. “It’s not right place though” He replied while she glared him. He followed her till outside while she looks him irritatingly. “What was that?” She asked him. “It’s a matter between me and Sahil. How is he doing?” He asked while she rolled her eyes. “He is good,” She said moving toward the building while he sighed.

This become daily routine to see her brother and Shivay talking with each other when she comes back in the evening. She often finds Sahil on his store where they both are giggling. She didn’t know but she was happy that Sahil found a friend in him. He feels lonely as she is away for the whole time. “Anika di” Sahil shout while showing his hand from the glass window of the store. Anika immediately covers up her smile with an expressionless face as she finds them both coming outside.

“We are going to the nearby fair. Come with us” Sahil request with shining eyes which she never resists. Shivay notices her from the past month, she doesn’t get involved much despite the fact that he is interested in her. There is nothing much to say how he got feelings for her, maybe because she was practical. From the start, all the people around him keep involving and messing with his life, but she doesn’t like to interfere.

“You are coming…” Shivay asked while she turns toward her and nods her head. As they reached, they witness a huge crowd of people itself at the entry. It was all colourful decorated with lights. There are different type of ride and stalls in each corner. Sahil joined one of a ride and enjoy. Anika stares at colourful lights shining around. Shivay looks toward her, her face was glowing and skin start illuminating under the lights. Her eyes were shining and that charming smile which he rarely sees on her face. When he notices her from this much close, she looks ethereal. She was enough charismatic to make anyone’s heart skip a beat. Anika turned toward him on realising his gaze. She looks in his eyes which shows admiration for her. She lowered her gaze and move toward Sahil. 

Sahil was very tired while running to stalls and riding rides. He was feeling sleepy and that’s why he falls on the bed as he reached the house. Anika remove his shoes and covered him with a blanket. Before she closes the door, Shivay stops her. “I want to talk about something,” He said on which she comes outside after locking the door. They both walked down the streets while she was waiting for him to start the conversation. “I like you,” He said making her steps freeze. “What did you say?” She asked in disbelief. “I have feelings for you” He replied but she interrupts. “Stop it already, I don’t feel same toward you,” She said cutting him. “You are lying, I can see in your eyes,” He said while holding her wrist. “Leave my hand, it is not possible to be together ” She shouts jerking his hand away.

“Anika, Please talk to me once. Let’s clear it” He said from behind. “What do you wanna hear? Let’s get married and live happily after. This is what you expected with me.” She said as he becomes numb. “Do you know how much I faced in just taking care of Sahil? How we will going to live in this poverty? Have you lost your mind?” She asked. “Love is enough” He replied while she shook her head. “No, Love is not the same for everyone. For people like us who struggle for daily needs, love is just like a hell” She replied while crying.

“People demand extra rent for a window room. Even the sun can’t share fairly for us” She shouted. “If we will be together, we can fight from it. This phase will get over soon. Things might not be working today but it didn’t mean I am a loser” He said holding from her shoulder. “Soon? How long this ‘soon’ will take? I thought that it will end in some years but it’s going for a while. Living in that suffocating room and then the thought that you are next to me is horrible. It’s terrible because I didn’t want you to lose yourself while taking my responsibility.” She said as he looks on.

“I am afraid that our love is going to suffer in between. I never wanted to fall for someone who has no idea of the future, who struggle the same as me every day. I wanted to be with a rich man so that my troubles get ended. This is me, a materialistic person. Do you think you could love me now?” She said as tears rolled down from her eyes. “Yes, because you are the only one I wished.  I don’t want to lose you. Do you know how hard it was for me to get this point where I can confess to you?” He said wiping her tears. “You are insane. You know we are useless like trash to this society. Aren’t we? Before we get more attached to each other, let’s end it here” She said and turned to go.

“I am also scared that it will take five years or more than that to make everything normal. But I am more scared of losing you. Why are we trash? I did write every day which I like, I keep dreaming of a woman I like. I am anxious that I will give up in between but I am holding it still. I have been doing it along for so long but now I want to do it together.” He said and move toward building leaving her there. 

Anika wipes her tears snd walked inside her room. This heartache is breaking her from inside. She stops sobbing as she saw Sahil sleeping peacefully. She moves toward the table and finds notes titled ‘The woman I like’. She picks up the small chit beside the note. “I think you are the strongest character I have ever imagined. Your fight with society inspires me to write this script about you. Sahil maybe doesn’t understand now, but when he will grow up, he will definitely going to be proud of you ” She read a small note and name of Shivay at last. Tears flow like a stream from her eyes as she starts the reading script. Does he describe everything which she had gone through? But how did he get to know all about this? Then she looks toward Sahil and sighed. 

Anika moves toward the wall and sits beside it after keeping script on the table. She slightly knocks on the wall. “Can you hear me?” She asked him. Shivay also sits there, leaning his head on the wall. “Are you listening to me? Sorry, I have no courage to tell you that I like you too. I want to be together with you.” She cried while Shivay sighed. “I don’t know when things become this much hard but I was scared that I will lose you, same like I lose everything which I love. I am tired, Will you struggle together with me?” She asked closing her eyes. It felt like they are near to each other. “Don’t cry. It hurts” He replied making her smile.  

This is originally written for a sad ending but I know that you guys will shoot me if I pulled this stunt again. Here is a not so open ending for you . Please don’t ask for continuation until I completed ‘The fake Snow White’.

EPISODE 55

AT NIGHT,

KALYANI SADAN,

Om was walking back to his room, he was happy thinking about the talks he had heard between Sakshi and Dadi, he was lost in thinking that he didn’t notice Shivaay, who was coming from the opposite side and they bumped into each other, as Shivaay was as always busy with his phone, they came out of their thoughts and looked at each other,

Shivaay: Om, you here…. I thought you were already asleep….
Omkara: I was going to sleep…. But then I thought to talk to Dadi for some time…. I went to her room…. (He tells Shivaay about Dadi and Sakshi’s convo)…. I am so happy that Sakshi is getting what she had lost….
Shivaay: This is great Om…. I am happy that Sakshi has become a part of the family so soon…. You know after Prinku went to her house, we always missed her so much…. But now that we have Sakshi, the house fills lively again….
Omkara: You are right Shivaay…. I don’t know why I couldn’t understand all this earlier…. If I had then so much wouldn’t have happened only….
Shivaay: Om, don’t think about all that now…. Everything is fine now….
Omkara: Shivaay, how could everyone forgive me so easily…. I thought everyone would be upset with me….
Shivaay: C’mon Om…. We are a family…. We can be upset with each other but not forever hold it against each other…. Honestly speaking I was the only one who was upset with you for the longest time but then when I saw you in front of me again after three years…. Nothing else mattered to me than having my brother back….
Omkara: But you still showed me your tadi….

Shivaay glared at Om and Om knew he had to escape from Shivaay, Om started running and Shivaay followed him, they were running in the living room, Shivaay was shouting for Om to stop, and Om was teasing Shivaay, they both had forgotten that it was midnight and that their family members were sleeping, they were busy in their chase, throwing cushions at each other, hearing noises from the living room, one by one everyone came down to the living room, and all were shocked to see the scene in front of each other, Shivaay and Om were chasing each other like kids, all looked at each other to confirm that they weren’t dreaming, finally Rudra spoke,

Rudra: Bhaiya…. O…. What are you both doing?

Shivaay and Om stopped at their places, and looked at the family members who were giving them shocked and confused looks, then Shivaay and Om looked at each other and burst into laughter, they both were laughing and landed on the sofa near them, now the family members were going to go mad, finally composing themselves Shivaay spoke,

Shivaay: Nothing…. We were just having some fun….
Omkara: Yeah…. Nothing more….
Anika: Have you both lost your mind…. In the middle of night, when your family is sleeping peacefully…. You both are shouting and running in the house….
Gauri: And you are calling it fun…. I think Bhaiya, you and Om need a doctor…. This is not fun…. And you have messed the entire living room….

ShivKara smile at each other hearing their wives. The elders were happy seeing them.

Rudra: Not fair, you both were having fun and none of you bothered to call me…. Even I wanted to have fun….

Saying so Aniruddh and Arjun walked to Rudra, they smiled at him and Rudra smiled back,

All others smiled seeing the situation become normal again.

Dadi: Acha bas…. Now go and sleep…. It is already too late….

They all nodded and went to their respective rooms.

Shivaay (thinking): Oh God where I am stuck…. Kaise pagal log hai yaha…. Earlier only Anika and Rudra were there, but now more have joined their team…. (He said looking at the others)…. I don’t what weird idea they will come up with…. Only God can keep Om safe from them….
Rudra: I have an idea….
Priyanka: What Rudra Bhaiya….
Rudra: We will buy all flight and train tickets to Shillong…. And then O won’t be able to get any bookings….

All looked at him as if he needed some serious treatment,

Soumya: Rudra, have you lost it…. Do you want to make the family bankrupt?
Shivaay (thinking): At least someone is sensible here….
Rudra: Sumo yaar….
Anika: No Rudra, this idea won’t work…. It is practically impossible to do this….
Shivaay: Guys, you really think we have to do all this…. I mean let Om decide on his own….
Sonakshi: No Shivaay Bhaiya, we cannot wholly depend on Om to decide…. We need a plan….
Sakshi: Sona is right…. Don’t know what Bhaiya may decide…. We need a plan….

Ishana: But then what will we do…. I mean in the time I have known Om…. We need something really solid to change Om’s mind….

Shivaay: Guys, we’ll think about the person also…. But I think we should think about Dadi’s birthday also…. We have only three days for the preparations….
Soumya: Yes, Bade Bhaiya is right…. We have to do many arrangements for the birthday party also….
Ahana: Let us divide work amongst ourselves about who will arrange what….

Shivaay felt relieved that finally the discussion topic changed, they were discussing about the birthday party, but he was still going to go mad hearing the crazy ideas his family had to celebrate birthdays also, but to his luck Khanna came there and Shivaay went to attend an important matter.

Shivaay: What has happened Khanna…. You seem worried about something?
Khanna: Sir, wo someone has got bail for Kaveri…. She was released two days back…. I got to know it from our sources some time before…. I came here to tell you, we need to be very careful….
Shivaay: What…. How can this happen…. Who can get bail for her? Did you find the person who did this and earned Shivaay Singh Oberoi’s enmity?
Khanna: Sir…. The person is none other than Roop ma’am….

A man was sleeping.his phone rang.
He murmured:Oh why this alarm so early?
The phone kept ringing.He came back to senses and woke up from the bed.
He is Aditya Hooda.
He:Oh..this is my phone,not the alarm.
He looked at the phone.Seeing the name on the phone screen his face blossomed.
He:Zoya!
He attended the call.
Adi:Zoya!
Zoya:Aditya…I want to meet you.
Adi:What?You want to meet me?But how is it possible?
Zoya:I left Hyderabad.I am in Mumbai now.

Aditya was surprised:Really?
Zoya:Ya.
Adi:But why did you leave Hyderabad?
Zoya:I will tell you everything when we meet.I will message you the place.
Adi:Ok.
After the call got disconnected Aditya got excited.
Aditya: I want to share this news.Without you both what happiness do I have?
He looked at a photograph.It was the photograph of childhood days..with his best friends Omkara and Prerna.

Omkara’s parents Tej and Jhanvi were having food.

Om smiled.
Noor:I always envy you Omkaraji.I always wished to paint like you.But I could never do that.Whenever I try to paint it turns out to be a huge disaster.

Om:Even I envy you Noorji.I can never do maths like you.
They both giggled.
Om:At least you encourage me to do paintings.You inspire me to make more paintings.
Noor smiled.
Om:But my dad hates me for choosing field of art work.He wants me to do only business which I can’t.

Noor became upset seeing him upset:Don’t say that your dad hates you.

He loves you,it’s just that he hates your profession.But don’t worry.One day he will understand you.
Om:When I speak to you I get positive energy.
Noor smiled.

Prerna’s parents Rakesh and Veena have called Aditya and Omkara home.
Veena:The astrologer says that if Prerna does’nt get married now her wedding will take place only when she is 32 years old.
Prerna:I will get married only after 32.
Veena:See how she is talking.She cannot understand the situation.
Rakesh:Aditya…Omkara..you both are Prerna’s best friends.Only you both can convince her.Please make her agree.She has got a good marriage alliance.They want to come and meet her.At least ask her to meet the boy.If she does’nt like him we won’t force her to marry him.We will bring better proposals for her.

All of them were gathered in the living room, even the elders, Om and Arjun had returned from their works, Shivaay had called everyone, they were talking to each other as to why Shivaay had called everyone,

Anika: Shivaay, what has happened that you have called a family meeting now?
Shivaay: There is something very important that I have to tell you all…. I’ll tell you all but let Ranveer come….
Ranveer: I am here Shivaay…. (He said entering the living room)….

Ranveer sat down near Rudra,

Aniruddh: What has happened guys…. Shivaay and Ranveer, you both seem worried….
Shivaay: Actually, two days back Kaveri has got bail…. (All are shocked hearing this)….
Shekhar: Kaveri got bail…. But how is that possible? Who can bail her out?
Pinky: OMM…. That woman got bail…. Who can help her?
Arjun: Shivaay, who got bail for Kaveri?
Shivaay: Roop bua…. (All of them are more shocked than before)….
Tej: Roop…. Why doesn’t she let us live in peace…. We need to talk to her before she does anything to harm anyone us….
Shakti: Bhaisab is right…. If Roop has done this, she won’t keep quiet…. We cannot let her harm our family at any cost….
Omkara: Don’t worry Chote papa…. We all are together and Roop bua or anyone cannot harm us….
Dadi: God…. Give some mind to Roop that she stops plotting against her own family…. What has happened that she is doing all this again and again….
Sumitra: Don’t worry Maa…. We are all together…. Nothing wrong will happen….
Ranveer: Yes Dadi, you don’t worry, we all are there together in this….
Shivaay: We have to be very careful…. I have increased the security and I know Khanna will manage everything…. But still we all also have to be careful…. No one will go anywhere alone….
Anika: Shivaay, don’t worry none of us will go anywhere alone…. We’ll always accompany each other….
Ishana: Haa Shivaay Bhaiya, don’t take tension…. We all will be with each other….
Vikrant: I think Ranveer, you all should also stay with us only…. If we all are together, it would be better….

They were talking sitting in the living room, after some time all had their lunch and returned to their rooms. Priveer and Devakshi went to get their belongings needed for their stay from Priveer’s house.

TEJ-JANHVI’S ROOM,

Janhvi: Tej I don’t know why but from the time I have heard about Roop and Kaveri being together…. I am feeling that something bad is going to happen…. I don’t know what will happen….
Tej: Janhvi, don’t worry…. I am there naa, I won’t let anything bad happen in our life and with our family….

They were talking when Pinky and Shakti also come there and hear what Janhvi said,

Pinky: OMM…. Jethani ji…. You don’t take tension only…. Remember all our children are with us….

Tej and Janhvi see Pinky and Shakti and smile at what Pinky said,

Shakti: Haa Bhabhi…. You don’t worry so much, otherwise it’ll affect your health….
Janhvi: You all are right but still thodi chinta toh hogi naa….
Pinky: Don’t worry Jethani ji and even if they come here and we all will do their OMM together….

Janhvi smiles hearing Pinky and Tej feels relieved that finally Janhvi smiled.

EVENING,

All of them were sitting in the lounge enjoying the tea and snacks that IshRi had made, both Ishana and Gauri had not got this chance to cook for their entire family even once after their marriage, so they thought to do it today, everyone was happy and praised their cooking. After some time, the elders retired to their rooms.

Anika: We have a lot of work for Dadi’s birthday….
Ahana: You are right Anika…. We have to call the decorators tomorrow only to start the work….
Ishana: And also we have to decide the menu so that we can finalize the caterer….
Vikrant: And also we have to send invites also by tomorrow evening….
Omkara: I think we should plan a surprise for Dadi…. Something special for her….
Arjun: Om is right…. Party and all is good but something special only for her….
Priyanka: I have an idea…. (She tells them her idea and all nod happily)….
Sonakshi: This is an awesome idea Prinku…. Dadi will love it….

They discuss for some more time and then go to their respective works.

AT NIGHT,

NEAR THE POOLSIDE,

Om was standing near the poolside lost in his thoughts…. The pool reminded him of the pool back at Oberoi Mansion…. That was the place where he would sit with his brothers leaving behind all his worries…. That place held so many memories from their childhood to the day he had left his home…. After he left his home and his family behind, he had thought he wouldn’t meet them ever again…. He was so adamant that he would never meet them that he didn’t leave Shillong even for a single day…. He thought that if he arrested himself in that city, miles away from home, he would be away from them…. But they weren’t away from his memories, and he missed them every single day when he was staying there…. Many a times he made up his mind to go back to Mumbai but then something in his heart and mind stopped him…. He was being so selfish that he didn’t think that his decision would not only affect his life but all those lives that were related to his….

Om was brought out of his thoughts by a hand on his shoulder, and he looked to his side to see his best friend smiling at him,

Omkara: Ranveer, you should take rest…. You have been working since morning….
Ranveer: Nahi yaar Om…. You know naa whenever I have an important case to solve or handle, I don’t get sleep….
Omkara: Of course I remember…. How can I forget how you used to disturb Shivaay and me from our peaceful sleeps whenever you couldn’t sleep…. Sometimes even Karan had to sacrifice his sleep for you….
Ranveer: So what…. You are my best friends…. I have complete rights on you all….
Omkara: By the way, this reminds me of Karan and Natasha…. How are they?
Ranveer: Both of them are fine…. They got married last year…. We all missed you so much that time….
Omkara: Sorry yaar…. I know I have hurt many people with my decision….

Ranveer’s facial expressions changed to shock and he couldn’t say a word, the phone fell from his hand, the sound of the fallen phone gained Om’s attention and he turned to see Ranveer, Om could easily register that Ranveer was shocked, but this was something that Om had seen for the first time on Ranveer’s face,

Omkara: Ranveer…. (He didn’t respond)…. Ranveer…. (Om jerked him and Ranveer turned to see Om)…. What has happened, you look shocked and worried…. Tell me….
Ranveer: I…. I…. I have to…. I have to go….

Without waiting for Om’s reaction, Ranveer picked his phone and left from there.

Omkara: Something is definitely wrong…. Ranveer has never behaved like this before…. Whatever it is even if work related, he has never been so worried…. I have to talk to him…. But at this time, he won’t tell me anything…. I’ll talk to him tomorrow….

KALYANI SADAN,

Ranveer was sitting in a corner of the mansion…. He sat down as tears filled his eyes…. And for the first time in the past fifteen years he let his tears flow…. He didn’t even try to wipe them as he knew that these tears weren’t going to stop…. The scars that he had kept hidden from the entire world were now bleeding again and he didn’t have the courage to sooth that pain…. He who always stood as the shield for everyone on his missions was so vulnerable today…. The flashes of the past that haunted him were now replaying in his mind…. He couldn’t do anything then and he couldn’t do anything now…. For the entire world he was the brave and fierce ACP Ranveer Singh Randhawa but here at this point of time he was the vulnerable and scared Veer…. Ranveer just buried his head between his legs, covered himself with his arms and cried…. He wished to drain out all his pain…. Not wanting to keep any of the pain inside him anymore….

Finally after about an hour Priyanka broke the hug…. She made Ranveer face her, and gently wiped his tears…. She had many questions in her mind seeing Ranveer’s state but she understood this wasn’t the time to demand answers but the time to be his support…. She very well knew that something major was the reason that led Ranveer to this state…. For the first time in these years had she seen Ranveer so broken and vulnerable…. Keeping aside all her thoughts Priyanka looked at Ranveer with love and concern…. She again wiped the new tears that had filled his eyes….

Priyanka: Ranveer…. Let us go to our room….

Ranveer just nodded and then they both walked to their room…. Priyanka made him sit on the bed…. She brought a glass of water and made him drink it…. Ranveer drank the water and composed himself…. He wiped his final tears…. Priyanka kept the glass on the side table and sat beside him…. She didn’t say anything as she was waiting for him to tell her…. And by looking at his eyes she knew that he would tell her….

Ranveer knew that Priyanka had many questions that he had to answer but he also knew that she wouldn’t voice any of her questions…. She would wait for him to tell her everything on his own…. He had to tell her today…. It was already very late but now he shouldn’t delay further…. He turned and sat facing Priyanka….

Ranveer: Priyanka…. Today I am going to tell you a truth about my life that will change our lives forever….

Priyanka kept her hand on Ranveer’s hand assuring him that she would listen to him patiently and that she trusted him…. Ranveer took a deep breath and started talking….

Ranveer: Priyanka…. My actual name is Ranveer Rana and Siddharth Rana is my step brother…. (He looked at Priyanka to see her reaction but she was calm)…. I was only five years old when dad died in an accident…. Maa was alone and our situation was very bad…. We had nowhere to go…. Dad’s brother had taken all of Dad’s property and we were just thrown out on the roads…. Maa didn’t know where she would take me and Ishika, my sister who was just two years old…. We were walking aimlessly on the road when a car was coming speeding towards us…. Maa was scared and didn’t move…. But before the car could hit us the brakes were applied and it stopped…. And Pradeep Rana got down from the car…. He was concerned and looking at our state he asked if we needed any help…. Maa told him everything and then he took us to his house…. There we met Sid….

Ranveer took a pause and wiped his tears remembering that day…. Priyanka was calm…. She hadn’t said anything so far…. Ranveer looked at her….

Priyanka: Then what had happened Ranveer?

Ranveer: Sid and I were the same age so we bonded very quickly…. Sid had also lost his mother two years ago so he would spend time with Maa…. Even Maa would shower love on
all three of us equally…. We were all happy together…. Maa took care of the house and us…. And Pradeep uncle looked after the business…. Years passed by…. Then one day Sid’s Dadi suggested that Maa and Pradeep uncle get married…. We all were very happy…. Ishika and I got a father and Sid got a mother…. It was a simple court marriage and very confidential family matter…. We all were very happy family but….

Ranveer had new tears remembering that fateful day that changed everything in his life…. Priyanka wiped his tears….

Priyanka: Ranveer…. You don’t have to tell everything today itself…. If it is hurting you…. You need not tell me….

Ranveer: No Priyanka…. Let me tell you everything today…. I have gathered this courage after many years to say the truth….

He took a breath and then continued again,

Ranveer: We never thought it necessary to tell the world about our family…. We were all happy in our little world…. Everything was fine until fifteen years ago…. That day changed everything…. Maa and Mr. Rana were out of town…. Sid and I were busy with exams and were at a friend’s house…. Ishika was alone at home…. Sid and I were busy with studies when I received a call from home…. Sid and I immediately started for home…. When we reached home…. We were shocked and broken seeing the scene in front of us Ishu was lying lifeless in front of us…. Her clothes were torn and there were wounds on her body…. Sid stood rooted at his place but I gathered courage and walked to her…. I checked her breathing and could feel her breathing lightly…. Sid also came out of his state and immediately called the doctor…. The doctor checked Ishu and we….

Priyanka: And what…. What had happened Ranveer…. Tell me….

Ranveer: We were told that someone had raped her…. (Tears flow from Ranveer’s eyes and Priyanka was shocked)…. I was so angry that I swore to God that I’ll kill that person who did this to my Ishu…. When Maa and Mr. Rana got to know they were devastated…. Sid and I tried to find the person but couldn’t…. After few months Mr. Rana, Maa and Sid, all of them asked me to leave finding the culprit…. And that I should look after Ishu and move on…. How could they even think that we should move on…. I had to find the person who had put my sister in that state…. Ishu was full of life but after that day she just became quiet…. Her silence killed me every day…. I couldn’t look at her…. My guilt of not getting justice for my sister didn’t let me stay in peace…. And so I decided that I won’t stop until I find that person and punish him…. I left that house and that family forever…. I had only one aim and that is getting justice for Ishu…. I left Rana Mansion and the Rana surname…. I became Ranveer Singh Randhawa again…. The son of Purab Randhawa…. I missed dad a lot that day…. If he had been there he would have fought for Ishu…. I joined the police force…. And after five years I found my Ishu’s culprit…. And he got the punishment he deserved….

Ranveer took a pause and Priyanka looked at him with love, concern and pride…. She was so proud of her husband and of his love for his sister…. There was a silence for some time…. Both Priyanka and Ranveer needed some time to reflect back on their thoughts…. Then after some time Priyanka spoke….

Priyanka: So how is Ishika now….

Ranveer: I wish Ishu could have lived enough to see her culprit getting punished…. (Priyanka was shocked and tears in her eyes flowed now)…. Ishu died one year after that incident…. Sid asked me to come back home but how I could go there…. How could I go and live my life there and move on…. That place would always remind me of the nightmare Ishu had lived…. I just couldn’t….

Ranveer couldn’t speak further and tears were flowing from his eyes…. Priyanka hugged Ranveer and he hugged her tightly…. She just caressed his hair and let him vent his pain out…. She herself was so much shaken from the revelation without even knowing Ishika…. Then how much would have Ranveer been hurt and broken Ranveer…. She was also the sister of three protective brothers…. She could very well understand how Ranveer was feeling….

After sometime she calmed Ranveer down…. She again made him drink water…. She made him lie on the bed…. Gently caressing his hair…. She started humming a melody…. Ranveer closed his eyes…. Slowly with time he drifted into sleep…. Priyanka kissed his forehead and continued caressing his hair…. Sometime later Priyanka too fell asleep….

NEXT MORNING,

Everyone except Priveer had assembled at the dining table to have breakfast, they all took their seats, and started serving each other breakfast,

Dadi: Where are Prinku and Ranveer…?
Omkara (thinking): I don’t why but I feel something terribly wrong with Ranveer…. I have to talk to him…. Whatever I saw yesterday on his face was something I have never seen in the last twelve years that I have known him….
Anika: Dadi, I’ll go and call them….

Om got up from his chair,

Omkara: Bhabhi, you sit and eat…. I’ll go and get them….

All of them were surprised by Om’s sudden behavior as he walked away.

Janhvi: What has happened to Om now? He looked worried….
Shivaay: Don’t worry Badi Maa…. I’ll talk to him….

Saying so Shivaay also got up from his place and followed Om towards Priveer’s room.

PRIVEER’S ROOM,

Ranveer opened his eyes, he sat on the bed rubbing his eyes, he was Priyanka was getting ready, she saw him and smiled at him,

Priyanka: Good morning Mr. ACP….

Ranveer was surprised by her behavior…. He had thought that after yesterday night’s conversation…. She would be upset and angry that he had hidden such important matter from her and her family….

Ranveer: Priyanka…. Are you fine…. I mean…. After whatever I told you yesterday…. I thought you would be upset and angry that I lied to you….

Priyanka stood up from the seat and walked towards the bed…. She sat in front of him…. Then she took his hand in her hand and looked at him….

Priyanka: Ranveer…. It takes immense courage and strength for a person to share their past and especially the past that haunts you and hurts you…. I know you would have wished to tell me this earlier also but you just couldn’t gather enough courage…. But yesterday you did and then you told me everything…. I am not at all upset or angry as I understand you…. I trust you Ranveer…. And I know if you didn’t tell me a few things then you have reason to do so…. Ranveer…. You are very brave and I am proud of you…. You left everything to get justice for your sister and I am sure wherever Ishika is, she would be happy seeing how much her brother loves her…. Ranveer…. You gathered the courage to revisit the darkest day of your life so that you could tell me everything…. All that matters is that you trusted me to share your pain and that I trust you…. And nothing changes between us…. You were, are and will always be my Ranveer and I was, am and will always be your Priyanka….

Priyanka kissed his forehead and smiled at him…. Ranveer couldn’t express what he felt at that moment…. He never thought that he would get someone like Priyanka in his life…. What good deeds he had done that she was in his life…. Ranveer’s thoughts were broken by the knock on the door…. He looked at the door as Om and Shivaay entered…. Priyanka stood up from her place….

Priyanka: Good morning Bhaiyas…. (She smiled at ShivKara)….
ShivKara: Good morning Prinku…. (They smile back at her)….
Ranveer: Good morning guys…. (He too smiled)….
Shivaay: Good morning yaar…. (Shivaay smiled at Ranveer)….
Omkara: Ranveer, are you okay…. (Om was concerned)….

Shivaay and Priyanka looked surprised at Om’s question, while Ranveer didn’t know what to say,

Shivaay: What has happened to Ranveer…. Om, why are you asking this?

Omkara told about the phone call and how Ranveer was worried and went away.

Shivaay: What has happened Ranveer…. You know naa you can tell us…. We are friends….

Ranveer looked at Priyanka and she just nodded her head.

Priyanka: You guys talk…. I’ll go downstairs….

Priyanka left as she knew that they were friends before and relatives later…. She knew they would handle each other….

Ranveer: Guys sit down…. I need to tell you something really important….

ShivKara nodded and sat down on the couch.

Ranveer began with his talks and told them everything that he had told Priyanka.

AUTHOR’S NOTE: I hope that all Priveer fans will like this episode. I always wished that IB could do some justice to Priveer but that didn’t happen as expected. So thought to write an episode for Priveer.

Prerna:What?
Anurag:I was in a relationship.
Prerna:We all are in relationships with our parents,siblings,cousins and friends.What’s the big deal?You are not the only person who is in a relationship.
Anurag gave her a weird expression.
Anurag:I mean I was in a romantic relationship with a girl.
Prerna was stunned.
Prerna:Oh..ok.Then what happened?
Anurag:We are not together anymore.
Prerna:Why?
Anurag:The destiny separated us.
Prerna:Oh ok.Can I ask you something?
Anurag:Yes.Sure.
Prerna:Are you a virgin?
Anurag was shocked.
Anurag was shocked:What question are you asking?
Prerna:Why?Only a man can ask a woman whether she is a virgin or not when he comes to see the woman with the marriage alliance?
Anurag:But I did not ask you whether you are a virgin or not.
Prerna:Ya..you did’nt ask me.But you are free to ask me.Ask now.

She burst into laughter.
Seeing her laugh unknowingly Anurag also burst into laughter.

Anurag smiled:May be.

She pouted.Anurag suppressed his laughter.

After some time Anurag-Prerna went to the drawing room where everyone was sitting.
Mohini:Onu….what do you say?Ready to marry Prerna?

Rakesh:Prerna…now what do you say?
Anurag:Actually we both decided that.. we need a few more days to take the final decision.
Moloy-Mohini became dull.
Prerna:After all this is marriage.We should think well before jumping into a conclusion.Right?
Veena-Rakesh became dull.

Moloy:Yes..I think the kids are right.We need to give them more time.Let them think well.We will inform the decision soon.

Rakesh:Sure.We will also inform the decision.
They all smiled and bid good-bye.
Veena:Prerna…Anurag is such a nice boy.You can think well.But dont think of rejecting him.
Prerna:Maa…It was his decision to take more days.Dont blame me.
Prerna walked away.

Aditya and Omkara went near Prerna asked her:How is the boy?

Prerna:Very much.He was always getting irritated.

Prerna explained to them about their conversation.
Omkara and Aditya started laughing.

Aditya:You are really crazy.When a boy comes to see the girl with a marriage alliance which girl will ask him to question her virginity?

Prerna:I will ask.Because I am different from others.
Omkara:No wonder Anurag asked for more days to take a final decision.
Prerna:May be.
Aditya:But Prerna..are you sure about this alliance?
Prerna:You both know that I was not mentally prepared to get married.But anyways for my parents I have to get married.Anurag is good.Then why not?
Adiya:But he had a girl friend before.
Omkara:But Anurag said that openly without hiding it from Prerna.

Aditya:But still there was a girl in his life before.He is a second hand.You deserve a one woman man.
Prerna:Then what about you?You also deserve a one man woman.Then why are you loving a girl who has a boy friend ?
Aditya was embarrassed while Omkara laughed.
Omkara:Because love is blind.Right?
Aditya smiled.Soon the trio started laughing.
Prerna:But even though it’s yes from my side I don’t know whether Anurag will agree to marry me.First of all he was annoyed by my behaviour.

Omkara:If he agrees to marry a nut like you he should be awarded something.
Prerna:What?
Prerna started beating him with a pillow.They burst into laughter.

Zoya came back home tired.
Aditya gave her a cup of tea.
Zoya:Thank you so much Aditya.I really need this tea to be fresh.
Adi:I knew that you needed this.Thats why I made this for you.
Zoya:You are a true friend who understands what I want.
He smiled.
Adi:How was your job interview.
Zoya showed him thumbs up.
Adi:Really?Congrats Zoya.
Zoya:You know why I got the job so easily?Because you are my lucky charm.
Adi smiled.
Zoya:By the way did the boy come to see your Prerna?
Adi:Yes.It went quite well.
Zoya:Means the wedding is fixed?
Adi:Not yet.But it may get fixed.That’s what I feel.The boy is very nice.
Zoya:That’s nice.

Adi-Zoya kept chatting and both fell asleep next to each other.

In the morning….

Zoya opened her eyes and got shocked to see Aditya lying close to her.Aditya opened his eyes.He was also shocked.
Adi:Zoya…please dont misunderstand me.I don’t know how I fell asleep next to you.I am sorry.I did’nt intend to..please trust me.
Zoya:Oh come on Aditya.Relax.I told you…I trust you.Even if we both sleep on the same bed you will not touch me in a wrong way.I know that.So don’t worry.
Aditya looked at her emotionally.

Omkara was standing inside the bus as there was no bus.A burqa lady came and stood near him.

Omkara thought:Why this lady is standing near me as if she has no other place to stand?
She looked at him.
Omkara thought:Her eyes look familiar.

Burqa lady tried to tell him something by opening her mouth.
But suddenly the bus reached near the beach.Omkara got down.The burqa lady followed him.

Omkara found it weird.
Om thought:Why is this lady after me?
The burqa lady kept looking at her.

Om:Why are you following me?Why are you staring at me?Who are you?
The burqa lady unveiled her face.

Omkara could not believe his eyes.
Om:Noorji!
Noor:Yes.
Om:Why did’nt you tell me that you are Noor?
Noor:I was going to say that.But before that the bus got stopped and you got down.You thought that I am following you and got scared.You are so filmy.
She chuckled and Omkara was embarrassed.
Noor:By the way why are traveling by bus when you can afford expensive cars?
Om:Though I had all kinds of luxuries my dad never liked me taking brush and paint.I loved making sculptures.But in my dad’s eyes those sculpture did not even have the value of the smallest toys in a shop.I was always frustrated.But even though you are devoid of these luxuries you are so happy.You are enjoying life in simplicity and I realized that human beings can find happiness in simplicity.So I also decided to enjoy an ordinary man’s life.To be frank i am really enjoying my present simple life.
Noor smiled.
Omkara looked at her deeply:You are my role model Noorji.From you I learnt how to make myself happy.
Thank you Noorji.
Noor looked at him in disbelief.A sweet eye lock took place.
They walked along the sand chatting.They made their feet wet in the waves smiling.

He was not able to complete his sentence as his best friends hugged him tightly…. Ranveer was shocked for a moment but soon hugged them back…. Tears flowed from their eyes…. After some time they broke the hug and wiped each other’s tears….

Shivaay: Ranveer, why didn’t you tell us earlier…. We have known each other for years…. We would have helped you…. We would have fought for Ishika….
Omkara: Shivaay is right…. Why didn’t you tell us earlier yaar…. We are best friends…. We would have stood by you in all those hard times….

After the party was over, all the guests left, now it was only family members, they were all seated in the living room,

Omkara: Even we should go back to Shillong….

All except Shivaay are shocked hearing this and stand up from their seats,

Sakshi: But Bhaiya….
Omkara: What Sakshi, I had already told you that we’ll stay till Dadi’s birthday only…. And you all had agreed….
Rudra: O, how can you say this…. I thought after staying with us for so many days, you won’t even think of leaving us….
Soumya: Please BBW Bhaiya, don’t so this….

Pinky: Om…. Why are you doing this…. You know naa we missed you all so much…. Then how can you think of leaving us again….

Saying so Shivaay left the place, he looked at Om once before leaving, all were shocked, Shivaay was smiling seeing everyone’s reactions.

Omkara: Shivaay is right…. You all shouldn’t have kept any hopes…. But one more thing…. This time I am not forcing anyone to come with me…. (He looked at Gauri, Anish and Vikshi)…. If you all want to stay here, you can…. But I am not going to stay here….
Gauri, Anish and Vikshi were shocked, Om also didn’t wait for anyone’s reply and left the place.

Now ShivKara were hiding and waiting for their family’s reaction.

Janhvi: The way Om was behaving from the last few days, I thought I had got my Om back…. But I guess I was living in an illusion world of mine….

He was about to go when Rudra holds his hand, Aniruddh looks surprised at him,

Rudra: Don’t do this Aniruddh Bhaiya…. I know O very well…. He won’t listen to you…. Don’t argue with him…. And please don’t leave my O alone…. You all also go with him….

All are surprised hearing this especially ShivKara; they look at each other with tears.

Tej: Rudra is right…. Om won’t change his mind…. But you all please don’t leave him alone, always be with him….

All were sitting dejected, none of them knew how to console the other, they were all sitting lost in their thoughts, seeing their family’s condition ShivKara thought to go
and tell everyone the truth.

Shivaay and Om walk down to the living room, all look at them, and they walk and stand in the center near the stairs,

Shivaay: Why are you all still sitting here like this…?
Rudra: So what should we do Bhaiya…? Celebrate that once again O is leaving us….
Shivaay: Waise celebration is not a bad idea…. Celebrate toh karna hi padega naa….

All were looking at Shivaay as if he has lost his mind,

Anika: Shivaay, I think you have gone mad…. What are you saying…. Celebration….
Omkara: Haa Bhabhi, we have to celebrate…. Shivaay is right….

Now all were looking at Om with the same expressions,

Pinky: OMM…. Looks like both the brothers have gone mad….

ShivKara look at each other and smiles, others are looking at them confused,

Dev: Okay guys, will you both tell us what reason we have to celebrate….
Vikrant: And why are you both smiling like this….
Shakti: I am feeling that you both are hiding something from us….
Shivaay: Om, I think we should tell them now….
Omkara: Right Shivaay…. We have to tell them before they ask any other questions….
Soumya: Bhaiyas…. Will you both stop talking to each other and tell us something….
Shivaay: Okay…. So we have to celebrate because our family is complete after three years….

All were giving him various looks, some happy, some shocked, some confused and some just had tears.

Omkara: C’mon guys won’t you all celebrate our return in the family….

Now all were on cloud nine of happiness.

Rudra: O…. (And he hugged Om and Shivaay tightly)….

There Obro hug after three years…. How complete they felt in each other’s embrace…. All feel emotional seeing the brothers….

Priyanka: You three always forget me….

The Obros look at their baby sister and immediately pull her into the hug.
Aniruddh hugs Arjun and Sonakshi.
Ishana and Gauri also hug Ranveer.
Anika hugs Soumya, Ahana hugs Sakshi and Vikrant hugs Dev.

All elders smile seeing their children together.

After some time, Om hugs Tej, Janhvi, Pinky, Shakti and Dadi, he then takes their blessings, after that he moved to Shekhar and Sumitra and hug them after taking their blessings.

Om sits in front of Janhvi,

Omkara: I am sorry Mom…. If I have hurt someone the most it is you…. I was being selfish that I didn’t even for once think about how you felt…. I could only see my pain and didn’t bother to look at your pain…. I am a very bad son…. Mom…. I have hurt you a lot….
Janhvi: Dare you say that you are a bad son…. My son is not bad at all, he is the best…. (Saying so she kissed Om’s forehead)….
Rudra: I always knew Mom loves O more than me…. (All look at him with “He-will-never-change” wala look and smile)….
Pinky: So what Rudra…. Your Choti Maa loves you the most….

Rudra smiled and hugged her and showed his tongue to Om, who rolled his eyes at his brother’s antics.

All were very happy to be back together as one big family.

Anika: So Shivaay you knew that Om was not going to go….
Shivaay: Of course, in fact we had planned all this in Haridwar only….
Omkara: We wanted to give you all a surprise…. And a very special gift for Dadi….

Saying so he again hugs Dadi.

A man enters the villa; three ladies are sitting in the living room, they are all chatting and laughing,

Lady1: This was expected from them…. They all are emotional fools….
Lady3: We all have nothing to worry…. Because our main plan will destroy everything….

The four of them look at each other and smile evilly.

Another man enters the scene,

KALYANI SADAN,

It was no regular day today at Kalyani Sadan and why would it be…. Today was a special day…. Their family was complete in true sense and they were all happy…. Dadi was sitting at her seat and smiling seeing her entire family having breakfast…. How her children and grandchildren were teasing each other, laughing and smiling at each other’s antics…. This was the day Dadi had always wished to see…. They were not two families staying together in this mansion because of any circumstances but one big family living together in their home because they loved and cared for each other….

After their breakfast, one by one all leave for their respective works.

But who knew that this day was going to be one of the worst days of their lives…. They all were unaware of the storm that was going to hit them and leave them devastated…. That their happiness was going to turn into sadness….

FEW HOURS LATER,

ST. STEPHEN’S HOSPITAL,

Everyone was sitting dejected in the hospital corridor…. Shivaay and Arjun were doing the hospital formalities…. Anika and Ahana were sitting with Pinky, Janhvi and
Sumitra…. Shakti was consoling Dadi…. Tej was supporting his friend Shekhar…. Sakshi was crying hugging Vikrant…. Dev was comforting Sonakshi…. Rudra was crying and Soumya was explaining him…. Gauri was sitting with Priyanka….

And away from all was Aniruddh…. He was sitting on the bench as a lifeless body…. He was staring blankly at the door of the operation theatre…. His heartbeat, his lifeline was inside that room…. His Ishana was fighting for her life…. Omkara couldn’t see his brother’s state…. They were all sitting praying to God to keep Ishana safe….

Vikram and others enter the corridor…. They were in tears seeing the condition of others…. Omkara looked at them as tears flowed from his eyes….

Yash: Where is Ishu…? How is she?
Omkara: Natasha and Karan are operating…. We have to wait for them to inform us….
Vikram: Ishu….

Vikram sat down with Yash sitting beside him…. Vidhi sat with Meera…. Ranveer came with Siddharth and Mallika….
Mallika sat down with Priyanka…. Siddharth and Ranveer walked to Omkara….

Siddharth: How is Ishana…?
Omkara: The doctors are treating her…. We have to wait for them to say something….
Ranveer: I have already lost my Ishu once…. I don’t want to lose her once again….

He had tears and Siddharth consoled him….

Shivaay and Arjun also come there…. All were sitting outside waiting for Natasha and Karan…. Hours had passed and they were waiting for one news that there Ishu is fine….

After few hours, Natasha and Karan walked out from the operation theatre…. All got up from their places and were waiting for them to speak….

Gauri: Natasha…. Karan…. How is Ishana…? She is fine naa….

Natasha and Karan looked at each other….

Vikram: Bolo beta…. How is my Ishu?
Karan: We have removed the bullet…. She is out of danger…. (All others relaxed and thanked God)…. But….

All looked at him worried…. His incomplete sentence made them worried…. Aniruddh came forward and looked at Karan…. Karan looked at him….

Aniruddh: But what Karan, what has happened…. Tell me…. How is my Ishana…?
Natasha: The injury on her head resulted in internal bleeding…. We have treated the wound…. But we don’t know when Ishana will wake up…. It may take few hours or days or even months…. She is in a coma and we don’t know when she’ll gain consciousness….

As soon as Natasha finished her statement, the entire family was taken aback…. None of them knew how to react….

Karan: We can only pray to God that Ishana wakes up soon…. We’ll shift her to a special ward, and then you all can see her….
Natasha: Please don’t take stress and be strong…. I am sure Ishana will wake up soon….

Saying so Karan and Natasha left towards their cabin….

Aniruddh sat down on the floor…. Tears that he had kept locked inside were now flowing non-stop…. All the moments he had spent with Ishana replayed in his minds…. Their first meet at the temple…. How he had seen her dancing with the kids…. Their meet at Gauri’s house…. Their talk in the rain…. Their meeting in Om’s art gallery…. How she confessed her love for him…. How she supported him when he told her the truth…. How she came with him to the hospital to meet Om…. How she came with him to receive his family at the airport…. How he confessed his love for her…. Their wedding preparations…. Their wedding…. How she was with him always when they were away from their family…. He wanted her to be with him at this moment…. He won’t live without her…. He needed his Ishana….

*FLASHBACK*

Ishana: I just hope that after going back to Mumbai…. We are able to convince Om to stay back…. I really want to stay with everyone….
Aniruddh: Because of Om and me…. You all also had to suffer so much naa…. You all didn’t want to leave Mumbai at all but you all left it because of us….
Ishana: It is true that we didn’t want to leave Mumbai…. But it is also true that we could never leave you two alone….

Ishana kept her hand on Aniruddh’s hand and he looked at her, she smiled and he smiled back,

Aniruddh: Ishana, thank you so much for always being with me…. If you weren’t there I don’t know what I would have done….
Ishana: How could I leave you alone…? I know I was upset with your decision but I always cared for you…. I could never ever think of leaving you alone…. And with the passage of time I have understood that you too missed everybody just like me…. I knew even you wished to go back to Mumbai and stay with everyone…. I could see your pain in your eyes….

Aniruddh hugs Ishana and she hugs him back,

Aniruddh: Ishana…. You are the best thing that has happened to me…. I love you a lot….
Ishana: I love you Aniruddh….

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

Aniruddh: ISHANA….

The family was already worried for Ishana and now seeing Aniruddh’s state, they were all heartbroken…. Arjun immediately hugged Aniruddh and Aniruddh cried his heart out in his elder brother’s embrace….

Aniruddh: Bhai, I want my Ishana…. Bhai, please bring her…. I cannot live without her…. Bhai, please…. She had promised me that she wouldn’t leave me…. Then how can she leave me…. How can she stay away from me…? I want her Bhai…. I want my Ishana….
Arjun: Aniruddh, don’t lose hope…. I know how much you both love each other…. Ishana will not stay away from you…. She will come back…. Your love will bring her back….

All were crying seeing Aniruddh’s state…. They all were sitting dejected feeling helpless….

Ranveer: All this happened because of me…. I am responsible for Ishana’s state….

Saying so Ranveer walked out from there…. Priyanka followed him….

OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL,

Ranveer sat down in the lawn…. Tears flowing from his eyes…. Priyanka came to him and he hugged her….

Ranveer: I already have lost my sister once…. And now again…. Again God is doing the same with me…. Last time I couldn’t save my Ishu…. And this time I am responsible for her state…. I had to be there but Ishana saved me…. And now she is lying there fighting for life…. Aniruddh is devastated…. The family is sad and all this is because of me….
Priyanka: No Ranveer, you didn’t do anything…. No one knew that something like this would happen…. No one had thought that Ishana Bhabhi would be in this state….

She hugged him tightly as he let out his tears….

*FLASHBACK TO FEW HOURS AGO*

KALYANI SADAN,

The elders had gone to the temple…. Shivaay and Arjun were in their respective offices…. Om and Aniruddh had gone to Om’s art gallery…. Ranveer was at the police station…. Rudra and Soumya had gone to his friend’s house…. Devakshi and Vikshi had gone for shopping…. Anika, Ahana, Ishana, Gauri and Priyanka were home….

The girls were having fun chatting with each other when Anika’s phone rang, she picked up the call and was shocked by what the caller said, the phone dropped from her hand, the others got worried,

Gauri: Anika Bhabhi, what has happened…? Who had called?
Anika: Shivaay…. Shivaay…. I have to go….
Priyanka: Bhabhi, what are you saying…. What has happened to Bhaiya?
Ahana: Anika, please relax and tell us exactly what happened?
Anika: It was a call from City Hospital…. They said Shivaay has met with an accident…. We have to go there…. Shivaay, he needs me…. I have to go….

All other girls were also shocked hearing this….

Ishana: Let us go then…. We’ll inform others on the way….

They immediately left the house…. Anika was crying and Ahana was consoling her…. Ishana informed Aniruddh and Om…. Priyanka called Ranveer and Rudra…. Shivaay’s phone was unreachable…. Gauri also informed Vikrant…. Ahana called Arjun…. They all left their works and started moving towards the hospital…. No one informed the elders as they would get worried….

The girls were on their way to the hospital when they saw that the road had been blocked because of some fallen tree branches…. They all got down from the cars to remove those branches…. They were removing the branches when some goons come there and surround them…. The girls looked at them…. They tried their best to resist but failed and the goons kidnapped them….

Aniruddh and Om were the first one to reach City Hospital…. They enquired about Shivaay and found that no one of that name had been admitted…. They were shocked…. Just then Om’s phone rang and he was shocked to see Shivaay calling him…. He picked up the call….

Shivaay: Om, where are you all…. I reached home just now and the entire mansion is empty…. Where has everyone gone?
Omkara: Shivaay, you are at home…. (Aniruddh looked at Om shocked)…. Shivaay…. (He told Shivaay about the phone call Anika had received)….
Shivaay: What, my accident…. Oh God…. This was a trap and…. Anika…. We have to find them….
Omkara: Don’t worry Shivaay, we are coming home…. You wait there and ask Khanna to trace their location….

Aniruddh and Om came out of the hospital when they met Ranveer, Rumya, Devakshi and Vikshi, Om told them the entire matter and they all rushed towards their home.

SOME UNKNOWN PLACE,

Anika, Ahana, Gauri, Ishana and Priyanka were tied to the chairs…. They were thinking of how to escape or inform their family….

Anika: We have to inform the others…. Or find a way to escape from here….
Ishana: You are right Bhabhi…. I am sure this is those women’s work only…. But we cannot let them succeed….
Gauri: But how do we do it…. These men are all over the place….
Ahana: Whatever it is…. Either we escape or find a way to inform our family….
Priyanka: You are right Bhabhi…. We have to find a way….

They were talking with each other when they heard few footsteps coming closer…. They all looked at the people coming and were shocked to see them…. They had expected Kaveri and Roop but others were unexpected and the man standing in the front was new to them…. None of them recognized him….

Kaveri: Welcome you all to your death….

Hearing her girls gave angry looks while the villains laughed.

Anika, Ahana, Gauri, Ishana and Priyanka were tied to the chairs…. They were thinking of how to escape or inform their family….

Anika: We have to inform the others…. Or find a way to escape from here….

One of the two men was Daksh, Anika looked at him angrily and he smirked hearing her,

Anika looked at the unknown man…. She recognized Kaveri, Roop, Svetlana and Daksh but this man was unknown to her and so to the others….

Anika: But who are you….

The man smiled, she looked at him confused….

Man: You all don’t know me but I know you all very well…. Let us keep my identity a secret because I know when he will come, he’ll definitely recognize me….

The girls looked at him confused not understanding who this man was and who was he referring to….

KALYANI SADAN,

Shivaay had asked Khanna to get their location…. The elders and others reached the mansion….

Pinky: What happened to you all…. You all seem worried….
Rudra: Choti maa…. (He tells them about the fake phone call Anika had received)….
Tej: This is definitely that Kaveri and Roop’s plan…. I won’t leave them this time….
Shekhar: But before that we have to find our daughters….

They were talking when Om’s phone rang, he picked up the call and hearing the voice of the other person, his anger raised to an extreme level,

A car reaches the place and Om gets out of the car…. Svetlana sees his from a distance and walks towards him…. Om turns and sees her….

Omkara: Where is Gauri…. Why didn’t you bring her…?
Svetlana: So desperate to see your wife…. (She smiles at him)…. Did you do what I told you to do?
Omkara: Yes…. (He shows her the papers, she comes forward to take it but Om moves back)…. First I’ll get Gauri and then you’ll get the papers….
Svetlana: Don’t try to act smart with me…. Give me the papers and you’ll get your Gauri….
Omkara: And why do you think I’ll trust you…. Bring Gauri here and take the papers….
Svetlana: Okay fine…. (She calls someone)….

After few minutes two goons come with Gauri, Om has tears seeing her and so is the case with Gauri,

Svetlana: Now give me the papers and Gauri is yours….

Omkara forwards the papers, Svetlana checks the papers and signs the goons to free Gauri, Gauri walks to Om and he hugs her,

Svetlana: So happy to see each other…. But for the last time…. (Svetlana points a gun at Gauri)…. I’ll not let you live, you ruined everything for me….
Omkara: I knew that you would never change…. (He comes in front of Gauri)….
Svetlana: I don’t care if you save her…. Today you both will die….

Svetlana was about to shoot but someone shot her hand and the gun fell down from her hand, she turned to see Ranveer and Shivaay….

Shivaay: What did you think, I’ll let my brother walk alone into the danger…. Never….

Two policemen come from Ranveer’s side and arrest Svetlana,

Svetlana: You can arrest me…. But remember the others are way more dangerous and you will definitely lose this time….
Gauri: Bhaiya, we have to save the others…. They all are inside….
Ranveer: We know that Gauri…. But we have to be very careful….

INSIDE THE PLACE (Where the girls have been kept),

Roop: This Svetlana is taking a lot of time….
Man: You are right aunty…. Let me go and check on her….

Saying so the man walked out…. The girls were worried for Gauri and how their family members would come here…. Kaveri and Roop were sitting at a distance…. Daksh was walking around the place…. There was silence and no one was saying anything….

Suddenly a sound was heard, all looked in the direction of the sound,

Daksh: I’ll go and check…. (He went towards the other side to check the sound)….

Anika felt someone near her, she turned back a little and was about to say something when Rudra signed her to stay quiet…. He slowly untied Anika and Ishana while Vikrant untied Ahana and Priyanka…. Ranveer’s police team took care of the other goons…. The six of them got up from their places…. Anika picked up a stick lying near by…. She slowly walked towards Roop and Kaveri who were busy seeing the other side checking upon Daksh…. Anika hit Kaveri’s head and she shouted in pain…. Roop turned to see Anika but before that Ishana too hit her…. The ladies fell down and Priyanka and Ahana tied their hands and legs….

Anika: Now that cheapda Daksh and that man are left….
Rudra: Don’t worry Bhabhi…. Daksh ki khatirdari ke liye Dev Bhaiya and Aniruddh Bhaiya hai….
Ishana: What do you mean Rudra….
Aniruddh: He means this….

They turned towards Aniruddh’s voice…. He walked with an unconscious Daksh followed by Dev…. Ishana hugs Aniruddh who has tears seeing her….

Priyanka: But how did you all know about Daksh…. We thought you all will know only about Kaveri bua and Roop bua….
Vikrant: We were sure that Kaveri bua and Roop bua wouldn’t be alone…. When Om got Svetlana’s call, we knew about her…. But we weren’t sure who else was involved…. That’s when Shivaay remembered Daksh and when Ranveer checked his police records we got to know that even Daksh had been bailed out and that too by Roop bua…. So it was easy to guess that we would meet him here….
Aniruddh: Okay guys, enough discussions here…. We should get out of here before anything else happens….

Ranveer’s team takes Daksh, Kaveri and Roop,

Priyanka: But that unknown man…. We have to catch him also….
Rudra: Don’t worry about him…. We’ll catch him also….

They all walk out of that place…. They were surprised to see the scene outside…. They heard Ranveer talking to that unknown man….

Ranveer: How dare you come in front of me again…. I won’t let you live anymore…. I’ll kill you….

Ranveer walked to Rohan and held his collar…. Others looked on…. Ranveer was about to slap him when Rohan got a slap…. All were shocked and looked at Priyanka who had slapped Rohan….

Ishana was thinking when she noticed Rohan smirking looking somewhere…. She followed his gaze…. And was shocked to see a man standing at a distant, he had pointed a gun and his target was Ranveer…. The man was all ready to pull the trigger…. Ishana was shocked….

Ishana: BHAIYA….

All looked shocked hearing her shout…. But before anyone could understand what was happening…. The man pulled the trigger…. Ishana ran towards Ranveer and the bullet hit her…. Everyone was still for a moment…. Ishana felt the bullet hitting her…. Her eyes closed and she fell down…. As she fell down her head hit a rock nearby…. She was unconscious….

Aniruddh: ISHANA….

Aniruddh ran to her and took her in his arms…. He was trying to wake her up…. Ranveer was shocked and so were the other….

Rohan: Poor girl…. She saved you Ranveer…. And….

Before Rohan could say anything further Rudra punched him hard and he fell to the ground…. Shivaay dialed the number for an ambulance…. Others were sitting near Aniruddh and Ishana….

Anika: Ishana…. Please wake up…. Ishana….
Rudra: Ishana Bhabhi, please wake up naa…. Please….
Aniruddh: Ishana, please Ishana…. Wake up please….

The ambulance came after some time and Aniruddh and Ahana sat with Ishana…. Others followed in their cars…. Meanwhile Siddharth and Ranveer took Rohan and handed him to Ranveer’s team…. And then they too drove towards the hospital…. The families were informed on the way…. All were shocked hearing about Ishana….

OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL,

Ranveer: If anything happens to Ishu…. I’ll never forgive myself….
Priyanka: No Ranveer…. Don’t think like this…. I am sure Ishana Bhabhi will be fine and she’ll wake up soon…. She is strong…. She won’t lose easily….

Ishana had been shifted to the ward…. The family members were all disheartened seeing her in that state and more disheartened seeing Aniruddh’s state…. After sometime, Shivaay and Arjun requested their family to go home as so many people wouldn’t be allowed here…. Aniruddh, Omkara and Gauri decided to stay back with Ishana…. Natasha arranged a room for them….

Aniruddh stayed with Ishana…. He was sitting their holding her hand…. His tears were still flowing seeing Ishana lying there in that state….

Aniruddh: Ishana, you know naa I cannot see you like this then why are you doing all this with me…. Please wake up and talk to me…. I cannot tolerate this silence between us…. I want you to open your eyes, see me, talk to me, pull my cheeks, irritate me…. Please Ishana, do all this but don’t stay quiet like this…. Last time when I came to see Om, you were with me…. You gave me the strength I needed, you were there to support me…. But now you are only doing this to me…. Why Ishana, you had promised you’ll always be with me…. Then why are you staying away…. Please Ishana come back…. Please….

Omkara and Gauri were sad seeing Aniruddh and Ishana’s state…. Gauri could well understand what Aniruddh was going through seeing Ishana like that…. She too had gone through the same when Om was in a coma…. How each moment was difficult to live not knowing when their loved one would wake up…. She knew how difficult it was for Aniruddh to see Ishana lying there not responding to anything and anyone…. Om didn’t know how to console his brother…. How to give him hope…. But he had too…. He couldn’t let his brother lose hope….

They entered the ward…. Aniruddh looked up at them….

Aniruddh: All this is because of me and my deeds…. I did Om’s accident and he was in a coma…. I made you both suffer and now, now God is making me suffer…. All this is because of me….
Gauri: No Aniruddh, don’t say like this…. It wasn’t your fault…. We all know Om’s accident and his state was someone else’s deeds…. Don’t you dare talk like that….

Hearing that voice Omkara looked at that person.
Omkara:Why do you need my painting?

“As you know I am an English teacher.I am teaching Macbeth for high school students.The students want to see Macbeth and Lady Macbeth.Can you please make their painting?”
Omkara:But their paintings are available online.You just have to take the print out.
“But those print outs are not beautiful like your paintings Omkaraji…that’s why.Please don’t say no”.
Omkara:Ok.I will do that.
Noor came back after her class and saw both of them together.
The English teacher said:Thank you Omkarajiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Noor was fuming with irritation.
Noor:The way she calls ‘Omkarajiiiii’..it’s so sugary and irritating.Instead of teaching in a school she should have been in a college to teach them Romanticism.Despite of being a teacher shamelessly she is trying to get closer to Omkaraji.How dare she?I feel like throwing my pen on her.

ANISH’S ROOM,

Aniruddh was sleeping on his bed…. He was in lost in his sweet dreams…. She entered the room and saw him sleeping peacefully…. A smile adorned her lips as she saw him…. She slowly walked towards him, careful enough not to make any sound that would disturb his sleep…. She quickly climbed the bed from the other side…. She looked at him debating with herself whether to disturb him or let him sleep in peace…. After a lot of discussion with herself she decided what to do…. She looked at him and then bent towards him…. But before she could do anything to him, he wrapped his hands around her and she was on top of him…. He opened his eyes and looked at her innocent face…. He started laughing while she made a puppy face…. He smiled at her innocence….

Aniruddh: So what did my princess think that she can trick me…. I very well know whenever you enter this room…. So Amaya, you have to think of better ways to trick your chachu….
Amaya: Not fair chachu…. How do you always know it is me…. You always spoil my plans….

The five-year old Amaya instantly made an angry face and looked away from her dear chachu…. Aniruddh knew the trick to pacify her…. Because he very well knew how to handle his princess…. He counted till three and then started tickling her…. Amaya could never resist tickling and burst into laughter…. The entire room filled with her laughter and seeing this smile crept on Aniruddh’s face….

Hearing the laughing sounds…. Some others also came to the room…. They were happy seeing the scene….

Arjun: It is either Amaya or Siya who are the ones who can make him smile….
Ahana: You are right Arjun…. I don’t what would have happened if Amaya and Siya weren’t there….

Amaya and Aniruddh stopped their tickling session and saw Arjun and Ahana standing at the door looking at them….

Amaya: Mumma, see naa chachu again spoiled my plans….
Arjun: Well if you have to trick your chachu, you need to take lessons from your Papa….
Voice: This is not fair Amaya…. You again spoiled my plans…. Why did you come alone without me…?

The four of them turned towards the voice to see the five-year old Siya looking at Amaya with her cute anger….

Aniruddh: Don’t worry princess…. Amaya has failed again….
Siya: What Amu yaar…. When will that day come when I’ll hear something new…?

Saying so Siya hoped onto the bed and took her place on her Aniruddh chachu’s lap…. Seeing both of them sitting with Aniruddh and Aniruddh smiling at their antics, Ahana and Arjun felt happy and relieved….

Anika: Siya…. Amaya….

Anika entered the room and the scene in front of her brought a smile on her face…. She looked at Arjun and Ahana who reciprocated the same looks….

Anika: If you both are done waking up your chachu…. Come and have breakfast…. Everyone is waiting for you both….
Siya: Yes Mumma…. We are coming….

They both kissed on Aniruddh’s cheeks and took hold of each other’s hand and left the room smiling….

Anika: Aniruddh, you also freshen up and come…. We are waiting for you….
Aniruddh: Yes Bhabhi, you all go…. I’ll come….

AFTER SOMETIME,

Everyone had gathered at the dining table…. As like always Amaya and Siya were telling things from their school and the others were listening to the non-stop talks of the two princesses of the family….

Anika: You both keep quiet for some time and finish your breakfast….
Rudra: Rehne do Bhabhi, they won’t until they have told us each and everything that they want to tell us….
Janhvi: Yes Anika, let it be…. This two make the house feel lively….
Shivaay: Well Badi Maa, the house will feel more lively soon…. Om, Gauri, Vikrant and Sakshi are coming back today evening….

All are happy hearing this news….

Shakti: Finally they have wrapped up everything at Shillong….
Sumitra: Now this house will again be filled with laughter and happiness….
Ahana: Haa Maa, after they had gone the house felt so empty….
Pinky: Where is Aniruddh by the way, isn’t he joining us for breakfast….

Saying so he took his seat…. His eyes traveled to the empty seat beside him…. He pushed aside all his thoughts and concentrated on the breakfast that lay in front of him…. Everyone noticed this but no one said anything….

Siya: Chachu, you remember naa that you have promised Amu and me that you will take us to the park today….
Aniruddh: Of course princess, how can I forget the promise I made to you both….
Amaya: So we will go after you finish your breakfast…. Siya and I’ll get ready till then….

The family smiled at the two darling daughters of their family….

EVENING,

LIVING ROOM,

All of them were sitting in the living room talking with each other…. When Aniruddh entered with Amaya and Siya…. The two girls were smiling and looking at their smiles the family guessed that something was different….

Shekhar: You both are smiling like this…. Something has happened….
Siya: Dadu, we have brought something for you all….
Soumya: What have you both brought….
Omkara: Us….

Hearing Om’s voice all looked at the entrance to see Rikara and Vikshi…. All were happy seeing the four of them…. They all entered and greeted everyone and took blessings from all elders…. Rudra hugged Om tightly….

Gauri: We missed you all so much…. Everyday felt like ages….
Sakshi: Bhabhi is absolutely right, we were counting days and waiting for this day when we come back home….
Sumitra: Same was the case with all of us…. Even we were waiting for you all….
Vikrant: Now the heart is at peace…. Home is home after all….
Shivaay: Rightly said Vikrant….

Shivaay and Arjun walked in and Om hugged Shivaay while Sakshi hugged Arjun….

Pinky: Now there is some life back in this house….

They all smiled looking at each other…. Aniruddh just walked back to his room…. All noticed this but didn’t say anything…. No one stopped him as he slowly walked upstairs….

Amaya: What has happened to chachu…. Why did he go?
Rudra: He must be tired let him take rest…. You both tell me what you did at the park….
Siya: We had so much fun…. We played so much and then chachu gave us ice-cream treat….
Amaya: And then we watched a movie also later….
Ahana: So in all you both enjoyed your day very much….
Soumya: But did you miss us….
Amaya: Not at all…. When chachu is there, why would we miss you all….
Shivaay: Oh so no one missed us….

Saying so Shivaay took Amaya and Arjun took Siya in their arms and started tickling their daughters…. The girls laughed and the entire family laughed hearing them….

Arjun: Now say that you didn’t miss us….
Siya: Arjun Papa, don’t tickle naa…. My stomach is aching now….
Amaya: Yes Shiv Papa, please leave naa….
Rudra: No Bhaiyas, don’t stop at all…. Next time they’ll definitely miss us….
Omkara: Oh God Rudra, you haven’t changed at all…. Who are kids they or you….
Rudra: O….

All of them laugh hearing Om’s comment…. While poor Rudy made a puppy face….

AT NIGHT,

ANISH’S ROOM,

Aniruddh was standing near the window…. He was looking at the moon…. How it reminded him that he too was alone despite having a family that loved him so much…. How much he missed her being by his side…. Her smiling face flashed in front of him every time he closed his eyes…. How she used to blush when he brushed her cheeks with his…. How her anklets used to fill his life with music whenever she danced…. The joy her face reflected whenever he was near her…. The moments they had spent in each other’s embrace…. How she used to get angry on small matters and how he used to pacify her…. How she always supported him in all his decisions…. She was not only his wife…. But his other half…. His strength…. His lifeline…. His heartbeat…. His everything….

Aniruddh: Come back Ishu…. I miss you a lot…. Please come back….

He kept looking out the night sky….
